These guys are the BEST! We had several other companies try to fix our relatively new AC Unit (only a couple of years old) and the fixes would always be temporary. National Air and Heat fixed the issue and they were honest and fairly priced. Having a good AC company handy in South Florida is a big deal. I only wish I would have found them before I spent so much money on others who underperformed. If we should ever need maintenance or repairs this is the first company I would call, hands down!

Experience was great. Humberto came in and fixed my air handler leak rather quickly. Turns out the air handler just had a bunch of algea trapped in the condensation drip pan and wasn't letting any of the water drain out. My AC is over 20 years old but hopefully this will extend the life of my AC for more time. The only reason I didn't give this a five star was because I asked for a quote for a new AC. Was told I'd get it the following week but have not received it. Follow up is important.

I called the company to schedule an estimate and was given one the following day by Carlos. He seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was going to send some technicians out to do the work (installing an additional air vent, an air return, and replacing the old air duct) but I requested with him if he could do the work rather than the technicians. He easily agreed, which made me feel comfortable given that he seemed to know what needed to be done and how. The work was done as scheduled and within a few hours. We feel highly satisfied with the results and the price. Thank you Carlos! Keep up the great work!

Great for emergency AC repair. Carlos sent his AC repair guy within 2 hours of my call to finish an AC install that a prior AC contractor did not complete. A leak was fixed and freon added to the system. He got my AC running great. While onsite and with phone call follow-up I did schedule a second follow-up appointment to have additional work done. The AC tech took photos of the additional work to be done so that Carlos could schedule the job properly. However, I never received a call back or appointment for the follow-up work. Therefore I had to hire yet another AC company. Some AC companies are better at emergency service and some companies are better at standard service. However, for emergency service, if you are willing to pay for quality work, I would highly recommend this company. Prompt, clean and professional.

Often customer service in Miami disappoints me. But this company was a pleasant surprise. They offered very good customer service responding immediately to my email, following up with calls, notifying me of delays, working after 6 PM on a Friday, explaining the AC problem clearly, giving me options. To top it off, they offered a very reasonable repair price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend. They are polite, professional, competent, and genuinely care!
