These guys have consistently done really good work for us over the years. Recently they helped us in an emergency situation with a leak and problematic pipes that someone else had put together under the house. They helped us repair both problems and did not rip us off. I absolutely appreciated the professional services provided by Sergio and his awesome team. I made one phone call regarding a messy issue and was able receive same day response. The matter was approached with regards to the current state of affairs. Three team members arrived at my home in Glendale with masks, gloves, shoe protection to prevent damage to my floors which are carpeted. The customer service provided by the Nautilus crew members was exceptional. Nautilus plumbing has earned a spot on my refrigerator as my go to plumber.

No matter what the issue is, calling a customer and raising your voice at them over a legitimate concern that needed to be discussed before paying a bill for under $100 isn't cool. I had issues with work that needed to be solved before I felt I could pay my bill. Instead of calling to ask I got a call from an argumentative man, talking over me, trying to bully me into paying right then, and he called me unprofessional.

Two stars instead of one because they had been really nice before that and the office staff was always kind and understanding. I would have liked if they handled conflict better. Anyways, I'm having them mail me my bill because I'm not picking up the phone again if they're going to raise their voice at me.

These guys were sent over by Fidelity because we had a gas leak. They were very professional. On time and went above and beyond to do their job! Great people, respectful, took covid precautions and did an amazing job. Mike who was the person in charged, made sure everything was done correctly, gave us suggestions about some of our issues we had with other things. I cannot say enough great things about them. I am so glad Fidelity contract them to come fix our leak. Thank you again!

No fun waking up on a Sunday morning to discover that you have a plumbing emergency. My usual plumber (really a handyman who is decent at plumbing) was unavailable. I found Nautilus Plumbing here on Yelp and they were here with bells on within 20 minutes! Sergio and his younger helper were friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. I hired Nautilus Plumbing to inspect the plumbing on my home and then install a main line and carry out pipe repairs and replacements in tricky areas under my home. They provided extremely accurate details of how the jobs would be carried out which they backed up with pictures and explanation. Nautilus Plumbing stands out as a superior plumbing company. I called Sergio at Nautilus after reading a good recommendation on NextDoor. Our bathtub was backing up fast. He answered at 6:30am and they were out to help us by 8:30am. We had a lot of sewer and drainage problems and we finally took care of it, thanks to Nautilus. They had to reline our very old sewer line, which was totally root infested and blocked. The video clearly showed the problems. After a couple of days work, they have it cleaned out and working smoothly. The guys, Giovanni, Raul & Jesus worked hard in the 90 plus weather! Thank you much, guys!
