We had water leaking from the ceiling of our house. We called Nautilus at 8am and by 8:30am Bella was at our house. She quickly identified a pinhole leak in a pipe and had it fixed within two hours. She also advised that the leak had caused some moisture in the walls and recommended having it evaluated before closing up the wall to prevent mold growth. She was so helpful, so professional and knowledgeable, and so fast. Can't recommend Nautilus (who we've been using for years) and Bella enough.

Juan was excellent in service and knowledge. There was no over-selling, he knew his stuff. He took the time to explain why the sewer was coming up. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing. He was honest plus no mess, very neat and clean.

My partner and I bought a condo this year and I wanted to convert the kitchen from gas to electric. Nautilus was one of the companies I got a quote from and I decided to go with them because they were quoting a price that I was told to expect for the task of capping off my gas line. Their office was very responsive when I had follow up questions, which I appreciated, and they were able to get me an appointment only two days after I accepted their quote.

Juan and Yhovany were the techs who arrived the day of my appointment. They arrived within the time frame that I was given and were very thorough and professional through the whole process. They needed next to nothing from me while they were capping the gas line and they were done in a flash. I would call them again in the future.

I have been using Nautilus Plumbing for my house since 2007. They consistently do excellent work at reasonable prices. I have lots of nice things to say about all of their plumbers, but I also want to give a shout out specifically to Giovanni, Mike, and Sergio. I always feel like they remember who I am, even if it's been a while in between services. This is great because too often businesses make you feel like you're just a number. I highly recommend Nautilus Plumbing.

12/22/21. I had an issue this morning with my kitchen sink not draining. I contacted Nautilus Plumbing and spoke with Elizabeth. She advised the soonest available appointment would be tomorrow between 10 and noon. I requested should there be a cancellation, could she contact me. Within 20 minutes Elizabeth advised a plumber finished a job early and could be at my condo within 30 minutes. The plumber, Jesus, arrived on time. He carried his tools to my unit and immediately diagnosed and corrected the issue. I found Jesus very professional, knew just what to do, and possessed great people skills. He was neat and cleaned up when he finished the job and put everything he had removed from the cabinet back in place. I would request Jesus should I ever need another repair.
