Scam. Don't use. Guy makes faces and pretends to pull out metal piece and then home office tells me the disposal I got wouldn't fit. Total lie to not do the job and steal the $75 home warranty fee.

Just had a terrific experience with two plumbers from Nation Side. Two bathroom sinks were clogged and they snaked the lines, and also advised that one sink didn't have the updated abs pipe used in other bathrooms in our home. They didn't force adding the abs pipe; rather shared the benefits of upgrading which we did. Gary and Hamlet were thorough, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Update: a handyman fixed this garbage disposal in less than 30 minutes, proving how ridiculous this experience with Nation Side Plumbing was.

My home warranty placed a work order for these guys to come out and fix my water heater. I never got a got from them. When I called, the guy was so rude and unaccommodating. He told me he didn't have my work order. Then, he finally found it and told me he would have to call me back later to schedule. He never called me back. I had to call my home warranty and get my work order transfered to another company.

Whoa, buyer beware, stay away from this company!
Nations Side Plumbing came out yesterday after the gas company red-tagged my water heater. The tech was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. He said he didn't smell gas therefore the gas company was wrong. When I asked why the gas company red-tagged the water heater, he said that he saw it all time and that the gas company was wrong, He said the Gas Company red tag appliances for no reason (because his nose couldn't detect gas). HE also tried to use the outside gas meter as a way to measure if the appliance was leaking, but I pointed out to him because he didn't ask that we also have a gas stove with a standing pilot so it would not indicate. When I asked him again why the gas company would tell falsely red-tag an appliance, given that they come and inspect appliances for free, and do not make repairs, he said they did it for fun.
The interaction was completely frustrating and there were times where he would not listen to me, and kept interrupting me, and when I got frustrated he then quickly turned it around and asked me to calm down. It was the misogynistic interaction, my husband had to come out to intervene. I have had more interactions like this with vendors, most of them are Home Warranty vendors. I will say that I am used to dealing with vendors as my las career was in property management and I handled large projects. I am not used to be treated like a ""stupid woman"" and it's always frustrating when I encounter vendors like this.
Here is the thing, I was there when the gas company tech read the gas detector. She tested all of my appliances, the water heater was clearly leaking gas in the control panel, she showed me.
So stay away, this company does not take safety seriously and the technician who came out is a real piece of work.

This only reason why we went with this company was because they were assigned to us by our home warranty company. Had a clogged kitchen sink. Plumber arrived, opened up the drain and snaked it for maybe 20 minutes. Then stated we may need hydro jetting done, which I informed him, was covered by our policy. He said he wasn't able to provide that service. Then started talking about opening up our walls to do repair. Really? So long story short, he left in less than an hour after arrival and I was left with my sink still clogged. Told me someone from his office would call with quote later on in the day. No one ever called back, and honestly, everything he suggested sounded fishy to me so I did not bother calling them to follow up. Weekend goes by and sink still clogged. My husband called a local company, VIP, today and their technician came in less than 2 hours after being called, cleared the clogged drain AND only charged us $90. Don't waste your time, feels like they are only trying to get as much money as they can. If I could give 0 stars, I would, much more fitting to the service I received which was ZERO.

We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when we were assigned Nation Side by our insurance company after reading some of the reviews here...
From the time they got here, I knew we were in trouble. The ""plumber"" started by blaming a tree for our backup before even looking at a pipe! He came in and told us with a smile on his face we probably wouldn't have good news and proceeded to look at toilets, and listen to sinks and not do a thing other than tell us we need additional service that wouldn't be covered by our policy. He then lied on the insurance form saying we didn't have a clean out (we have 2) even through he showed me one of them before he left when we walked to the ""problem"" tree.
We didn't have working drains for almost a week while we waited for him to turn in wrong information to the insurance company...
fed up with their incompetence we hired another plumber who fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes!
Even though we spoke to the plumber and the office about how we were unhappy with their service, and would not be using them going forward they are still calling to schedule a service that was expensive, not covered by insurance, and never needed in the 1st place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS EVEN IF IT MEANS PAYING OUT OF POCKET WITHOUT INSURANCE!

The worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. This is a family-owned company, and I guarantee they hire lazy family members to do the work. The plumber showed up, and he seemed to be either high on drugs or intoxicated. He had no idea what he was doing. When he tried to fix the leak, he didn't even turn the water off, and water gushed out everywhere, causing damage to my belonging under the sink. He didn't even fix the issue, and I had to hire another contractor. He and the people at the office were very rude when I tried to complain about the leak not being fixed. If you don't want to be ripped off or not have the problem get worst, then you should NOT use this company.

Sewage smell was coming up every time we use one of our bathrooms and kitchen sink.

We contact a company to take a look and they immediately saw what was going on when they crawl under the house. Unfortunately they said they don't offer that type of service. So we contacted our home warranty Who recommended Nation Side. Nation side show up next day, crawled under the house and in 20 minutes they said the service was done. That costed me $1500. The home warranty Didn't cover that but I knew that from the beginning.
I went to take a shower couple hours later and the sewage smell came up again. I went to wash my dishes and the smell got even worse.

3 days later I had to call nation side again because the smell got absolutely awful. They scheduled to be here next day and didn't show up.

We already had the restoration scheduled with another company who came today to do their job but couldn't become they saw that NOTHING was fixed by nation side. They also said now the problem is 10 times worse.

Nation Side came and after crawling again under the house they said it was another ""new leak"" that he didn't see at first because he didn't go all the way under the first time. Now they want $3000 more because he said all the pipes under the house needs to be replaced.
Why people can't just do the services they are contacted for, get paid and just build a good reputation with the client? Happy clients only bring more clients. Or if you can't do the job DON'T DO IT!
Now the insurance don't want to cover because Armani didn't write the report right. He is refusing to tell the insurance what is going.

Another plumbing company(Drain Master) came. This time no home warranty recommendations. I went online and checked the guy's reviews 4.9 stars everywhere. If I would have done this from the beginning with these people I WOULD NEVER HIRED THEM!! And all would cost me only $700.
The real plumber told us and showed to us in video what was supposed to be fixed and confirmed that these guys are SCAMMERS. Took $1500 from us for nothing. Change the entire sewage pipes under the house was a big, fat, lie!

People from Nation Side, there still time to be good humans. Don't let money turn you guys in to such evil people. Feel some regret, go learn about plumbing and restart with a new name because this one is rotten. Trust me, will love the feeling of being recommend by another client because they are happy with your services. Your money will multiply, you will sleep better at night.
Or you can keep taking money from hard working people until one of them decide to look for their rights.

Unprofessional, liars, poor quality of work. Every reason you shouldn't hire this company for ANYTHING! If your home owners warranty company tries to send this company to your home REQUEST A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!! I had a water heater issue and my home owners warranty company sent these clowns out. They said they couldn't get the pilot light to ignite so recommended replacement of the water heater. I was able to ignite the pilot light no problem but it would turn off after a day.. There's the first lie.

Did the water heater have to be replaced? Probably not, the issue probably could have been resolved by replacing a part however these people wanted to squeeze me for another $1,100 to bring the water heater up to 'code' before installing a new unit. That $1,100 does not include the cost of the water heater itself... After the 30 minutes they took to bring everything 'up to code' AND install the new water heater, the water heater didn't work.. I went to inspect their 'code' work which boiled down to about $200 worth of bullshit parts that can be found at home depot that were slapped onto the outside of the water heater that absolutely anyone could've done. Had them come back out to figure out why my damn water heater still wasn't working to which they said the burner was bad on the brand new unit that they provided. Had to wait approximately one week for them to get a simple part and replace it with the bad part on the water heater and after they left, the water heater STILL didn't work!! They sent yet another technician out on a Friday who told me the water heater would be replaced but couldn't be ordered till Monday. Luckily I was able to get the water heater running over the weekend MYSELF! They never called me back that following Monday so after 2 weeks I called them and asked where my new water heater was, after a heated argument with the owner I was told 'well it's working now isn't it?' and that I wouldn't be receiving a replacement water heater.

PLEASE! Learn from my poor experience with this terrible company, do not put yourself through the same headache of trying to make sense of what this company does. I still never received a final invoice for what I paid for.. These people are stupid.. Their terrible rating on Google speaks for itself!!
