Horrible company. Broke our toilet worse than before we called them. Our bathroom flooded after their so called repair. When called to our home again, the company returned and stated there was nothing wrong with it, but said they would replace some parts on it. They never showed. RUN from this business.

I needed a new gas line run from the gas meter to a new pool heater. While others wouldn't do the job, or wouldn't return a call, Navarre Plumbing did the job. They showed when the said, filed permits, and inspections. Thanks guys

I can't say enough about Alan, the business manager and his organizational skills. Right on point. Cory came to the condo and gave us a fair and reasonable estimate to install a new electric water heater. Cory even called in the morning to say that his first client cancelled and could he start the day with us....We were so happy. The workmanship was outstanding and our new water heater was installed and we had hot water by lunch time. They eased our minds about the former water heater's hook up and updated all the connections so that the unit would work at its best.

We called Navarre Plumbing because we had water coming out under our cabinets where the sink and dishwasher are located. We were told upfront they do not work on appliances which we fully understood but we felt we had to start somewhere since it was a water leak. We verbalized understanding and scheduled an appointment. The first problem was they would not give us a time or even a timeframe for arrival. When pressed, they said they would be here at 8:00AM. They arrived at 4:30PM. The plumber was Cody. He called prior to arrival and again told us they don't work on appliances. We again said we understood but wanted him to come anyway. He was a smart a$$ on the phone and did not seem to want to be bothered. When he arrived, he continued with his smart a$$ attitude, grumbling while he took the front off of our dishwasher. I made a comment that there appeared to be water under the dishwasher at one point. He looked at me like I was an idiot and said, """"that's because it's probably the dishwasher, not the plumbing. I told you that and we don't work on appliances. """" He was just rude. I had to leave the room and let my husband deal with him because he was so rude and I was so angry. I'm not a water leak expert. My profession and my husband's is in healthcare. That's why we called a plumber. We didn't want an appliance repair before we checked the plumbing. He got a job and got paid - $115 - for a 10 minute visit and has the nerve to be rude and obnoxious? We like to use and support local businesses. I will NEVER use this business again. I don't need attitude from anyone who is being paid to do a job. Even if he knew it was likely an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue, he could have been polite and respectful. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a plumber who provides customer service with a smile, not with a smart ass attitude.

We had a water line break in the wall and called Navarre Plumbing. They responded quickly and Jason T was friendly and HONEST! He didn't try to sell us a complete replumb job and repaired the pipe in less than 2 hours. I will definitely use Navarre Plumbing for any future needs!

If you are in need of a great plumbing company, this is the company to call. We were told that they would be at our home first thing in the morning and they were there bright and early. They are professional, but most importantly they are very honest! We were expecting really bad news about our grinder pump and they told us that it was just the float. They could have charged us for parts that we really didn't need and we would not have known the difference. Believe me when I say that they will not sale you anything that you don't need! This company has won our business and if you give them a call, they will become the company you will call when in need of a plumber! Thanks Allen for saving us lots of $$$$!

Great service from the first phone call to job completion. They verified the problem, offered two solutions with the cost and savings for both. In the end they installed the product cheaper than originally quoted. Will definitely use and recommend Navarre Plumbing in the future.

Oh well. Called and thought if I had used them before they would show up for the time they promised they would arrive. Called them left message but again no return call about their lack of concern for a customer's needs. ? Is there a professional plumber out there who wants my money?
