The National Service Pros is an outstanding company. I called them on Sunday because my A/C was leaking. I didn't wait long. Maybe a little bit over one hour and the technician, Raynier, came. He inspected the unit and fixed it. The whole process was overseen by Angel who called me and let me know what was going on because I could not be at the apartment at that time. Key Largo-September 2023 We are very satisfied with their air duct cleaning services. Our house doesn't have elevator and to reach the second level there is a spiral staircase which made difficult for their huge machine to pass through. So they had to disassemble the machine, with the best disposition. Andrew Barreto was the main technician and he was very proactive and creative to be able to do the job in both levels. The service overall was excellent and we are extremely satisfied with the final result. The house now smells like new, even weeks after the service. Highly recommend them!

I called National Service pros with a dripping unit. They cleaned the inside unit, outside unit and all my ducts. My house was blowing harder and colder than ever. I will never look elsewhere for my AC needs. They also send you a super cool link to track the workers on the way to your house. Gave my wife peace of mind knowing who to expect on the other side of the door.

Had an issue with my AC not cooling last night. Did a little research early this morning and called National service pro. I was a bit apprehensive since my unit is a little long in the tooth and was worried I need a new one. Nick took my call at 6am and told me he'd send out a technician first thing. Sure enough the technician, Jorge, was here first thing in the morning. After looking at the unit and quickly identified the problem he told me it was a small fix. Gave me some recommendations for future maintenance and was on his way. Price was more than fair for how quickly they came out. I was hoping I could get a fridge magnet out, but no such luck. I will definitely be using them again. Do not hesitate to use these people for your AC needs.
