Greetings! Thank you for your interest in learning about me (Carlos Socarras) and my venture (National Service Pros). Growing up, I was known as the go-to person for repairs. I was the trusted source for help or tips on making repairs.
I entered the plumbing industry in July 2002, and I found it to be a perfect match for my skills. I relished the challenge of restoring systems that others thought couldn’t be salvaged and installing systems that not only functioned well but also looked appealing. Growing up among business owners, I naturally wanted to become an entrepreneur myself. I established National Service Pros five years after that, and even though I wanted to maintain a small operation, my dedication to integrity, meticulousness, and customer care resulted in unexpected growth. Today, I maintain this momentum by carefully choosing top talent in the industry to represent our brand.

I have never really had a good experience with any of these """"AC COMPANIES"""" out here but National Air and Heat really stood out today. My ac stopped working around 5:30 pm and by 5:50 I had a tech here at my house and by 6:25 my ac was back on and cooling. The ac tech Tony was amazing. Super professional and very polite. He explained to me what the problem was and the best was to fix it. Right when he finished we tested out the ac to make sure everything was functioning correctly and it was! This company delivers excellent service. I will always continue to use them as today they were truly life savers!!! Thank you to Carlos for answering me quickly and getting this handled same day! Truly the best AC company in Miami!

Jim S.National Air & Heat was a life saver!! It was the Saturday of Art Basel, and another hot Miami day. Our air conditioner had begun running hot the night before. Sleeping was difficult, and I was upset that we would have to pay extra given it was a weekend, if we could even get help. PLUS, we we're leaving home at noon for Art Basel, so I was convinced we'd be out-of-luck for the day. HOWEVER, National Air & Heat not only came that morning, shortly after I called, but the repair was immediate & affordable!! I was shocked...& extremely grateful. They really cared that I have have my A/C fixed.
