My toilet was acting up couple weeks back. So I decided to replace it. I went to home depot and purchased a nice fancy butt cleaning and butt warmer, top notch toilet. Spoke to Maria at nautilus and had a plumber at my house in hour. Within 30 mins the plumber Chris M. had it up and flushing in no time. He was very perfessional, detail oriented, efficient, and informative. He knew his stuff. Why only four stars?? Well he did all the heavy lifting on his own (very impressive, toilet is heavy). I did notice someone else in the driver's seat sleeping. So minus 1 star for witnessing the lack of that drivers professionalism. That was just odd to me. But other than that the plumber Chris M. exceeded my expectations. In case you're wondering, there was no plumbers crack.

They arrived on time and were friendly enough, but I feel bait-and-switched. The $50 drain cleaning offer they advertise apparently only applies to residential properties and not apartments, so they charged us $75. But they didn't solve our problem, and in fact made our sink worse, and said it would take $250 to fix. Our landlord called this an outrageous price.

I was dubious when I searched for plumbers on yelp and saw that most of them I saw near me had all 5-star reviews. Maybe that was justified.

Nautilus plumbing has done several jobs for us. They're reliable and conscientious. Experienced and hard working. They put in a new water heater and sump pump. Fixed a broken tub and shower. Installed three new toilets. Plus a new kitchen sink. They're willing to haggle on the price.

Jake and his crew (including the lovely Marie) are the BEST! They are consummate professionals, they show up on time prepared with smiles on their faces!! Truly wonderful to work with, they're fast, and they're even funny too! I recommend them VERY highly and very grateful for everything they've helped me with at my new house which has been a total disaster! I couldn't ask for a more responsive company, the customer service is excellent. NAUTILUS ROCKS!

Absolutely wonderful company to work with. I had just had a new washer and dryer delivered and Home Depot wouldn't install because of antiquated valves. I needed a plumber quickly and Nautilus sent someone out within the hour. Jose and Martin showed up and worked on the valves and hooking up the washer and dryer within an hour. They were reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Will be hiring them again on other plumbing projects at my house soon!

Very grateful to have hired Nautilus. Sergio and his team helped my buyers avoid taking on a very gnarly sewer line system, shot to hell with roaches, roots, and cracks. I was there for the inspection myself and their assessment was frank, informed, and friendly...not to mention the work they did pulling city records to back up their findings. My buyers were able to make their final decision with confidence. We will no doubt be calling again.

When did they start sucking so much. We have used them a number of times and they were great. Most recently we called and the person they sent out was awful - an absolute pig. When I call to speak with the owner - Sergio - who had been to our home before - I did not get a response. Never again.

About an hour after posting this I got a call from one one the owners. That call didn't go well...

Less than 5 min. took to Eric (the guy who answers the phones on the weekends) to respond my call after leaving a message on Nautilus Plumbing's voice mail one Sunday morning. I was surprised because in my experience -I'm a property manager, business tend not respond so fast on Sundays -and some they never do, even though they claimed they work on Sundays!

Chris arrived in less than half an hour and right away started to work on the problem (stuck bathroom sink). He was very polite, it didn't take him long to fix the problem, he gave me several tips and he left the place just as clean as he found it.

I'll definitely going to call them again whenever I need a plumber, I totally recommend Nautilus Plumbing, they are very polite, very professional and affordable!

Nautilus knows about customer service! Their staff is super responsive, via phone, text, and Yelp message. They often come same day or next day, and they are quick, easy, and professional. I live in an old building downtown with finicky plumbing and these guys have come to my rescue more than once, love them!

Our main sewer line backed up and our regular plumber wasn't available. Nautilus came within hours after I called them and saved the day. They ended up doing a fairly large job for us and I was very impressed with them. Chris and Mike did the actual work and they were terrific!
