I've used a lot of plumbers in my time, but Nelson Plumbing is by far the best. Nathan who installed the new faucet that I got the night before was available to get us up and running the next day. Great company and I really recommend them.

Joe was very responsive and he had a plumber to my unit quick to repair a leaking toilet due to failed wax ring (thank god it wasn't a leak in the wall). He was able to set the appointment quick (within a week) and get the job done the next day! The price was reasonable and I accepted.

His plumber also looked at another issue I had and he said it was likely a tenant issue. There was nothing to repair and I'll be getting a shower door installed based on the info given to me.

I will be using Joe and his services again for future work!

Just had Nathan come to our home. We needed gas valve relocated to fit our new stove. From the initial in home estimate to our install date he was nothing but the best/professional. Gave us a low and high estimate to fix our problem. Ended up being the lower cost this morning, which I was glad to pay. We recently had a mainline pipe leak at home. I called several plumbers for an estimate and only 2 out of 4 actually showed up. Nelson Plumbing came as soon as they could after a ""big company"" re-scheduled on us last minute, 2 days in a row, and actually did not even call or show up on the 3rd appointment.

Santos gave a reasonable estimate for the rather arduous job. After we agreed to the estimate, they were able to fit us into their schedule and Santos worked tirelessly and cheerfully all day until nightfall. Having him work on our home was like having a trusted friend help you out. He did an awesome job and we would not hesitate to recommend Nelson Plumbing to anyone, and will surely call them again when the need arises.

After 25 years, my tub decided not to drain even though I did annual maintenance. Previously, to reaching out to Nelson Plumbing, I had done the YouTube research, called two handymens (one was a no show and the other only use drain cleaner and did not listen to me).

My experience with Nelson Plumbing was EXCELLENT from the Yelp estimate, the knowledgeable office staff and the plumber Angel Santos - it was a wonderful interaction. They didn't up sell services, he cleaned up afterwards, and LISTENED! The service was so good, I just might start a fan club!

Did I mention the price? Other estimates I received were $200-$300, Nelson Plumbing estimated cost - $99 and that's what I paid.

Literally amazing. Had the pleasure to meet Nathan, he came in, I explained the situation, he was able to identify the problem and fix my clogged shower in a matter of minutes, even gave me recommendations on how to prevent this issue in the future.
