Had Alan come out a second time a few months ago and he was just as pleasant but didn't seem to know the nature of the plumbing problem (problem with the water heater) and the multiple issues due to the problem seemed to be too much. He ran the multiple lines through but it didn't solve the problem. Had to call another plumber.

Alan was great. He was over in the afternoon same day after I called them in the morning. Gave a straight forward diagnosis of our issue (pressure valve regulator needed replacement) and replaced it within 2 hours of arriving. Everything is working great. Also gave a fair quote on water heater replacement at our home. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater's pilot light is out and can not re-ignite. Alan came in the next day and identified the problem to be the sparker's insulation. He fixed the problem with no charge. He also checked the state of the thermal coupler and adjacent connections to make sure they are ok. I also go a quote for a new water heater because my is 8 years old.
I think Alan is professional, efficient and honest and would recommend him.

I will start by saying I can't say anything negative about their work. They were courteous and completed the job I asked them to do. I just find their prices to be very high compared to other companies offering the same work. I had a question about the job they did for me and the service manager was going to call me to discuss. I have yet to hear from him.

Had broken disposal and clogged kitchen drain. Called Sunday and on Monday @ 8:03am got a call back. Plumber was here at 9am, installed disposal and unclogged drain and was gone by 10:30. Price was very fair and the entire experience was awesome!! Highly recommend!!

I had detected a leak days ago and called several plumbing companies, who were either too busy and/or would not return calls. I came across Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain on the Yelp, and called them to see if they could come by. The person on the phone was courteous, and called back promptly to let me know someone was available the same day. Allan Wood showed up an hour later, had already detected the leak, and carefully dug a hole in the landscaped area where the leak was. In three hours, he completely repaired the leak, and restored the landscaping to its (almost) original condition. Rarely do I experience such courteous, professional service, but this company should definitely get your business!!

We had a water main pipe burst due to a tree root that had wrapped itself around the pipe. Water was gushing out from the retaining wall into the street. I called Neighborhood Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they took action to get our problem resolved. They had someone out within the hour. The next three days he came out to work a bit more and put our wall and the yard back together. From looking at the yard you would barely be able tell that work had been done. Their customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend these guys.
