Doug was the first person to reply and was very responsive. We needed him to cap our gas pipe as we were replacing our gas stove with an electric induction stove, and Doug had the job done in under 24 hours from when we first contacted him. His rate was very fair and he even offered me a lower-priced option and explained the difference between the 2 options.
