What a wonderful experience with My Plumber! It's the day before the 4 of July and I was able to get a same day appointment! Alex responded to my house and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and respectful. My problem is resolved and I am able to carry on with my day!!! I asked all sorts of questions and he was patient in answering all of them! My Plumber has a new loyal customer!

Needed a house repipe from galv to copper. Alex came all the way out to Upland, with his crew and very professionally laid out his guys to handle different tasks to a expedite the installation process. Being an older house, built in the 60's with various owners, some surprises did come up, but My Plumber handled them like a champ. As a compliment he even replaced a toilet after over hearing my wife and I talk about there possibly being a small toy stuck in the trap part.
I tell you this guy does quality work, no hiccups after repressurizing the lines. Well worth the money I spent, we're glad we went with My Plumber.

The reviews here must be fake!
Called their service to install two faucet and two drains for new vanities at one of my customer's house.
Instead of checking all the parts first before assembling, he just installed them and then realized that the parts aren't matching to each other.
Aren't you supposed to check the items before installing it? We are not the pro's here.

After paying him 840$ for what he did he asked me to pay additional of 270$ not including materials in order to replace what he just installed a minute ago..?
That's total of almost 1,200$ for installation of two faucets and two simple drains.

Just be aware before hiring this guy that's all I recommend.

Had a continued leakage from our sprinkler system and it finally came to the point where I had to call in the professionals. From the first call, to every step AJ was so professional and knowledgeable with helping us replace the disaster that was the valves linked to our sprinkler system. My Plumber have now become our Plumbers for the save!! AJ performed for us this weekend.

Alex and AJ were very good at installing my water heater. I was first impressed by the free estimate. He came out and within minutes new the old one was junk. Alex even explained to me how he knew it was done. When he ordered the new one he did it right in front of me, not hiding anything. The next day they came with the new one and had it installed within and hour and a half. Fast service, affordable, and I felt that they were very professional and honest. I would recommend them over anyone else.
