Be careful and shop around before you hire them. I found another plumber who did the same job that they appraised for half their price.

""NO, WE DON""T HAVE NO STINKING DROP CLOTHS""
Nautilus gave me an appointment between 10A-12P a few days earlier, then called 9AM the day of to tell me the plumber would be delayed until 12P. Forty-five minutes later, another dispatcher rings to alert me the plumber would be arriving in 15 minutes! By then I was out of the house & running errands. I said I could try to be back at 10:30A & we agreed on this.
A half-shaven, late middle-aged guy arrived, didn't introduce himself, didn't smile; just stomped into the house suited up for a dirty job.
He began to inspect the pipework below the kitchen sink. But before he dived in holding a wrench I asked if he had a drop cloth (standard procedure when dealing w/ indoor sewage backups where serious damage can occur if such sewage spews out over woodwork & flooring).
His dismissive reply was ""we don't use drop cloths"". I was stunned. Could he get one from his large van parked outside? ""No, we don't have any."" Then, after a few seconds' pause, as if he'd suddenly caught whiff of a nasty smell, crinkled his nose and scowled. ""I'm quitting this job we can't meet your standards.""
He marched out repeating the same verdict to my neighbor on the curb as he proceeded to his van. BTW his name is SERGIO (see Julia S's Yelp review on Nautilus 9/10/2018).
When I called Nautilus' office, they told me SERGIO was their 'lead tech'. The lady I spoke to wouldn't give me her name and wouldn't identify a supervisor. She suggested I call another company.
So much for reliability, courtesy, professionalism, and integrity.

On Sunday night about 8 pm, we noticed that our garage (the bottom floor of our three story home) was flooding. Water was leaking fast from four separate areas and we needed fast and talented emergency plumbing services to address the situation before the ceiling collapsed. Two 24-hour plumbing services we called, including a plumber we used to change out fixtures in the past did not even answer our exasperated calls. Then we called Nautilus Plumbing and well ... Wow! Sergio and Monzon were at our house within 15 minutes of our call, triaged the issues, stopped the leakage, cleared the blockage, and did a more than merely expert job with good cheer and a charming sense of humor. Price charged for this emergency was very reasonable and more than worth the quality services provided. I have already recommeded Nautilus to my neighbors and I now consider Nautilus my new go-to plumbers for all emergency and non-emergency needs. Gents, you are truly exceptional. Thank you, you saved our home!

We had an emergency call since our house has an underground garage and some pipe from above was leaking and causing the water from the leak to drip all over my car. I called and they booked me that same day, which was perfect considering I had work in the afternoon and was available during their morning times.
Two technicians arrived and they were very Cautious as to not dirty or damage the surrounding areas. Apparently the walls behind our water heater had a pipe that wasn't sealed correctly, causing the wall pipes to leak underground in the garage. They had to open the wall next to the water heater and replace the broken pipe with a brand new one. Of course there was a mess but they helped to clean up and patch the wall nicely afterwards. They told me all the warnings, such as making sure the hot water turns on after 2-3 hours since they had to move the heater and they also called back to make sure the hot water was running fine.
I'm glad I called Nautilus, they were super attentive and worked in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future in any plumbing case!

Total con artists! I was a long time loyal customer and didn't have any issues with them until a recent project replacing the main drain line. Their bid was higher than others but I wanted to remain loyal and awarded them the job. While doing the work they accidentally dug into the gas main and broke it. They then basically tried to hold the job hostage until I would agree to pay them way too much money to fix that as well. I quickly got other bids and went with a different company who was a third of the price. After Nautilus completed their work several days after they said due to them just not showing up a couple times, they covered the trench despite me giving them very clear instructions to only backfill a little bit so the other company could lay the new gas line. They refused to admit their mistake and refused to correct it. I ended up have to pay the other company to dig the trench again. Not cool. Nautilus Plumbing tried to rip me off for something they broke and then made it much harder and more expensive for someone else to fix it.

I was really grateful the day Nautilus plumbing came to service my home-- I had sewage seeping out of the bottom of my toilet, and coming up and out of my shower. My entire bathroom floor was flooded.
This was the middle of the day, and I was working from home. I knew something had to be done ASAP.
So I called Nautilus plumbing. They came and had to pull the toilet out in order to run a sewer cable because the pipes were backed up and there is no 4' clean-out at my house.
The tech ran the sewer cable to clean out and reset the toilet. He left tools and his boot prints all over the bathroom floor. He made no attempt to look into what was going on with the shower. However, the toilet wasn't leaking out sewage anymore...so I thought the $400.00 bill I received a week later was worth it.
What a fool I was to believe this technician. He is a disgustingly manipulative and dishonest business man--
The problem he told me he had rectified was only a TEMPORARY FIX, which I learned 3 months later when the sewage began flooding my bathroom and shower AGAIN. I had been charged close to $400.00 for Nautilus plumbing to essentially put a puny BANDAID on a wound that needed stitches.
The plumber, SERGIO, knew exactly what he had done. He knew this was going to eventually going to happen again. And yet, he took $400.00 out of my pocket anyway.
When I called him this morning to come and remedy the situation AGAIN, he came right away. I expected service FREE OF CHARGE because I had paid for him to FIX the problem, and the problem is clearly still not fixed.
However, Sergio refused to provide any service free of charge. He said he would be more than happy to ""fix"" the problem again, but at a cost. I told him this was absurd-- because if he had truly fixed the problem that I had paid him to fix, then he wouldn't have to fix it AGAIN.
He told me if I wasn't going to pay him for the additional service, he was going to leave. And that he did...
The sewage that has now flooded my bathroom floor again is a very serious health hazard to myself, my housemates, and our pets. And we are being exposed the various diseases carried by RAW SEWAGE, because Nautilus plumbing made a false claim, robbed me of $400.00, and refused to follow up when time exposed their lie merely four months later.
Not only will I never call Nautilus plumbing again, I will also be addressing this issue with my lawyer by my side. I hope this company decides to be true to their word, and rectify the very serious issue that I PAID them to remedy.
The last thing I want to do is cause anyone else problems. But I paid these people in good faith to solve mine, and all I've been left with is a bathroom STILL soaking in raw sewage and hundreds of dollars + two full days lost to filth and frustration.

Wow! These guys were great! They were able to get to our house on a Saturday in less the 20 minutes. Sergio diagnosed the problem and had the team started in minutes. They had all the necessary parts on their truck. They were all very polite, professional, neat, clean and did excellent work. I will definitely use their services again. No doubt about it.

Called Nautilus for a second opinion after another plumbing company wanted to turn a simple bathtub drain clearance problem into the need to replace the tub's entire overflow mechanism (necessitating breaking into dry wall), for which they wanted several hundred dollars. Called Nautilus, Sergio came promptly, immediately offered a simpler fix (no dry wall breakage), and boom, problem solved in an hour for 1/3 of what the other plumber was asking. Sergio is practical, friendly, experienced and reasonable. Skill matched with honesty is hard to find in any trade. I would use Nautilus again without hesitation. The other company, not so much.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a leaky bath faucet and had to call on a Saturday. The technician took a look and said he had to wait till Monday to get parts. I thought that was reasonable. Called on Monday and Tuesday to follow up and he said I would have to replace the entire faucet and go through drywall. They also said they wouldn't get to my job till Friday! Meanwhile I had water leaking for four days. I called another plumber on Tuesday who came Wednesday morning, fixed the faucet in 1.5 hour without having to replace the faucet saving me hundreds of extra dollars.

Great service. Great communication, quick response time (even on a Sunday), and fixed our problem quickly. Very helpful and friendly!
