We've had a slow draining bath tub for a looong time - all the Draino in the world wouldn't fix it. Doug provided an estimate, and came over the next day at the stated time, and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes - the barrel for the drain had broken loose (behind the tub wall) and he fished it out of there, and provided me with some good info to ensure that our tub drains well going forward. He was friendly, helpful, did what he said he could do when he said he would do it - what more could you ask for! I will be calling Nash Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

This guy installed a water heater of his choice in late November 2021 that burst last night, the end of June 2023. I called him to ask him to fix it and he said not for 4 days! When I asked him if he could come quicker he physically threatened me. He does NOT warranty his work, he does NOT deal with the warranties of the water heaters he installs and he's extremely unprofessional. Go anywhere else!

Great job on my outdoor spigot. Doug was attentive, explained everything clearly and was detailed in his work. He gave a detailed quote outlining everything he would do and did not go over his estimated quote. He's honest and his pricing is fair. He didn't charge to go out to look at the problem unlike other companies that charge between $45-100, waiving it if you go with them, but still seems high. I will definitely hire him again. Highly recommend!

Arranged to have him over for a quote on a plumbing project. He charged me $45 and took a bunch of pictures with his ipad. Kept following up with him for a quote and he finally said he can only do the project on a T&M basis. I considered this a waste of my time and $45.

This is our second time using Nash plumbing! Doug is knowledgeable and does wonderful work. He hooked up our dishwasher, fridge and sink for us. He is punctual and works quickly but efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Had a wonderful experience with Nash Plumbing. My sister's kitchen faucet stopped working suddenly and owner Doug Nash was extremely helpful and insightful right off the bat, taking time to look at some photos of the area under the sink and emailing a prompt estimate for repairs. He came to the house shortly thereafter and accurately diagnosed the issues impacting water flow and even rounded up all the necessary parts on the same day. He did great, high quality work and my sister and I are so thankful to have Nash Plumbing saved in our contacts now. Prompt, professional and very good value for high quality work.

I damaged our shower valve while trying to replace the cartridge. Doug was able to fit us in quickly, and installed a new shower valve for a reasonable price! He fixed some other issues with the original valve install - and advised us on some more work that needed to be done when it would come time to replace the tile in our shower (which is very soon.) Doug was amazing and professional - would recommend!
