Seriously impressed! They are the total package, ( that never happens). Response for a quote and apt time was fast. Joe and Nathan showed up on time and replaced two bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, faucets, old attached plumbing, garbage disposal and tightened up a couple loose toilets in a rental. They were both very personable and professional. It's apparent they take pride in their work, are efficient and offer extremely reasonable rates. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I recently needed to replace my garbage disposal that finally gave out after over 30 years. I went on to Yelp to gather a few quotes, and Nelson Plumbing was one of the first to respond with the best price. While the number of reviews was less than some other bigger name companies, having read through the Yelp reviews I felt confident enough to hire Nelson to do the job based upon the estimate that was provided. I also tacked on the installation of a new faucet for my kitchen sink.

Nathan arrived promptly during the stated time window that was promised. He was very friendly and efficient completing the two jobs at hand. I did have to call them back due to a small leak that was attributed to an aging valve, however, Nathan quoted me a good price again and delivered friendly and efficient service. I was very pleased again that they were able to come out so promptly to address the follow-on issue that surfaced.

I will definitely earmark Nelson plumbing for any future plumbing services are required and recommend them to family and friends. Job well done!

Needed a couple of under sink and toilet shut-off valves and supply lines replaced. Nathan was a pleasure to work with explaining everything and most importantly charging a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Only wish I had contacted Nelson before having 2 water heaters replaced for way too much $$$.

I looked up water heater installation businesses near me. Nelson Plumbing seemed to have the best reviews. I asked for a price quote through Yelp. He provided one. When he came out to look at my water heater, I asked him if it would be worthwhile to buy a more expensive water heater. He said that Bradford White produces great water heaters, so there was no need to pay more. He quickly installed the water heater. I'm happy. It costs $800 less than what Home Depot quoted me. Thanks. When I originally wrote the review, for unknown reasons it only showed 4 stars. I must have made a mistake. I didn't catch that until afterwards when I saw the review. I was surprised and re-read the review trying to think if he did anything that wasn't perfect. Everything he did was great. I must have made a mistake. This was definitely 5 star service.

We needed a new garbage disposal and got some quotes from a few plumbers and Joe Nelson by far had the best price and was very quick in responding to my request. Nathan came out, was on time, was professional and a super nice man. We are definitely calling them again to replace an existing toilet in the near future. Thank you Joe and Nathan!

Sent a request for a quote and got a very quick reply. They were great in getting us scheduled quickly and gave a free ballpark estimate and offered to come out and give a closer estimate free of charge (which is rare to find, but a big reason why I went with them). The price was actually lower than their initial estimate happily, and they were able to do the work very quickly and efficiently. They seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Would happily use again!
