I am so happy with Nevada Residential Services! They are excellent and so honest. I had to run my AC very cold for 7 days in the last week of May due to being very sick with a high temperature. My AC stopped running cold, It was Sunday evening(early) and I called Nevada Residential Services and talked with Timur, the owner, who said he can come out the next day between 7-8am. I was so happy since the appointment was early in the morning. I figured I could make it through the night. Soon after the call, Timur called me back and said he could come over that very night by 8pm. He was true to his word and arrived right on time with his helper. He diagnosed the situation with my AC, which was an easy fix. He and his helper were wonderful and explained everything that they did. I highly recommend Nevada Residential Services. They are the Absolute Best!!!

I do not write review normally. But I will do it for these guy. I have to wait for 5 days for my home warranty guy to just show up. and these guys show up in 4 hrs. they are amazing for that. They are working so hard to help their customer. And they still have 6 more calls after me (its about 1900 already).

I definitely call the my new ac system install and warranty work. Thanks alot.

Fast, friendly and honest. Timur and his partner came out on the first day to check on my A/C unit outside as it wasn't working properly and didn't charge me without making sure of what the issue was. The following day my A/C unit was acting up again so I contacted him in the morning and sure enough the mechanical issue was what he had assumed it was the day before. He made the necessary repairs and didn't charge me an outrageous price like other companies had quoted me. I was also give a one year warranty.

My residential AC had gone out in 106 degree weather with higher temps on the way in a few days. Timur and Robert were able to come over and diagnose my system quickly and accurately! They arrived exactly on time as promised and maintained communication with me during the entire process. The capacitor had failed in my system and they recommended replacing it with a more efficient and durable part! I am grateful for their expertise and honest work.

Our air conditioner went out over the weekend during triple digit heat in Las Vegas. I looked at this company and was impressed by their reviews.
Unfortunately, there was a problem I am a renter working with an absentee landlord and a home warranty company.
Tim from Nevada Residential Services still said that he could squeeze me in - the day I called (Sunday) to diagnose the problem free of charge - even though he was completely booked. He even went on to say that he would be able to fix it, if it were something small.
He came to the house and called to let me know what the problem was and even waited on the phone for 15 minutes with the warranty company!
Tim was very patient and professional through it all. It appears that the landlord already set up a diagnostic with another company, so Tim was not able to do the work.
I texted Tim to see if he heard back from the warranty company and to thank him again. Tim stated that he had not heard anything and to let him know if they did not send someone out. He diagnosed the problem and could have fixed it right away, however the red tape and warranty company have prevented that from happening!
The new company has stated it could take up to a week to fix and they are not able to send a technician out for 2 more days!
Need an honest tech - call Tim at Nevada Residential Services.

I called today a Sunday at 11:46am. Told us the can come check it out between 12-3pm. They arrived at 12:45pm. Found out it was the capacitor. Done by 1pm on a Sunday! With no sales pressure just here to serve.

This is the ONLY a.c. company you should call! I came home from work to find out one of my a.c. units was out so a quick yelp came up with Nevada Residential Services. The glowing reviews had me skeptical at first but Tim proved why they have such great reviews. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning but Tim called me back about 20 minutes later and said he could be out here immediately. As others stated, there was no charge for an estimate and he fixed my problem fast! He was glad to show me what was wrong and he replaced my contactor and capacitor for a reasonable rate. Another plus....he didn't try to sell anything else to me! I've had other companies before that would try to sell me maintenance plans or tell me I needed my other unit checked too but this company just told me to call him at the start of the heat season if I wanted them to check things. I'll definitely call them for all my hvac needs and hopefully, everyone else will too!!! Now if only I could find an auto mechanic as efficient and professional as Tim!!!

Hands down best A.C compony in town.
My blower went down out of no where and I contact them and told the situation. They show up within 2 hours and fix the motor inside the attic.
They are knowledgeable and found out the problem quickly. Service fee was reasonable.
I would use them in future for all my A.C work.

Just another great update.
I do not say this lightly, simply the best continued service by any home repair company I have had in my life.

They had done some minor work back in May on my AC.So with the 115 degree weather my system froze up outside.It was my fault I ran the system too low in the heat. They were swamped but made it within 24 hours and arrived right when they said they would. Tim spent an hour at my home, he fixed it and said no charge, I begged to pay him, we would not have it

It is this simple, just use them, there is a reason they are 5 stars here

Had a great experience with this company. We were leaving for a trip and our AC went out the night before leaving! Inquired through yelp late that night, and was hoping for, but didn't really expect a response. They responded that night within 30 minutes, and fit me in for an early morning call. Fixed the issue quickly and for a reasonable price the next morning. Check with these guys first!
