I don't know who usually hires this company, but they are sketchy at best. We asked for simple moving of a gas line, to which they found a mysterious water leak on newly remodeled kitchen, and said they would fix everything for 1550.00. Ridiculous, we are calling the previous company to take care of this, and see if there really is a outgoing water leak.

Really great service, very quick response, friendly. We had a corroded pipe in the kitchen sink and the they were able to send a team out in about an hour and fixed it very quickly and efficiently. Wanted to shout out Sergio, Jesus and Yovani for doing an amazing job. Thanks!

The gas company found a leak at our house and shut us off. Nautilus Plumbing were quick to respond. We have a hill house with not a great deal of access. The despite these challenges they were able to find the problem areas- there were two and resolve all issues. Jesus and Diego were agile and capable. I give them the highest rating.

I requested service through their form on Yelp, and they responded quickly with details and with their own request for me to confirm a time, which I did for the next morning. Shortly before the appointment window I called to correct some information I'd provided regarding our brand of toilet, and it turns out they never received my appointment confirmation. I was told ""the person who handles our Yelp appointments didn't tell us."" Okey doke then.

She apologized and said she'd find someone to come out that day and call me back. Great! I gave her our brand of toilet and waited for her callback. Ten minutes later she called back and said no one was available and that ""no one was familiar"" with our toilet brand. I was...confused. I'm not going to pretend I'm a plumbing professional, but isn't a toilet a toilet, mechanically speaking? I asked this question, and she said no one could help me. Brilliant.

Incidentally I searched for the brand online after I hung up the phone and immediately found the company website and numerous models for sale. I appreciated that Nautilus has such a high rating, but it appears some things fall outside their abilities and expertise.

Nautilus Plumbing was very responsive in the issue we had with the kitchen sewer system. They came to check the problem the same day within 2 hours, identified the solution and came in the next day to fix it with a crew of 5people. They were very professional, on time, delivering good quality while being very careful not to leave the house dirty. Sergio and his team and especially Giovanni was super helpful in addressing our issue and took cate of our condo! We will definitely call them again for regular maintenance!

They came in on the same day and put in a new water heater when mine died. The guys are always professional and efficient. Although they had to leave after installing the water heater and didn't have time to snake my sinks because they were running behind schedule, they promised to do so at another appointment as soon as possible.
