Was looking for a plumber to help with a water leak at my meter and couldn't get a call back from another company that was highly recommended on another platform. Put my info on YELP and had a response from Need A Plumber within minutes. They were able to have someone come out within an hour or so. Keyonie was the one dispatched and he took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. I have several other potential plumbing projects upcoming and will look to use them again!

I am very satisfied with Need a Plumber. They went above and beyond to help me figure out how to fix my plumbing issue. They were nice, professional and qualified technicians. I could not have asked for better service. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out. Best Plumbers in Broward Coumty!

Had to have a spigot replaced outside of my house. It's been leaking for a few weeks and realized I didn't have to tools to replace it myself. This company contacted me back right away and had someone sent out the next day. Project was completed in about an hour and perfectly done and a reasonable price. Will call them back for all my plumbing needs.

Not a good experience. In my opinion $325 an hour ( I paid over $1000 ) & nothing was fixed. They charge you for gloves & material on top of the $325 an hour. The guy Steve talks so much you're basically paying to here him talk a whole lot. Avoid this company. There are so many good plumber with excellent reviews for a lot less.

We have used needaplumber in the past and needed their services recently. They are a great company. They scheduled service quickly and the tech repaired the issue in a timely fashion. Very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I found Need a Plumber through a google search and gave them a call. Everything from the initial call to the job completion went great. It was easily a 5 star job... until I got the bill. You see, you are not paying them to do a job... you are paying them simply for their presence. So, if the guy is still there 1 minute past one hour your bill goes from $185 to $277.50 because they charge in 30 minute blocks, not 15 minutes (which would be a bit more acceptable). And they decide when to start and stop the timer. So basically, they charge you like lawyers or tow truck companies do, dishonestly. In this case, he literally opened the door to his van at 11:50 am, and I was looking at the completed invoice at 1:04 pm. But the job itself (he unclogged a pipe) took less than an hour, easily. Afterwards, on a later phone call I was told the service took 1 hour 20 minutes, meaning they even counted the time it took me to call their office (at his suggestion) to ask them about this seemingly excessive charge. By this logic they may as well charge you for the time it takes to drive to your home and back. Find a more honest company that won't rook you. At least when it comes to billing Need a Plumber does not act in good faith and cannot be trusted.

It's rare & extremely wonderful when you find interaction with a service company to be as excellent as mine was with Need A Plumber! From the start, Steven was a great communicator and followed-up with me for proper scheduling. Mark arrived today, was very professional and installed my water heater perfectly! No rushing , no attitude, just a nice professional plumber who takes pride in his work. Need I say more? I would heavily recommend these guys!

We had a great experience with Need A Plumber. The service tech, Keyonie, is professional and knowledgeable. He worked on the roof until the clog was gone. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

I was having a rodent problem in the attic of my house and my pest control guy said they were getting into the house thru the plumbing and needed to have a special plumber with cameras to determine the root of the cause. When the appointment was made, the fee was $495 for Steve H to come out and use his cameras in the pipes to figure out the issue. I agreed to that price. Since I was out of town when the plumber was coming, I made sure to have my contractor (who was doing another project) and my dad present to inspect the work. That morning, I received 2 text messages that 2 plumbers were coming. I immediately called to find out why and I was told that Steve had a hurt arm and needed help. I was fine with that because I was paying a flat fee. At 9am, the plumbers arrived and began to inspect the pipes. I received the first call at 10:15 saying that they were still looking and would call me with more updates. At 11am, I received a call to let me know that they wanted access to the pipe behind my dryer and that required them to cut a whole in the wall. I wasn't excited about it but thankfully, I had my contractor there who could repair it. (Side note, they left the area around the dryer a complete mess. Clearly no care was taken to try to leave it as they found it minus the hole in the wall). At no time was I told that I was now going to be charged a """"service fee"""" for them to cut a hole in the wall. I then received a call at Noon to tell me everything they found. I was unable to follow along and asked for a report to be sent to me. Later in the afternoon, Steve H called me 3 times to follow up. Unfortunately I wasn't able to answer since I was on a work call myself but called him back when I was. We weren't able to connect but when I spoke to Maddy in the office, she sent me the report and bill. When I received the bill, I was charged for $495 for the original agreed upon """"inspection work"""" PLUS 3 hours of labor ($125 an hour) and parts ($41.35). I then asked to speak with Steve (on Friday) and he called back today (Monday). Our conversation was quite convoluted. I explained the timeline of events and how I didn't understand why I was charged for 3 hours of labor when 1- I never agreed to anything (it even states that in his report) and 2- at most, the """"pipe fix"""" took a few minutes. We went back and forth a bit but he wouldn't adjust his price more then 1 hour of labor. He then told me that he would only charge me 1 hour but there was 2 plumbers so that equalled the same as 2 hours which is inaccurate because he had a helper for himself (he had a hurt arm)! None of it made sense and we kept going around and around. I truly feel that he was unnecessarily inflating his bill. He is absolutely the reason plumbers get a bad reputation for ripping people off. I would NOT recommend Steve H nor the company he works for.

I called them because of an issue with my water-heater. First, they charged $125 for an estimate but didn't disclosed the amount upfront. Second, the person who came to the house told me over the phone it was something minor and he would need to comeback to fix it later. But on the invoice I received by email, he said that there was a significant amount of damage from a leak in the wall, and he would need to comeback with someone else for a 3 hour job to investigate. I found it weird and called him to tell that I needed to investigate the problem with someone else. He tried to convince me to not do it and trust him. I called someone else who confirmed that there was no leak in the wall. When I called them to complain they asked me what they could do for me to write a good review on the website. (Are u serious?!!) My answer: Unfortunately nothing!!!! They didn't even want to return my $125 for the misleading estimate. I do not recommend this company!
