My experience with Nelson Plumbing was amazing and as smooth as possible! I initially called another company for water heater replacement, and they quoted me a total that seemed unreasonably high. After having a bad feeling about it, I submitted in yelp for quotes and Nelson Plumbing got back to me in a responsive and direct manner, no beating around the bush and making it more complicated than necessary. They came out to my home the same day, on time, and were respectful and completed the job in a timely manner. The total cost was exactly as quoted. I saved a thousand dollars compared to what the other company quoted me for the exact same water heater. I'm so glad I found them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

I contacted Joe at Nelson Plumbing about a water leak and some other minor plumbing related issues. Nathan and Paul came out the next day and they were brilliant. They gave me some information on what I could do myself without any pressure. We decided that one of my toilets needed resetting. Nathan came back the next day and reset my toilet, replacing the seal and even adding a second seal. The quoted price was good and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend Nelson Plumbing.

This is a wonderful plumbing business with awesome people. Had a dish washer issue and they got me scheduled and showed up early. The dude was very professional and matter of fact but also friendly and kind. We joked and laughed while he quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and was out the door. Very reasonably priced and very Ben when I had a slight problem he came back immediately to fix it! 10/10 would recommend and will use again!

I hired Nelson Plumbing to repipe an entire home. I was not disappointed. They offered an unbeatable warranty and price. They were also friendlier, more approachable, and seemed more trustworthy than the other bids. From the beginning, the entire team was extremely kind and responsive. They answered all of my questions in detail and made the process a lot easier than what it could have been. I noticed that they genuinely cared about the job and communicated well with one another to complete each of the tasks. After finishing the plumbing, they even assisted me in finding a general contractor to do the drywall, stucco, cabinetry, etc. I could not be more pleased with their workmanship and ethics and highly recommend them.

My tankless water heater recently stopped working. Even though I replaced the ignition rod and pulled out the burner to clean it, still would not work. I called a technician from one of the 5 star reviews on some plumbing company that I searched on google. Technician came and said I need to replaced the whole system and quoted me for $6800. So I tried homedepot they send their representative and told me that they would send me the quote, after looking at my unit, but they never did. So I searched again this time on the yelp app. And I found a 5 star review of Nelson Plumbing, sent a message and right away I got a response and an appointment. When the technician came, his name is Nate he advise me also to just replace the whole thing instead of trying to repair it because it would cost more. Since the water heater might already have pinholes which clearly shows some water leaking and signs of corrosion. The cost of labor to repair it would be high. So I asked him if he can just install and I would be the one to buy the model and brand that I like. I asked him about the installation cost. And I was suprise that it's no where as close to the first quote that I got. Even including the unit that I am planning to buy. After I bought the unit from Lowes, On the day of the installation he came on time, together with two other friendly guys. And they started working on it . Nate explained and answer all my question. All of them were kind and respectful. They did a wonderful job, left no mess and make sure the product is working perfectly before they left. I save a lot of money by going with this honest guys. I would gladly hire them again in the future for maintenance of the unit. Very highly recommended. Not all 5 star reviews deserve to be 5 star. But Nelson Plumbing deserved it.

I had a small bathroom sink plumbing issue, I put out a request here on Yelp and Nelson plumbing contacted me promptly, We got a serviceman out here same day to look at what needed to be done. He was able to do the job within a couple of days in a time frame that worked with our schedule and the price that was amazingly reasonable. He got the job done with the price we agreed upon and I would absolutely recommend Nelson plumbing to anybody. The workman was friendly and knowledgeable.
