I've lived in Las Vegas for forty years and this company is the best that I've ever dealt with!
Customer service was honest and friendly and their price for a new condenser and coil was very fair.
Other companies tried to rip me off and use pressure tactics.

Nevada Residential services got me the unit that I wanted and took care of everything!
They went above and beyond and even re painted the drywall piece for attic access and installed a new air register in my office to redirect airflow at no charge.

You will not find a better company to do business with in Las Vegas for your AC and heating.

These guys are who you should call first if you have an AC or heating issue. They take pride in their work, charge fair pricing, checkin after the jobs complete, and repair what is broken quickly. A real Las Vegas treat for those living in the heat.

Initially, I called a contractor for Choice Homeowner Warranty to come out and repair my cooling unit. After paying the $45 service call, they stated my unit has a leak which they cannot locate until I do a leak test. Needless to say, Choice Warranty immediately denied the claim stating my unit is leaking due to rust and corrosion. They cannot locate the leak, but they were adamant the leak is from corrosion. I went through nightmares with Choice Home Warranty for weeks. We were so stress out with them that we decided to just call another company. Luckily, we found Nevada Residential Services.

Tim took the call and listened to our problem. Immediately that same day, Chris came out to do the repair. Eventhough Chris cannot locate the leak, but he did several tests and trials over a few days to finally repair our unit. They are hardworking, ethical and knowledgeable! Thank you Chris.

Recently I decided to replace my entire HVAC system as I didn't want to risk putting my home's 15 year old equipment through another Vegas summer. Like anyone, I recognized doing so would be a major investment -- and after years of hiring many different types of contractors with extremely mixed results, I knew that picking the right company was just as important as finding the right price.

I'm happy to say that, from start to finish, Nevada Residential Services provided an absolutely top notch customer experience, and at a competitive price.

To share my experience: their estimator Chris performed the initial visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable insights, specifically tailored to what he thought would be best for my home. In the days that followed, while some of the other HVAC companies I had met with pressured me to make a quick decision, Chris and his office were 100% respectful. Their professionalism and confidence in the strength of his bid ultimately made me choose them, and it paid off big time.

Their team arrived on Saturday. Rob (their office head) walked me through a summary recap of the work to be done and then introduced me to the two main installers (Cesar and Omar). While I generally closely monitor work on my home to ensure that things are being done with care, these guys were clearly pros. I periodically checked in every few hours and found that they were always deeply engrossed in their work. Tim (the head of the company) showed up in the afternoon to check progress and to meet me in-person, which was greatly appreciated. Chris (the original estimator) arrived at the end of the day to install the new thermostats and fully walked me through setting them up with my phone. Lastly, Ken was responsible for the finishing touch of cutting, installing, and painting new trim around my attic hatch to replace what had been removed to fit the furnaces through, and went above and beyond in making sure that everything was perfect.

I can't heap enough praise on how amazing of a job every single one of these guys did. Extremely clean work (see the attached pictures), highly impressive attention to detail, excellent customer service -- a rare and invaluable combination. To top it off, their included maintenance and labor plans give me the peace of mind to know that my new system will be in expert hands for years. A+, thank you!!!!

Efficient and wonderful Service! I had to write a long detailed review for them due to their amazing and honest service. I had called them a year ago for them to take a look at an issue I was having with the A/C not blowing cool air. They responded quickly, took a look at it and realized it was something so easy to fix - breaker for a/c was turned off (yes, do not judge me :C, I am still learning to be a new homeowner...sobs). Normally there would be a fee for the diagnostic check but they waived it given it something so simple and never gave me some crazy fabricated lies amounting to thousands of dollars for something ridiculously simple. Either way, I offered to pay them something for their honesty and some helpful advice. They did also took the time to advise me of my outdated a/c might crap out on me soon given how old it was. Hard to come by honest, hard-working people like them. People like them deserve it.

A year later, the second week of February 2019 (February 23rd-25th? I know it was somewhere around those dates) I called them up again because my furnace finally crapped out on me. My furnace was really old so it was bound to happen. They did not fail me. Still the same awesome service and detailed explanations. This time it was no simple fix and I had a feeling it would not be after the flame ignition refused to work. They gave me a MUCH FAIRER PRICE QUOTE and were willing to work with me on the price given the tight budget I was on now. These men are not only wonderful customer service oriented but humble and honest. After having interviewed a few other options (as a rule of thumb I did compare pricing with other companies, even though Nevada Residential was my top choice from the beginning) I chose these guys. The other ones hardly explained or failed to clue me in on the issue and were rather standoffish quoting me such outrageous price quotes. In less than a few days I had a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit as well as an actual home air filter system that was missing that I failed to notice when I first bought this home. Any questions or doubts I had they (I spoke to Arik and Robert interchangeably - great people) addressed it quickly, efficiently, and with detailed explanations. I was not fed fabricated crap that the average corporate services shove in your face.

I appreciate the patience and willingness to not only helped me out but to have walked me through everything. It was no stress and truly an appreciated experience compared to the nightmares I have dealt with in the past. Nevada Residential Services are highly recommended and they have the other reviewers to vouch for their excellent service. Thank you Arik, Robert, Chris, and the rest of Nevada Residential Services for your humble, honest, and hardworking service.

Great responsive service, honest and charge a fair price for their work. Arik, Tim and the rest of the NRS team were a pleasure. I had three a/c units and furnaces replaced that were 25 years old (original to the home) and were on their last legs. I had three companies provide me with a price quote on Trane 14 seer rated systems and NRS by far was the best priced. In addition, they were the only company that was able to complete the entire installation in one day. They arrived at my home at 8:30 am and did not leave until 9:00 pm working hard all day. I used Yelp to find them as there are many companies to choose from. Thanks to other people who posted positive reviews about NRS or I would not have known about them. Those that read my post that are considering a heating and cooling company in Las Vegas you can trust then based on my positive experience Nevada Residential Services is the company for you.
