You guys really took care of us today. Thanks for the great service! Our water heater went out. With three kids, we desperately needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nelson Plumbing came in with a fair and reasonable estimate. Nathan was courteous, responsive, and professional. He personally installed the new, upgraded water heater, in just a few hours. I found a new ""go to"" company and will enthusiastically recommend them to friends and family! Thanks for a job well done!!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and we called Nelson Plumbing. They got back to me very quickly and set up an appointment to come out the next day. They were punctual and even tried coming early. He fixed the multiple issues (leak, clogged pipe that was backing up the dishwasher). He replaced the hose in the pull out faucet too. It was done at a reasonable price too. I would recommend and use them again!

Visiting my Family's home and toilet backed up and wouldn't flush. Nelson's plumbing gave the best qoute with fast service. Went extra mile to insure everything was working properly and also gave advice on maintaining pipes to prevent from happening again. If it does I will call again for service.

Contacted a few plumbers regarding a clogged toilet. They responded in a timely manner and allowed me to set up the appointment through Yelp. Pricing was reasonable. The guy called before coming and was here early. He was able to help me and solve the issue. The auger did scratch the toilet, but I was able to get most of it off. Good experience and I would definitely use them again.

Our fireplace shut off valve was leaking. Being Christmas week we were concerned it could be tough to get someone out quickly. Joe responded and came out the next day! Joe was able to tighten the valve and have it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Joe also was only going to charge $15 after quoting $40. We gladly paid him the $40. Fire is back on during this cold week we're having and we'll be warm on Xmas as well. Thank you Joe! Merry Christmas.

Water heater replacement - Quick response, quoted a flat rate that was very competitive. There was a curve ball once the old water heater was removed, but they gave me the option to DIY that aspect of the job to save money. Bottom line, fully satisfied customer that would use their services again.

Had a clogged kitchen drain that tried to unclog but was still getting backed up after a few attempts at using the snake and some chemicals. Called a few places and some were charging 2-3x more than Nelson plumbing. Instead of going to the most expensive option they suggested they try snaking it first using their large snake which was $100 and if that didn't work they could go to the next option which was using the hydro. I appreciated they wanted to save me money first before doing something more costly and unnecessary. Needless to say they got the clog out using the snake which was reasonable. Will definitely use them for future plumbing projects.

Nelson Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater and circulation pump. We now have virtually instant hot water at the kitchen sink (so we no longer have to waste water waiting for the hot water to decide to wander our way). They were fast and efficient and the workmanship was top notch. I would definitely recommend them.
