I saw that my water heater was leaking Saturday afternoon and immediately contacted Denny. I was told that he would be contacting me Sunday morning to let me know when and if he could do the repair work on Monday. To my surprise, I received a call from Denny at 7am Sunday asking if I was up because he was coming to my house before 8am to replace my hot water heater. 7:30 my doorbell rings and by 8:40 the work was complete. Worst business ethics I've experienced in 15 years of home owning. Natale Jr. was called to address a leaking steam system. The service person was comfortable using expletives from the moment he arrived, indicated a steam heat system should lose enough water daily that it needed to be filled manual each day as a normal working system, and clearly did not want to bother to do the work. Commented ""I hate working where there is a renter and an owner..."" Would never recommend and would not want my family home with this service representative in the house.

Here's the day's events. I called them to repair a leaking kitchen faucet and we decided to to install a new one. He gave me a price of $610. I relunctanly agreed because I wanted to be able to use the sink. He left to purchase a new faucet and came back and installed the cheapest low-end Delta faucet he could find at HOme Depot. I also asked him to replace the shower diverter in my bathroom. It took him 2 minutes and he charged me an additional $54 dollars to do it!!!! Most other plumbers would have done that for nothing. A total of $664 for an hour's work. Let's call this taking advantage of a senior citizen. Yes, I could have refused to have the faucet installed but I was expecting a higher grade faucet. It's all my mistake because I should have thrown him out of my house as soon as he quoted me that price. But I trusted him because he had previously serviced my boiler at a reasonable price. But, no more. I will find another plumber for al my future needs. As they say, let e buyer beware.

I had Natale Jr fix a clogged sewer drain in my home. It took less than 2 hours of work and I had to pay more than double what a average plumber would have charged. The quality of the work was fine and it was also a very standard task that any Junior plumber could handle.

Make sure you get a quote BEFORE any work is done otherwise you will not be happy with the bill. I will use another plumber next time.

I called to request an estimate and they told me that I had to pay for an estimate. Ridiculous!

The man looks nice but is too expensive. They request $100 for travel fee if I do not use their service after they come, although my home is only 1.5 miles away from his company. For the total 55 minutes plumbing work, I paid exactly $900 cash to him.

Dom Natale, Kevin, and Joe did an amazing job running a gas line for our new gas stove. I called them for a quote and they were at my house within an hour to complete it. Incredibly fair price for the work, they completed the job in less than 3 hours. They were very professional, thorough, and even removed and sold my old stove for me. Cleaned up fully after themselves and tested their work.

Dom went above and beyond, he even came back the next weekend to hand deliver me the cash for my old stove. Can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Dom!
