I called Doug Friday afternoon and got an immediate response and an offer to come out Sunday morning and fix our kitchen sink. He was on time, quick, friendly, and his pricing was very reasonable. I haven't even heard back from several other plumbers in the area that I left messages for. Highly recommend.

Was communicative and able to schedule me within a week of contacting him. Everything seemed fine until he became hostile when I asked if he could remove his shoes and said he would have to keep them on but wear booties, which was fine but he didn't have booties. He told me I would be charged for having him go out to his car to get them, which I said was fine. He then told me he would be right back and stopped responding to me.

Doug was quick to respond and schedule. He provided a very clear & fair estimate, so we decided to go with him for replacing our leaking outdoor spigots. He seemed very knowledgeable and everything went well. Our spigots work beautifully and don't leak anymore. Overall, this was a great experience! We will call Doug for any future plumbing needs.

Doug installed our new sink and faucet and went over and above. He responded to our last minute request immediately and showed up ready to go! He explained everything in detail as he went along and moved things around to enhance our new appliance(s) capability. Doug totally cleaned up the area where the hoses, etc. were and streamlined everything so it looks like a new space underneath. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, very nice guy too.
