Fernando and his team member were extremely professional and they went above and beyond finding me a discontinued part shopping around at Baller hardware and Home depot for nearly 1 1/2 hours saving me lots of extra money and time. The job they did was great installing a new kitchen tap and drain, and they were very pleasant to deal with, it was a rare wet day in LA and they put on plastic throwaway rain caps over there work shoes... I was already anticipating a lot of wet trails... but so had they! Highly reccommended!

Jake was super helpful and informative with a free estimate. He answered the phone right away on a Saturday, and showed up 15 minutes later because he happened to be close by. He was also completely honest with me and admitted I probably didn't need his services because the 2 toilet overflows we had last week were isolated incidents due to flushing foreign objects. Since our toilet was currently working fine, the only to prevent future flooding was to stop flushing shit that is not shit down the toilet! Didn't try to sell me on an expensive snake job or anything.

Next time, when we actually have a plumbing issue, this is the first place I'm calling.

Recently had major sewer problems at our older home built around 1920's. Called Nautilus Plumbing and two others for job estimates. From the first phone call Nautilus employees were very professional and helpful. Jake and Sergio came out on time as promised and gave us an immediate estimate. The other two estimates came out more costly, and some calls were never returned, so we decided to use Nautilus. What an excellent choice!! They came out when promised, professional and ready to work. We were having a heat wave at the time, and it was hot, close to 100 degrees but the men kept on working despite the heat. They came early that morning 8:30 and worked until it was too dark to see anymore. But returned promptly the following day to complete the job. We were amazed at their excellent work. Everything was put back into place and cleaned up efficient. We will definately recommend to our family and friends and should we need a plumber again, Nautilus it is!!!! Thank you so much for taking care of this project for us~~~~Truly Appreciate you Guys!!!

This is the third time I've used Nautilus. This time was to install a new water heater at my Los Feliz home. As before, I found the Nautilus plumbers to be highly knowledgeable & skilled. Fernando & assistant know what they are doing, & I'm happy w/ my heater. Their prices were competitive. Their office staffer, Rosie, was also very helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when I had questions re obtaining a City permit for the heater. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

They recently came out to do some work on a DIY job that morphed into a job larger than I wanted to tackle. They came out soon after I called and worked with me on the phone.

The job was completed quickly and the price was very competitive. I have lived with the repairs for a few weeks now and am very happy with their work.

Nautilus saved me! I had a horrible line problem in Feb. of 2014, and while every other company told me $2,500 minimum... Nautilus did for me for $1,100!!!!!!!!!!
