Called them in the morning on a Sunday due to home heater acting up and the technician was there by 1:00 p.m. He took a look at our unit, explained exactly what was wrong, quickly fixed it, and was out of the house in less than an hour. Super reasonable pricing, technician was really personable and knowledgable, and was able to respond very quickly. The wife had just baked cookies and our technician absolutely got one for his work. 10/10 would give a cookie again.

I had no heat coming from my 4 year old unit.. called these Guys at midnight & they answered & said they'd have someone out the next day at the time I needed them to come over.
The repairmen checked my system & tested it for 40 mins, got it throwing heat stronger than it did before & said if it happens again it could be one of two things.
And they didn't even charge me!
These guys are the best & I would recommend them.

I tried to install my thermostat myself but my wires in the wall weren't matching up with my my thermostat, so I called Timur around 9 am on a Monday he showed up the same day around 1. He came in with his partner they were both very polite and looked very professional . Took him upstairs showed him what was wrong he went into my attic to check wires from furnace to outlet and he fixed the the problem and installed my new thermostat with in the hour. I'm definitely going to refer Timur to friends and family. It's nice to find trustworthy hard working people now a days.. thank you Timur.

I've finally found my go to HVAC company. Early in the afternoon of Christmas Eve, my husband and I noticed that the downstairs of the house was getting uncomfortably cold - the heat was not working. While I consulted Yelp, he called a number of companies we've used in the past. All of them said the earliest we could have a technician available was Tuesday afternoon. I gave him Nevada Residential Services number after reading the stellar 5-star reviews. Tim's answer, we'll be there within 2 hours. Not only did he arrive on Christmas Eve, but he fixed the problem for a fraction of what I knew the other companies would have charged. Do not hesitate to call this company for your HVAC needs.

Tim and Vardan did a very good job on our furnace. They came same day we called and even arrived 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time. They cleaned the flame sensor and replaced the igniter. Most of all, they gave us a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if we ever encounter another hvac problem.

I returned from vacation the day after Christmas to find my house freezing cold. No heat from the vents at all, the house at 55 degrees, and a sub-30 degree night ahead. I found this company on Yelp and called them at about 8pm expecting to setup an appointment for the next day, at best. Instead, they told me that they would be at my house within an hour and to diagnose the problem and fix it if they could. By the way, the diagnosis is free!

Tim and his associate arrived in about 40 minutes. The very first thing they did was put on their boot covers rather than track through the house in their shoes. Clean, courteous, professional. They immediately got up into the attic to work on the furnace and found the issue to be condensation and debris in the combustion air blower and pressure switch. They drained the condensation and had the debris cleaned out within an hour. The heat was back on!

There's nothing bad I can say about the experience. They responded quickly, were clean and professional, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price, especially given the circumstances.

They were great in a pinch and I'd recommend them to anyone.
