My mother had an issue with her AC unit blowing hot air. We called them up and a technician came to service the unit. The gentleman was able to get it blowing cold air again. The AC unit needed parts to be replaced and abo technician was sent out to complete the repair. Thank you for the quick response and helping my mother out.

I came home to a hot house and called them as I read the Yelp reviews and saw the many stars...I also needed a place open 24/7 as it was late in an August day on a Friday! They had a person in the area come right away. The tech, Felix, was pleasant and punctual. He also put me on the phone with his supervisor Carlos a few times, and Carlos was patient and clear when explaining the issues and parts. Felix worked until dark, and when another part was needed, he came first thing the next morning to finish the job. I like how their scheduling and invoices are all electronic through texts and emails.

Theyare a very professional and fair. My parents just purchased a unit with an a/c that was 20 years old. Although it worked, they recommended replacing as its a condo and can affect neighbors and leak over time. They replaced the unit quickly and efficiently and were fair in pricing.

National Air and Heat from Miami, the tech was on time. And he cleaned and vaccuumed the duct that goes from my clothes dryer to the outside wall. Very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend.

Read below review posted by H O. Same thing happened to me and I should have read that review before calling. They wanted to replace more parts than necessary, charge a $300+ markup for each, and charged us the $150 emergency dispatch fee. Rather than pay a $900 bill, we sent the technician off and stayed without A/C until we got the part for $17 and replaced it easily. Don't fall for it.

Opportunistic Company! Be aware, don't make the same mistake. Read on. Back in June 2021 on a Saturday, my A/C Unit wasn't cooling properly. I contact this company on Sunday and agree to pay the weekend emergency fee over the phone. They schedule someone to service my unit and they showed up 4 hrs later (which is not bad). The Person showed up noticing the problem and changing a broken part from the outside unit, all that was done in less than 30 mins. So far was great until they charge an opportunistic Company! Be aware, don't make the same mistake. Back in June 2021 on a Saturday, my A/C Unit wasn't cooling properly. The Person showed up noticing the problem and changing a broken part from the outside unit, all that was done in less than 30 mins. So far was great until the Total amount of $475. You be the judge: Emergency Fee $150 + Parts and service $325. The Part Used is sold for $25 max that means they charge an additional $300 for only 30 min of labor. To me, that is abusive and opportunistic. Before Hiring this company make sure to ask how much they charge for labor p/hr and how much of the part (which I didn't). Just be very aware!!!

Our A/C went out this holiday weekend and of course, it was difficult to find a repairman to come out as soon as possible. I messaged National this morning and I was given a time frame of 2:30-6:30pm to get someone out to my house. By 3pm, he was gone and the air conditioning was fixed for an insanely reasonable price. I would 100% recommend National Air and Heat for any problems you may have.

A/C stopped blowing cold air so we contacted National Air and Heat. They were very responsive and sent out a tech that same day. Turns out the capacitor went bad and needed to be replaced. The tech replaced the capacitor in about 20 minutes and the A/C was back to cooling. The final price was pretty steep for a capacitor replacement so that is the only reason I am not giving a 5 star.

It is important to have a great AC company you can trust. National Air and Heat responded quickly and professionally. After waiting for days for my regular AC person that never showed up. National Air fixed the problem in no time. Very reasonable and most importantly, reliable and professional. Angel made things happen quickly.

Extremely expensive :75 dollars just the home visit ! worse even when I ask for estimate to get my AC ( small 2 tons equipment) replaced : 4,920 dollars ! AFTER DECLINE and very upset called other company tech guy came ,check and replace a faulty piece cost: 200 dollars labor included Plus deep coil cleaned . I think many reviews are fake here . Don't trust that company
