This guy is awesome and does no take advantage.

I had a clogged drain on my roof deck and he was here within a couple of days. I had two quotes that were RIDICULOUS from plumbers who were clearly trying to take advantage. One quote was $450 to snake my drain! (stay away from roto rooter under all circumstances). The technicians were curious and professional, fixed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I will only use them from here on out.

Horrible company, they sold me a worthless contract for several hundred $ that only covers inspection and nothing else and they won't give a partial refund for terminating the contract. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM

One of my pipes cracked, and we had to open up a wall to see what was going on. As first-time homeowners, my husband and I were pretty nervous, but Bernie and Mike were wonderful to work with. They were prompt in getting back to me, provided my husband and me great advice, and answered all of our questions. They were patient with us, communicative, and willing to explain everything. I would definitely recommend hiring them!

These guys are here to help. I called them for sense they had one of the higher reviews on help and I was not disappointed. I didn't even need their services but they help me anyway. Bernie specifically walked me through my plumbing issue and taught me quite a few things that will be useful in the future. He also referred me to some great contractors that were super friendly, helpful, and fast! If i ever need a plumbing issue in the future I will definitely be contacting Bernie!. Thank you!

These guys are so very professional. Fair price, good services, and honest feedback that the blockage in our pipes preceded the amount of time we've lived in our building. They agreed to vouch for this fact and as a result, our landlord agreed to reimburse us, for which I am very grateful. These guys definitely earned the money. Glad I went with them as I also called roto-rooter (who are supposed to work around the clock) around 12:30 and they said they couldn't come until tomorrow. These guys were fast. A lifesaver.

I would not advise doing business with this company. I called and set up an appointment with a technician not only did to technician not show up but did not even respond to my text to enquire where he is. When I called back to the office the phone rang somebody picked up and immediately was disconnected.

Excellent customer service. I called to make an appointment to fix a problem I could not resolve, a clogged drain. I tried everything I could from repeated plunging to liquid plumber and draino.

Over the phone he explained what I had to do and suggested I try it rather than having to have him come out and charge me. It worked, no service call and no charge.

That is great customer service.
