Navarre Plumbing & Gas are the first ones we call when we have a plumbing problem. They work with us on a time to visit, arrive on time. They always explain what they are going to do and get to work. A GREAT local company in Navarre, FL.

We called Navarre Plumbing because we had water coming out under our cabinets where the sink and dishwasher are located. We were told upfront they do not work on appliances which we fully understood but we felt we had to start somewhere since it was a water leak. We verbalized understanding and scheduled an appointment. The first problem was they would not give us a time or even a timeframe for arrival. When pressed, they said they would be here at 8:00AM. They arrived at 4:30PM. The plumber was Cody. He called prior to arrival and again told us they don't work on appliances. We again said we understood but wanted him to come anyway. He was a smart a$$ on the phone and did not seem to want to be bothered. When he arrived, he continued with his smart a$$ attitude, grumbling while he took the front off of our dishwasher. I made a comment that there appeared to be water under the dishwasher at one point. He looked at me like I was an idiot and said, """"that's because it's probably the dishwasher, not the plumbing. I told you that and we don't work on appliances. """" He was just rude. I had to leave the room and let my husband deal with him because he was so rude and I was so angry. I'm not a water leak expert. My profession and my husband's is in healthcare. That's why we called a plumber. We didn't want an appliance repair before we checked the plumbing. He got a job and got paid - $115 - for a 10 minute visit and has the nerve to be rude and obnoxious? We like to use and support local businesses. I will NEVER use this business again. I don't need attitude from anyone who is being paid to do a job. Even if he knew it was likely an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue, he could have been polite and respectful. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a plumber who provides customer service with a smile, not with a smart ass attitude.

Unethical company! Charged me $65 for a ridiculous estimate on a simple job. If I was told about this fee ahead of time, I wouldn't have had them come out. I called their office after the fact to complain, and the lady I spoke with was very rude. Don't let them scam you!

We had a water line break in the wall and called Navarre Plumbing. They responded quickly and Jason T was friendly and HONEST! He didn't try to sell us a complete replumb job and repaired the pipe in less than 2 hours. I will definitely use Navarre Plumbing for any future needs!

I needed a new gas line run from the gas meter to a new pool heater. While others wouldn't do the job, or wouldn't return a call, Navarre Plumbing did the job. They showed when the said, filed permits, and inspections. Thanks guys

Great service from the first phone call to job completion. They verified the problem, offered two solutions with the cost and savings for both. In the end they installed the product cheaper than originally quoted. Will definitely use and recommend Navarre Plumbing in the future.

Over a weekend, I discovered a leak in our plumbing. I called a few """"other guys"""" before I discovered Navarre Plumbing. I wish I had called them first. They came first thing monday after I discovered water pouring out from under our cement patio. They spent the next week listening to all of my crazy requests while we tried to locate where this random pipe entered into my house without ripping up my entire kitchen. Ultimately we decided the best option was to do a full repipe. They came up with a way to repipe into my kitchen island without ripping up my tile which saved us thousands! They gave us such a great deal on everything. Alan also stopped by and checked in several times throughout the process. This company has several military employees and really took care of us as another military family. They made a really unfortunate situation much easier and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs!

Horrible company. Broke our toilet worse than before we called them. Our bathroom flooded after their so called repair. When called to our home again, the company returned and stated there was nothing wrong with it, but said they would replace some parts on it. They never showed. RUN from this business.

Oh well. Called and thought if I had used them before they would show up for the time they promised they would arrive. Called them left message but again no return call about their lack of concern for a customer's needs. ? Is there a professional plumber out there who wants my money?
