I just met Anthony at my home and I was very impressed with the level of concern he had for my issues, the manner in which he went about resolving those plumbing issues and how he conducts himself, it's rare today to come across respectful, hard working, detail oriented workers. I will use him for all of my plumbing issues going forward but I hope I never have to call again, ha!

Called to them work on a job - an undetermined leak that needed immediate attention. Said they would be there at 7:30am the next morning.
Calls me at 6:58am in the morning complaining that my tenant was not answering their phone - It wasn't even 7:00am yet!! I later found out that my tenant was in the shower. Also, because he said he could not find parking near the house, he wasn't interested in the job. Nice, right!! If I could give him ZERO stars I would. Very unprofessional. We moved onto the next plumber.

I saw that my water heater was leaking Saturday afternoon and immediately contacted Denny. I was told that he would be contacting me Sunday morning to let me know when and if he could do the repair work on Monday. To my surprise, I received a call from Denny at 7am Sunday asking if I was up because he was coming to my house before 8am to replace my hot water heater. 7:30 my doorbell rings and by 8:40 the work was complete. Worst business ethics I've experienced in 15 years of home owning. Natale Jr. was called to address a leaking steam system. The service person was comfortable using expletives from the moment he arrived, indicated a steam heat system should lose enough water daily that it needed to be filled manual each day as a normal working system, and clearly did not want to bother to do the work. Commented ""I hate working where there is a renter and an owner..."" Would never recommend and would not want my family home with this service representative in the house.

Here's the day's events. I called them to repair a leaking kitchen faucet and we decided to to install a new one. He gave me a price of $610. I relunctanly agreed because I wanted to be able to use the sink. He left to purchase a new faucet and came back and installed the cheapest low-end Delta faucet he could find at HOme Depot. I also asked him to replace the shower diverter in my bathroom. It took him 2 minutes and he charged me an additional $54 dollars to do it!!!! Most other plumbers would have done that for nothing. A total of $664 for an hour's work. Let's call this taking advantage of a senior citizen. Yes, I could have refused to have the faucet installed but I was expecting a higher grade faucet. It's all my mistake because I should have thrown him out of my house as soon as he quoted me that price. But I trusted him because he had previously serviced my boiler at a reasonable price. But, no more. I will find another plumber for al my future needs. As they say, let e buyer beware.

I had Natale Jr fix a clogged sewer drain in my home. It took less than 2 hours of work and I had to pay more than double what a average plumber would have charged. The quality of the work was fine and it was also a very standard task that any Junior plumber could handle.

Make sure you get a quote BEFORE any work is done otherwise you will not be happy with the bill. I will use another plumber next time.

I called to request an estimate and they told me that I had to pay for an estimate. Ridiculous!
