Absolutely great work from Mike! We had a clogged kitchen sink. He not only managed to come the same day we called but explained everything he did including how to prevent it from happening. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a honest and professional plumber.

I have SO MUCH gratitude towards Mike from My Plumber- I called because of a kitchen sink backflow/leak- he took the time to hear what the presenting issue was over the phone and diagnosed the issue (clog in the building's main water line, not my pipes) just from hearing details of the story, and gave me advice for what to do to get the issue solved, even though he didn't make any money off the transaction and didn't end up doing the job. He could sense I was nervous about the issue and was super encouraging. This just goes to show how truly knowledgeable and actually just a kind person Mike is. Definitely will call them for future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael, who came out to look at my slow flushing toilet. I tried many things myself in an attempt to fix it and resolved myself to needing a new toilet, so I called MyPlumber. Michael first gave me a few tips over the phone, and when they didn't work, he came out. Most plumbers would have automatically told me I needed a new toilet, but Michael spent a good 30 minutes cleaning calcification out of the siphon jet with a wire hanger and the toilet was good as new. He was an unbelievably nice guy and even gave me some tips for unrelated plumbing issues he noticed in my bathroom. I have dealt with my fair share of crappy contractors and handymen so this was a nice change of pace. When you find a good one you have to hang on to them. Highly, highly recommend!

These guys are great. I called in a panic over the weekend because I was leaving to move out of state and had someone moving in in two days. Joe FaceTimed with me to asses the problem and was honest that I should wait until Monday to save on pricing. He said he would be there at 8 am and not to worry. Him and his coworker were so kind and really took the time to do a good job and make sure everything was all set. I cannot recommend them enough!

Mike initially replaced a garbage disposal for me and then came to my house on two other occasions to assess plumbing issues. He took the time, all at no cost, to give me advice and accurate information which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely hire him again and I have him listed as my number one choice for a plumber in my contacts list :)

Had mike come out to install a new faucet that I purchased a while back. He was great!! Super efficient, talked me through everything he did, and even tightened my garbage disposal and re adjusted my sink hose while he was at it! Will definitely use again and can't recommend enough! Thank you !

I can't say enough positive things about these guys!! I needed someone to come look at my forced hot water heater since heat wasn't working upstairs and also needed a clogged toilet looked at. They came quickly, were open and honest with what the issue and fix needed was, and did it in a timely manner. They were also very reasonable with their prices.

I have since had them come over for two more separate incidents dealing with pipes/leaking and they were able to quickly resolve the issues once again.

Highly recommend this company! They will be getting all my plumbing business going forward!

Great service and would definitely call again if I need plumbing services again. He came out in a snow storm to snake my toilet. When we realized something had fallen off the shelf above the toilet into the toilet and that snaking it wouldn't help, he provided great recommendations on a new toilet. He didn't charge me for that initial visit. He picked up the new toilet, lugged it up 4 flights, and quickly removed the old toilet and installed the new one. Really nice guy and great service.
