My Brother called """"need-a-Plumber"""" for a Slow drain in the Shower. He was out of town so he asked me to coordinate with them to fix the Problem. Meghan from the Office called me and Asked what time was Convenient for Me - 1st pleasant surprise... Then they said they could be there in an Hour AND WAS !! The plumber that came out ( Keyonie ) was the 2nd Surprise - He was Courteous and Knowledgeable. He had the Drain running clear of any Blockage in short order. Cleaned up his work area and thanked me for using the service. We Will Continue to use Need a Plumber anytime the situation calls for a Reliable Plumber !!!! Tom W.

Owner is very involved and ensures everything is done right, and has created a culture that follows that concept.

We were closing escrow on our house in 48hours when we discovered a very serious leak and sewer smell. Need a Plumber came 1/2 hour after getting the call and within 35 minutes diagnosed where the leak was located late that day. Yesterday Keyonie arrived and opened the exterior wall and the leak was exactly where he predicted it would be. 6 hours later and our nightmare was over thanks to them. We closed escrow today and if it had been for Need a Plumber we would not have made it. We recommend this firm with no reservations. They were fair, professional and held our hand through the trauma of a broken pipe behind a concrete wall.

My daughter just took back occupancy of my mom's house in Boca Raton, that we were renting out. The tenant we had in there left it a mess! And instead of letting me know I had a plumbing issue at the house, he just chose to turn the valve off on the toilet and use the other bathroom :/ I called Joe at Perfect Plumbing & Rooter and he was there the same day!! He didn't just fix the leaking toilet, but he checked everything in the house that had anything to do with plumbing. My daughter is a single mom, and I'm across the country, so it was wonderful knowing someone took care of her issues so quickly and thoroughly. And didn't rob me, like most plumbers out there!!! I was actually surprised how good these folks were. They seemed honest. They responded immediately and professionally. They arrive when they said they would and they work fast.They did not seem to pad the bill. They are easy to work with. This is in contrast to previous plumbers I have used in Fort Lauderdale who were scammers, incompetent crooks. Apparently they thought the word """"rooter"""" meant they could screw the client. I would recommend this outfit without hesitation and I would be happy to use them in the future. Chris the plumber who came to the residence was extremely nice. Marlene in the office was lovely to deal with. They all speak English

Awesome job! I had a problem under my kitchen sink and the pipes leading into the wall which was causing a huge leak. They came and fixed it up in no time. The man called 20 minutes before arriving, apart from our scheduled time so I didn't have to wait at home. When he finally arrived he was very nice and explained the whole situation to me. He knew exactly what he was doing and came fully prepared with all the equipment he needed. Left with everything resolved and working perfectly. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely continue to use them from now on.

Probably the best plumbing experience I could have asked for. Serviceman was on-time, patient, laid down a tarp, cleaned-up after the job and did not charge extra for the little crap that always comes like my other plumber experience. Very Professional....Highly Recommended

Honestly can't believe I'm only the 2nd positive review for this establishment because my first project with them was one of the best experiences I've ever had with ANY establishment or business in the last 35 years. I'm sure I'm not alone. At least you know Need A Plumber isn't paying people to submit fake reviews like other businesses. I've owned & renovated a few homes & I've hired & worked w/ every kind of service provider. I'm not easy to impress & have very high standards. It ALWAYS starts w/ that first phone conversation. If they aren't patient & plugged-into my questions & needs, there's a good chance no one else will either & I move on. Courtesy, patience & professionalism was truly my experience from beginning to end. Plumber exuded positive energy (i.e. leaves no negative vibes lingering in your space), & respected the fact that he's still a stranger in my home. No ego, defensiveness, or irritation as I watched & learned. They didn't charge to just come out like others. Their piece-rate & hourly rate was very reasonable w/ no outlandish minimum's. It would be too good to be true if they didn't deliver on my every expectation. Sincerely hope they generate the quality & numbers of clientele they so genuinely deserve. Thank you Marlene & the rest of this hard-working dependable crew!
