this is by far the worst plumbing company. they are complete liars! my water heater needed to be replaced but because i wasn't going to use their company to do so (i would get a cash out thru my home warranty company), gary said that he was going to write in the report that it just needed to be repaired because he was upset that he was going to lose the job. they made an appointment to come out to repair (as the owner said). when gary got here he said it would be two weeks to get the parts. so instead he was going to falsify the report to the home warranty company so that i could get it replaced. do not trust them! gary told me i should lick his boots for rewriting the report so i could get a new water heater! what a horrible person and company!

I have to say, Nation Side Wide Plumbing did an Excellent Job in resolving my unique plumbing problems.

Their response time is pretty quick (same day, the time I filed my warranty claim). They will not waste your time and will attend immediately and directly to solve your plumbing problems.

As for their quality service, I got to say they Exceptional Awesome and Professionally Expert in the Realm of Plumbling. They will go in details to explain why it happened and provide some home preventive tips in preserving your plumbing needs.

As a customer, I can attest that they are True to their business mission statement: ""Nation Side Is On Your Side""! When it comes to their Customer Service. First, they comply with general CDC standard for the safetyness of their customer, they value their customer's time so they are prompt and punctual, they constantly update you of the situation before the job, during the job and after the job, Polite and carries superb integrity in caring to their customers and make sure that they will make the job complete with less stress and no worries to the customer.

Overall, I am a highly satisfied customer and very happy to the overall experience of service provided by Nation Side Plumbing.

Let me start off with saying that Nation Side Plumbing is the most realiable team out there. They are very fair on prices and will not BS nor waste your time. I've had the pleasure of having their team work for my properties and they always do such a great job! We always request John for out service calls. He's very prompt on time and works very efficiently. John is very kind and knowledgeable, one of the best crew they have!

Had a great experience with John and Johnny last week. They fixed my clogged drains and the pop up assembly in my bathtub very quickly and explained everything to me so I understood. I would definitely recommend them!

As far as the work done they did a great job. Less than 30 minutes for a very clean and efficient garbage disposal replacement.

As far as the customer service it was really bad. They were referred to me by my home warranty company.

- They inspected my garbage disposal for all of 30 seconds using a flash light and said I needed a new one. When I asked what was wrong with it they said they didn't know. So how would you know it was broken unless they just wanted to collect from my insurance company. When pressed for a reason why it needed to be replaced they just continued to say I don't know it won't turn on and flipped the switch on for the first time. So within 30 seconds using only a flashlight and not even flipping on the switch my disposal was deemed needing replacement...

- After saying my disposal needed replacement they said I needed to pay for the visit with cash or check. I told them I wanted to pay by credit card and was told it wasn't possible. When asked why he said he didn't have service on his phone to do it. Literally seconds after he gets a phone call and answers it. He puts his phone down after the call and I can see full bars and LTE. I tell them I can see they have reception so he can take my card he says he still doesn't have reception and just writes down my card number.

- Before he left he said they would call when they would be returning for the installation. I never got a phone call so a few days after I called to ask the status and they said they would be there in an hour. It would have been nice to have been given an early heads up

- On the day of the installation everything like stated before went smoothly. After the install he tells me I need to throw away the boxes he brought. When I asked why I have to throw away things instead of things being left cleaned he aggressively asks if there is a problem.

I would avoid this company. They looked to just be taking my insurance company for a ride.

Nation Side Plumbing and Rooter is a terrific plumbing company and John, the plumber was so professional and knowledgeable. I know the difference between great and mediocre. First off, making the appointment was easy. They called and scheduled first thing in the morning for that day. John came right in the window and was wearing a mask and very respectful. We walked through all the items and he fixed everything on the list. I am very appreciative. I intend to make Nation Side and particularly John my preferred plumbing company and plumber.

Very dishonest plumbing company. The owner lacks integrity and professionalism. They fail to meet their commitments, and then will lie, give poor excuses and false information for the reason why as opposed to taking ownership and accountability for their own mistakes. Don't work with them! There are many better plumbers out there

Racist against Mexicans!

During the course of my interactions with the technician. I didn't write down his name. He called his receptionist a ""stupid Mexican"" and made comments about Mexicans that work for him not being able to think for themselves and can only do exactly what they are told.

I recently purchased a condo and found several plumbing issues. I worked with my home warranty to review the issues and they connected me with Nation Side. They came out and inspected what I needed and collected the service fee. They submitted the claim info to the home warranty group and received partial approval. My home warranty looped me in and I called Nation Side same day. I never received a call back. On the day of the appointment, I called them to confirm and they told me that since they didn't get full approval, they canceled me. That would not have been a huge issue, except they never told me and waited for me to call them. I had already coordinated with my HOA and my job to be available. When I tried to get them to come out anyway, they told me that they could not guarantee the part and made efforts to up sell me on additional parts that were not disclosed at the initial review of my plumbing problems. I would not recommend using them.

We had a great experience with Nation Side Plumbing. They were assigned to us by our home protection insurance company. John called to ask me what my problem was and told me he would be out the next day between 11 am and 3 pm. A little after 3 pm he called to let me know he was running late but would be there within the hour. He arrived, fixed the problem (a clogged drain for my washing machine) quickly, and cleaned up the mess made from using a snake. He was polite and knowledgeable. I would use Nation Side again with confidence.

Tried to charge me $3000 (to start) for a less than $500 fix. They were the assigned contractor from my Home Warranty company. First Visit - 3 minutes - said that I did not have the access they needed. Very, very cold interaction with no service persona what so ever. They were wrong about the access. They came back two weeks later (while my family had no use of toilets or showers), shoved a snake down without performing a scope (as instructed by the warranty company), broke the snake off (which he admitted to doing weekly), said it would take nearly $3000 to dig up and pull out the snake they broke off - it would cost more if I wanted an actual plumbing repair. They were callous, uncaring and presumed an air that we needed them, they could treat us however they wanted to and had no vested interest in helping, they just wanted to put their hands in peoples pocket and take whatever money they had from them. So saddened to know they are out there duping people still.
