Alan was great. He was over in the afternoon same day after I called them in the morning. Gave a straight forward diagnosis of our issue (pressure valve regulator needed replacement) and replaced it within 2 hours of arriving. Everything is working great. Also gave a fair quote on water heater replacement at our home. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater's pilot light is out and can not re-ignite. Alan came in the next day and identified the problem to be the sparker's insulation. He fixed the problem with no charge. He also checked the state of the thermal coupler and adjacent connections to make sure they are ok. I also go a quote for a new water heater because my is 8 years old.
I think Alan is professional, efficient and honest and would recommend him.

I will start by saying I can't say anything negative about their work. They were courteous and completed the job I asked them to do. I just find their prices to be very high compared to other companies offering the same work. I had a question about the job they did for me and the service manager was going to call me to discuss. I have yet to hear from him.

Had broken disposal and clogged kitchen drain. Called Sunday and on Monday @ 8:03am got a call back. Plumber was here at 9am, installed disposal and unclogged drain and was gone by 10:30. Price was very fair and the entire experience was awesome!! Highly recommend!!

I had detected a leak days ago and called several plumbing companies, who were either too busy and/or would not return calls. I came across Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain on the Yelp, and called them to see if they could come by. The person on the phone was courteous, and called back promptly to let me know someone was available the same day. Allan Wood showed up an hour later, had already detected the leak, and carefully dug a hole in the landscaped area where the leak was. In three hours, he completely repaired the leak, and restored the landscaping to its (almost) original condition. Rarely do I experience such courteous, professional service, but this company should definitely get your business!!

We had a water main pipe burst due to a tree root that had wrapped itself around the pipe. Water was gushing out from the retaining wall into the street. I called Neighborhood Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they took action to get our problem resolved. They had someone out within the hour. The next three days he came out to work a bit more and put our wall and the yard back together. From looking at the yard you would barely be able tell that work had been done. Their customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend these guys.

Couldn't be happier. Jill answered on the first ring and had a plumber here within 20 mins!! His name escapes me but a great guy. Kitchen sink back in business after a 4 day nightmare with one of the big chains dishwasher installation gone bad and backed up sink. Highly recommend these folks and will absolutely use them again if needed. 5 star service and reasonable.

This company's name says it all. They treat you like a neighbor. I had a plumbing problem and they came promptly that day. The gentleman was efficient and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain exactly what the problem was and what I needed to do. My septic needs pumping so they were not able to help me with my issue but the time they took to explain and help was very neighborly. I will definitely be calling them with any plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Our main water pipe was leaking just after the meter, so the water company turned off the water, but since it was on our side of the meter, it was our responsibility. It was 6pm and I called Neighborhood Plumbing. It was after hours and they asked if we could go until the next morning - which we could. So FIRST THING the next morning Eric shows up, provides a reasonable quote, and completes the work in about 90 minutes. He came in and flushed the entire house, while his partner cleaned up outside. I can say with confidence that they cleaned up both their work AND the mess I made digging to figure out where the pipe was leaking.

Prompt, precise, up-front quotes, and professional work leaving the area nicer than when they arrived. What more could I ask?
