Extremely expensive :75 dollars just the home visit ! worse even when I ask for estimate to get my AC ( small 2 tons equipment) replaced : 4,920 dollars ! AFTER DECLINE and very upset called other company tech guy came ,check and replace a faulty piece cost: 200 dollars labor included Plus deep coil cleaned . I think many reviews are fake here . Don't trust that company

My second time calling for service from National Air and Heat. Once in March 2020, and the other this time (June 2021). Both time they sent people who know what they doing and take the time to explain to you. This time my capacitor is out of warranty but they still replaced it free of charge. Technicians from great company, get the job done quickly, no BS. Highly recommended.

I've called this company twice. Once when my A/C was leaking and the second time for a dryer vent cleaning, I'm super happy with both house calls. they have generally been timely, thorough, and fairly priced. The technicians have been friendly and knowledgeable and both times they have been able to complete the work needed plus provide recommendations to avoid future issues without being pushy about it. Appreciate the work!

My AC broke on a Thursday morning so I called National Air & Heat to see when they can send some one out to diagnose the problem. After explaining to them the issue with my AC in conversation I mentioned my wife being pregnant and they immediately took action. Later on that evening, a technician passed by my house inspected the 25 year old unit which unfortunately had to be replaced. The next morning they were at ready to replace my unit with a new one for a reasonable price. This company over exceeded my expectations. The technicians wore their PPE the whole time, were very professional and even had a special mat to protect my wood floors. I will be using this company for my future services and would highly recommend them.

We were referred to this company by another one that didn't work at condo buildings. I was happy to see that they had great Yelp reviews before I called to schedule. Two guys came out within three hours. They followed Covid protocol, were friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue with our a/c. They showed us the problem parts and had replacements in their truck. The a/c was back up and running quickly and at a fair price.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. It is crazy because the company was recommended by a friend. The technician checked my AC told me he had to solder a copper line and fill my unit with refrigerant. Quoted $960.00. I told him no thank you. He hung up called me back and said $650. I told him to leave. I had another Air Repair company come the same day and they fixed it for $240. Your company is taking advantage of people, thinking everyone is dumb or desperate due to the Florida heat. I will also report this to the better business bureau. Extremely overpriced. I would understand perhaps $400 for the work that had to be done, but $960 is highway robbery.

I commend the company for offering free consultations, but they need to improve how they account for the effects of weather in their scheduling and how they make customers whole when things don't go as scheduled through no fault of the customer. When they scheduled me for a consultation, they gave me a four hour window during which the technician should have arrived. As the end of the window approached, I contacted the company to inform them the technician had not arrived. It was only then that they informed me that the weather had delayed them and that they would not make it on time. Had I not reached out, who knows when I would have heard from them? Communication with customers should be proactive, and weather forecasts should be accounted for when providing estimates of arrival, especially in peak hurricane season in South Florida. In addition, after having cost me four hours on my weekend, I thought it would be good service on the part of the company to guarantee me a reasonable price for the service if I chose to proceed with them. I based my offer on estimates I received from other companies on Yelp, but the company said it could not meet that guarantee. After you let a customer down and cost them time out of their day, you should try to make them whole, and unfortunately this company chose not to do that.

Honest, fast and dedicated service! Simply great experience. Had an emergency Saturday evening, my air stopped cooling. Within 45 mins of looking for help National Air and Heat had dispatched a technician, less than an hour and half after my call the problem was fixed. Carlos (the owner) was incredible when responding, always reachable and when I had a question he called me immediately and took care of all the issues. Not a fly-by-night operation. They are certified and not the cheapest but you will get your issue fixed promptly and professionally.

I had a late night HVAC issue on Saturday during a steamy summer night in Miami. I messaged the owner on yelp and someone from the office called me within minutes. They gave a four hour window, but their technician arrived in 30 minutes. I live on Miami Beach so this was an unexpected surprise. The system was fixed within 20 minutes due to a faulty part which they carried in their van. The fee was reasonable and competitive for a last minute weekend service call. Ice cold air started flowing again and my wife was happy, which means I was happy. Would use again!
