These guys are amazing. I was referred to Nation Side Plumbing through my home warranty company.

They came on short notice and were able to unclog the stoppage in my kitchen sink. They went above and beyond in getting the job done, despite the fact that we didn't have a drain clean out on our pipes

These people are terrible. We just bought a house and had a leak we noticed right away. Our warranty assigned us to them and the first guy came out and left after an hour because he couldn't reproduce the issue. After he left, my husband and I ran the sink for 1 minute and water comes pouring out the ceiling. The second guy comes and tries to convince us the sinks are just a bit clogged and there was no leak. After we showed him out to reproduce the issue, he finally believed us and was about to locate the leak that was caused from the foundation settling. He found a tiny root that grew into the cracked pipe about the size of a finger nail. He told our warranty that the root caused the leak and now our warranty won't cover the plumbing. They quoted us 7k to fix. I'm sorry but a flimsy root the size of my finger nail doesn't break pipes. Thanks for screwing us over and good job steeling nation wide's name and slogan.

I've hired numerous plumbing companies for our HOA and myself and this company is the worse I've ever had to deal with. Poor customer service and crappy service.

Water heater needed replacing under our home warranty and they tried to charge us an additional $1525 in additional fees they say were not covered. They were going to charge $140 for a $40 drip pan!, $140 ground wire, $175 valve, $265 pipe mod, $185 hard pipe?, $145 TMP? I think they were getting paid or charging a very small amount by First American Home Warranty and passing on the real charges to us. Warranty people said their cost for the water heater & plumber was $ 757.14. I ended up buying a water heater through a plumber friend and his cost for the materials (pan, heater, new inlet water lines) was $878.25. There is defiantly something fishy going on with this company!

The water heater was leaking and had them fixed as they are a Old home republic vendor. The technician comes in make note does not explain, takes the copayment check with a promise to get this sorted in evening. I had to call to get a appointment and I was told that if you agree to the price we will get this done. I agree to the price and they come in and rush the job. One item was grounding for $165 dollars and the person just hooks a wire with our current grounding to charge me that. It is total rip off...no customer skills. Disappointed customer...

Awful. Assigned to me by Home Warranty. Told me one thing and told Home Warranty another so my claim was denied and have to go find my own plumber and pay. No recourse, their word against mine.

Scam. Don't use. Guy makes faces and pretends to pull out metal piece and then home office tells me the disposal I got wouldn't fit. Total lie to not do the job and steal the $75 home warranty fee.

Just had a terrific experience with two plumbers from Nation Side. Two bathroom sinks were clogged and they snaked the lines, and also advised that one sink didn't have the updated abs pipe used in other bathrooms in our home. They didn't force adding the abs pipe; rather shared the benefits of upgrading which we did. Gary and Hamlet were thorough, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Update: a handyman fixed this garbage disposal in less than 30 minutes, proving how ridiculous this experience with Nation Side Plumbing was.

My home warranty placed a work order for these guys to come out and fix my water heater. I never got a got from them. When I called, the guy was so rude and unaccommodating. He told me he didn't have my work order. Then, he finally found it and told me he would have to call me back later to schedule. He never called me back. I had to call my home warranty and get my work order transfered to another company.
