My furnace was having issues just a few days before the Christmas holiday and they were able to assess the problem and fix it within hours of my call. I've used them for years and never had a problem.

Quoted me $9500 to repair/replace the leaking underground valve that supplies my sprinkler system. Gave me the hard sell but I knew they were overcharging. The next place I called came right out and fixed it two days later for $2000 bucks.

These are the biggest crooks in the state. I had then give me a bid on a simple plumbing project with$55 in parts their bid was over $2400. I was speechless and shocked. I let them know that was impossible and explained again what I wanted. They responded that they understood the project and that was an accurate price. I told them to leave immediately. Do yourself a big favor and get multiple bids. Don't let this Company rip you off!

This has to be the biggest rip-off attempt I've ever seen. Completely dishonest. DO NOT TRUST!! I requested an estimate to install a 240 50 amp breaker and run wiring to an outlet in my garage. Wiring is through an open ceiling with easy access. Mark shows me an ESTIMATE on a pd that reflects an estimate of material and labor. He then measures the length of wire needed with my tape measure and determines he only needs 25 feet instead of the 50 feet he estimated. This reflects 1/2 of the 50 feet of wire estimated .. Neerings sent a second technician/student to help with the job.
BOTH LEAVE the job site for one and a half hours from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. I let them out of the house and watched them drive away. I also let them back into my house at 2:30 ( Lunch Break I guess) My wife comes home at 4:30 pm and they have finished the job and left.

They were Only on the job for 1 to 2 hours. Cost of material less than $150 at HD 15 minutes away. Nic the salesman insists that they did not leave my house and called me a liar, but he would not confirm where they were between 1 pm and 2:30 pm. Below is the estimate. Please explain the cost of material, the 4.88 hours of labor and burden, and OPERATING EXPENSE.

very overpriced! qouted $780 to replace a $120.00 pad for evap cooling when the pad was clogged! i've worked with hvac and plumbing before and totally rediculus! beaware of their hidden prices! service call cheap but they price per job! sorry i know the costs ( worked for a hvac engineer) and they are too expensive and think you aregoing to bendoer and pay their price! found someone less then half the price and is very reputable!

Super, like alarmingly, expensive, and you don't get an experience that reflects the price. Plumbers fixed my problem easily enough, but they made a mess, and they didn't clean it up. They were asking me for buckets and cleaners, and even when I provided them, they left sewage all over the floor.

They also upsold me on a new water heater, which after installed, gave me mild CO poisoning and set off my CO detectors. They did replace the water heater, but gave next to no reparations for the mess or experience.

I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Do not call these people. Their business model is to charge for a service call and then quote a price so absurdly high they never have to actually do any work.

In my opinion, the most unethical company I have dealt with. Called them this spring because our house wasn't cooling, and they recently replaced the furnace (vide infra). Their ""technician"" determined that part of cooling system hadn't been reconnected properly to the new furnace. However, we were then told by the technician that the AC refrigerant was low ($746 to adjust), the status of its coil was uncertain ($2,980 to replace), and since the unit was old it was perhaps best to replace ($6,783). A check of our records by my wife revealed that the AC was only 4-years old. We then had a technician from the company that installed the AC evaluate the cooling system. He determined that it was in great working condition with absolutely no problems with refrigerant or coil. No repairs were needed. In addition to not needing a new AC, I now wonder whether the furnace replacement was necessary and perhaps another rip-off. BTW, they also recommended a new water softener system. Moreover, from my comparisons, Neerings overcharges for its work (i.e. $185 for ""diagnosis""). I note that in general Neerings reviews are terrible (Yelp reviews). Someone needs to intervene.

These guys replaced my hot water heater, which was ""under warranty"". Right! Facts are:

1) They billed me $1250; I bought the original hot water heater from them 4 years ago for a total of $1500.

2) They never gave me a detailed breakdown of what I paid the $1250 for.

3) They never emailed me a promised survey (because they probably knew I was royally honked at their bill.

Net net: Don't go to these guys. They're sleaze bags.
