The entire team who assisted us from our first phone call to AJ coming out to do an inspection, to Alex coming to further assist was quick and easy. The team was friendly, courteous, and above all very professional in handing the issue with our clog.

They fixed our problem, explained every step, and identified a bigger issue we hadn't known about but are glad we do now.

The team is very thorough and understanding of your needs. They are willing to work with you without giving inflated prices.

I called MY PLUMBER with a last minute issue I thought I would be able to fix myself however that wasn't the case, but once I called they answered the phone very quick they were very professional when I was speaking with them, asked for my info to send an invoice and other info. Once I hung up I received a text from Aj Navarro letting me know he would be here within the next hour, but let me tell you they came within 10 minutes! He listened to the issue, assessed the problem and gave us our options on the fix l, he was very knowledgeable. Once we weighed our options and chose the best rout he got straight to work and we thought we had all the pieces for the job but we got the wrong size pipe and he showed us that the difference in the sizes for assurance which was great! I would recommend he was very professional, respectful and FAST. We wouldn't have water tonight if it weren't for how quick they responded and how quick Aj got to us.

This is the second time I have had to call them . But for a different issue . They added a new line . No problem . They clean up after themselves and are quick and efficient. Alex and Will far exceeded my expectations as I've had a nightmare in the past. Both professional, great work ethics and obviously know very well what they' are doing. Price was much lower than three other estimates and not to mention their work worth every penny. No question I will be a returning customer! They rerouted plumbing drain, both hot and cold supply lines and installed new supply line and water access for the refrigerator and having to cut out concrete backfill and concrete rough fill. Not only did they fix my problem to a high-level, but they went above and beyond by teaching me more about my houses water system and where things are located.

It was just a faucet that need to be fixed it went from 165 to 385 he did go and get a new faucet to put in because of that when I had wasn't gonna work but I think for 385 that was a lot of money for 10 minutes of work but it's done and I appreciate it so thanks just a lot of money that I didn't have to pay out

My Mother in Law's water meter was advancing when everything was shut off in the house. It was running a little less than a gallon a minute, and no water was visible anywhere. We called Alex and he was on site the same day within 2 hours of our call! He found a small leak in a wall at the water regulator, and also in the irrigation feed line underground near the irrigation valves. Alex and Thania (Owner) quoted the repair at a VERY reasonable rate, and upon our approval scheduled the work and completed the fix quickly. Great compnay. Highly recommend. Net result for Me: Happy Mother in Law, happy Wife, Happy Life!
