Doug installed our new sink and faucet and went over and above. He responded to our last minute request immediately and showed up ready to go! He explained everything in detail as he went along and moved things around to enhance our new appliance(s) capability. Doug totally cleaned up the area where the hoses, etc. were and streamlined everything so it looks like a new space underneath. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, very nice guy too.

He's also extremely thorough, and took the time to point out improvements that I could do to my home, but I never felt that he was trying to up-sell me; he really just cared and thought I should know. I somehow found Nash Plumbing through Yelp and he agree to come and give me an estimate. I had a job that wasn't that big so it is difficult to find anyone or they quote you a very high price. Doug did charge for his estimate but he took it off the total estimate after he did the job. Doug was very through with his explanation and right to the point. He gave me an estimate and that is exactly what i paid him when he finished. He replaced a shower handle that wasn't regulating the temperature.. Sounds like an easy job but not really. I have old galvanized lead pipe from 1973 and so cutting into the wall and splicing in new Pex (I think that is the right spelling) pipe can be tricky. Doug works quickly and efficiently. He was out the door before noon to another job. I guess my next project might be to recipe the house. But right now , $$$$.. I will get to try my new handheld shower tomorrow! Can't wait. I would gladly have him back for another job.

Doug was able to help me out on a Saturday after getting unhelpful/no responses from bigger operations. I called him in the morning, and by the afternoon he had my drain unclogged and back in working order. His pricing was clear and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. We had an old water heater rust out the bottom and start leaking. Doug quoted a replacement water heater and came and switched it out the next day. Was great to work with and did excellent work.
