What a great experience! CJ came out and helped me choose the right system for me that worked with my budget. Then Storm came out to install it 2 weeks later. What a great job he did! He made sure to tell me everything he was doing every step of the way. He was efficient, neat, and considerate as well as just a really nice guy. I wish I had gotten the name of the young man who installed the exterior portion of the unit... he also did a great job. Well done!!

These guys are outstanding from beginning to end. We needed a new 3-4 ton A/C system. The entire process from estimate to installation is handled meticulously. Kudos to CJ, Caleb, and Tim for making everything so seamless. Office staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Estimate with options is explained in detail, installation has all protections in place (drop cloths, shoe floor savers, masks) and is done neatly. We are so happy to patronize a local, family owned establishment that takes such good care of their customers. Looking forward to doing business in the future with My Guy.

I called My Guy several months ago when I thought something was amiss with an a/c installation with another company. Sure enough, there were several issues and this company took the time to explain why. Great service in getting things running right. I called again as I wanted a sanity check that one room was getting enough air flow. I was scheduled quickly - even with hot weather ahead - great follow-up confirming the arrival of Scott R. I thought he would take a quick measurement and be on his way along with being very polite, he checked everything out very thoroughly! He recommended an adjustment and the company was kind enough to feel it would be covered under the first service. I highly recommend this company! Caleb is a neighbor so of course we asked him first about adding a/c to our present heat-only system. He came right over, came up with a plan at a very fair price, and in a couple of days we were sitting in a cool house during the heat wave. Tim and Rodrigo did the installation. The whole process was simple, pleasant and fast. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend My Guy.

From our estimate with CJ on one Friday, to the excellent installation of a Daikin air conditioning system the following Friday, we now have an A/C and Heating system that is efficient and meets our needs.
The installation crew (Storm, Alex and Vince) were friendly and personable, and did an outstanding job with the installation outside and in the attic. The crew kept us informed throughout the installation and included us in decisions to make the installation very professional and to our satisfaction.
CJ as well as the installation crew were COVID-19 aware and wore face masks. They wore boot covers each time they came in the house and during the installation used drop cloths to protect our floors.

Friday Aug 21, we had a new furnace installed My Guy about 11/2 years ago. The A/C went out yesterday, and we called and much to our surprise we got an immediate appointment with Scott. What a pleasant experience. Scott was professional and answered all our questions. He trouble shot The problem and made the repair quickly. It seems that at the time of installation a drain line did not get cleared. Scott cleared the line and checked out our entire system at no charge. How nice to do business with professional and honest people, would highly recommend

Timely and considerate of our schedule; the technician arrived at the time promised which is critical to us! Great customer service and people skills, too. Fixed our AC Unit within 30 minutes (super common issue). He also took the time to teach us how to operate the thermostat to achieve the best results! I called My Guy H & A to fix my A/C unit last summer. While the technician was here, he encouraged me to sign up for their maintenance plan. I'm so glad I did! When I had issues again recently (unrelated) - My Guy assured me that they would send their best guy to address the situation.
