I called my home warranty company and they sent this company. The man that came was very rude. My problem was a noise in the pipes and low water pressure in the shower. The guy went to the shower and removed a California metal thing and the shower worked, for one day. Now it has no water coming out of it at all. I started off with low pressure still being able to use the shower to not being able to use the shower at all. I am not calling them again, especially since they were very rude and they messed up my shower.

Home warranty company assigned them to me. They refused to provide a definitive time for showing up. Finally was able to schedule a time and rearrange my work schedule. I called them during the appointment time frame and said I should have received a message for rescheduling which I never did. I tried to reschedule and they told me the next appointment was the following week, then proceeded to say they didn't have the schedule yet, then put me on hold for 20 minutes. Horrible and unprofessional.

I had this plumbing company assigned to me from First American. What an absolute joke. I had a leak under my sink which was coming from my garbage disposal. When the plumber came he fiddled under my sink for a minute and then attempted to turn on my garbage disposal which was completely dead. He placed his hand in my
Garbage disposal and pulled out a brass picture hanger. I do not use these things so there would be no reason for it to be in my garbage disposal. But I was told that it burned out the motor and that I would need a new garbage disposal and it would not be covered under the insurance. He wanted to charge me $375 plus the $85 service fee. At first I agreed to putting in the new garbage disposal because I couldn't prove this picture hanger wasn't there. I felt like I had no choice. But I quickly changed my mind and sent the plumbers out. I looked under my sink and my garbage disposal had been unplugged.
I plugged it back in and pressed the reset button (something the plumber didn't do)
My garbage disposal turned on. Yes it was still leaking and I needed a new garbage disposal but it was not burned out because of this item he claimed to have found inside. The garbage disposal should've been covered under the insurance. After reading all the other reviews it's clear that I am not the only one that this company has done this to. They also have an F rating on BBB. If these people are signed to you from your home warranty please do yourself a favor and refuse the service.
Please note the good condition that this picture hanger is in when it should be mangled.

I was assigned Nation Side through my home warranty company and after reading all these reviews I was really worried about how my service would be but John and Hamlet were so pleasant when they arrived. It took them less than 10 min to open the clog in my shower. I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely request them again.

Buyers beware do not use this company. Rude and cold no costumer service. Told me not to buy parts from Home Depot so I would buy from him. Lied about the diagnosis. Find a reasonable Plumber and friendly customer service. I see why they have a bad rating most the good ones are fake

I called my home warranty company for a leaky water heater, and they sent our Nation Side Plumbing and Rooter. First, the 2 techs were rude to my wife for asking questions. The next day they send over the contract with my out of pocket non-covered items. The contract prices were a total rip-off.
Just a few.
Sediment trap $180.00 I made it with 4 parts for $11.52
Drip pan $110.00 I bought one for $16.99
Vent modifiacation $105.00 I cut 3 inches off the pipe in 2 minutes.
Hot/Cold pipe $180.00 I bought both for $46.00
Gas line $170.00 I bought it as part of the package with the hot/cold pipes above.
There are a few additional charges I can't read.
Total $1370.00 my out of pocket, and the insurance will pay for the heater.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE BANDITS.

Sent by my first american home warranty. Warm water is not flowing properly, I have to turn on multiple faucets. They are rude when they talk to me and firm on suggesting I have a plumbing issue. That the home warranty will not cover it and have will be expensive to fix the plumbing. I have doubts on their assessment so i called another plumbing company recommended by my neighbor. Gallegos plumbing said the issue was the tankless water heater and I'm very looking forward on working with them to replace it. I do not recommend this company. If they come knocking on your door, just close it and save yourself some money because they will not give you clear solutions.

My First American Home Warranty assigned this company to check our drains and garbage disposal.
Just like other reviews mentioned, they didn't bother to do anything but make a scene of the ""foreign bodies"" that weren't supposed to be there. However, I have not used and unplugged mine for weeks and those stuff were from cooking YESTERDAY. They are tons of reason why the motor dead. Mine had broken down several times and it's just an old one and they said my contract is one month ""new"" (??? NOT TRUE) and my problem is ""old"" (ofc who needs to replace a new one!) and my insurance won't cover it and didn't let me talk about the issues at all. And ofc the insurance denied the claim for replacement and then we asked for their report from our home warranty and guess what they did not tell the truth claiming I put multiple rubber bands inside (Excuse me??).
I was really shocked about their attitude so we called home warranty for another company for a second opinion and guess what it's not my ""own ignorance"" caused the problem at all!! The new plumbers even solve all my problems in one hour. Shockingly!! it must be really hard!

Unprofessional and one contractor called me a bitch on his way out of my house.

I had to ask the two contractors assigned to my case to leave my house 2 minutes into the job after they verbally harassed me. I only used them since they were a referral from my home warranty company. From the start they were rude and condescending. When they began to look at my garbage disposal (which I stopped using as soon as I realized that it never turned on) there was one sauce package inside that fell inside. One of the contractors began to yell at me and say very condescendingly that I'm not supposed to have that in there. He made such a big show of it. It was like a parent yelling at their child. We had a few more similar exchanges after that and I had to ask them to leave. The guy said that he was glad to and called me a bitch on his way out. When I called the company after they left the woman that I spoke with didn't care about what happened and never called me back after she was going to check in on the issue. They never finished the job.

Nation Side Plumbing does nothing to hold their employees accountable and they don't care about employing professional contractors.
