I had a plumbing problem when the knob on the hot water shut-off valve snapped off during a dishwasher replacement, and i couldn't figure a way to fully stop the water coming out of the pipes I had used Doug's services before and called him to see if he would come out. Even though he was already on a job, he agreed to come the same day after he finished. He was able to fix the issue within a couple of hours and upgraded both the hot and cold shut-off valves as both were of inferior quality. Great service and fair pricing.

We've had a slow draining bath tub for a looong time - all the Draino in the world wouldn't fix it. Doug provided an estimate, and came over the next day at the stated time, and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes - the barrel for the drain had broken loose (behind the tub wall) and he fished it out of there, and provided me with some good info to ensure that our tub drains well going forward. He was friendly, helpful, did what he said he could do when he said he would do it - what more could you ask for! I will be calling Nash Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

This guy installed a water heater of his choice in late November 2021 that burst last night, the end of June 2023. I called him to ask him to fix it and he said not for 4 days! When I asked him if he could come quicker he physically threatened me. He does NOT warranty his work, he does NOT deal with the warranties of the water heaters he installs and he's extremely unprofessional. Go anywhere else!

Great job on my outdoor spigot. Doug was attentive, explained everything clearly and was detailed in his work. He gave a detailed quote outlining everything he would do and did not go over his estimated quote. He's honest and his pricing is fair. He didn't charge to go out to look at the problem unlike other companies that charge between $45-100, waiving it if you go with them, but still seems high. I will definitely hire him again. Highly recommend!
