After researching several companies, we recently had My Guy install a whole new HVAC system in our home to replace the old one. We could not be happier with the result. Brian Armstrong did such a great job explaining everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything went exactly as he said it would. The installers (Alex, Romero and Rodrigo) were careful of our property and did an outstanding job. They were courteous, professional, friendly and cleaned up everything before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend My Guy Heating & Air to anyone looking for a 5 star job at a competitive price. They are awesome. We will continue to use them in the future.

We had water leaking out from under the eaves of our roof and determined that our AC filter was probably clogged (thanks google..). I called around to a few companies and these guys were definitely the most helpful and the most friendly. The lady that answered the phone (sorry I forgot your name!) was super friendly and talked me through the issue. It was of course a Friday so we booked an appointment for Monday. She was nice enough to give us the info of the tech just in case anything went crazy over the weekend. It was super nice to have that on hand during the hot August weekend that we were experiencing.

Our tech was CJ and he was super friendly and helpful. He was early, put on booties without being asked, and talked us through everything he was doing (plus answered the million questions we had). Our AC is getting old (nooo!) and he walked us through what a new one would cost and when we'd probably need it.

Totally would recommend these guys and we'll certainly consider them when we need a new AC.

Arrived on time and worked diligently to diagnose why our AC had stopped working. Found a fan wire that had been chewed by a mouse. An easy and inexpensive fix. An AC company the day before had quoted us a $1000 repair and recommended a $7.5K new unit. Yikes. My Guy did good honest work for a fair cost. Highly recommended.

I needed two different AC units serviced. Both have been serviced by Donovan. Don is the most reliable technician I've dealt with so far. He always calls ahead and gives heads up about his ETA. While on the job Don takes as much time as necessary to analyze and tune up the system and communicates about his findings right away. I really appreciate a service where inexpensive repairs (if possible) take priority over replacing expensive parts for thousands of $$$.
I must say I'm confident MyGuy is a high quality, honest service.

CJ was great! He was very thorough in explaining to us what he was doing, what the problem was, and what the solution was. He didn't try to push us to spend unnecessary money and he was very friendly.

We were able to get an appointment quickly as well - CJ came the day after we called.

I was very impressed with My Guy. I had put off servicing my A/C unit for years because of previous bad service from other companies. A friend recommended My Guy and I am so glad I called. The customer service was stellar from both the person who scheduled my appointment and CJ, the technician. My A/C was working, but it was very inefficient since I'd never done maintenance on it for many years. My electric bill skyrocketed. I lucked out since My Guy was having a special for just what I wanted. CJ was professional, friendly, and thorough. He cleaned so much gunk out of my compressor, found us the right size air filter (and said where we could order them), and recommended some options for the future. The task took a couple of hours, but he did a fantastic job. He genuinely loves what he does, even in the heat of summer. My A/C is definitely quieter now, and I'm hoping to see a drop in my electric bill.

They also used technology on the day of service so we would know when to expect service Man. The technician was friendly, personable, informative and a true professional...and he fixed the problem! Solid 5 Stars. Caleb was very professional with his first onsite visit and reviewing my home for new ductless air conditioning. He gave a very competitive estimate, and I decided to go forward with them after reviewing all 3 bids. His guys came out and inspected the areas and figured how to best run the lines (I installed 4 new units to one compressor). The job was really well done. My wife and I work from home and my wife even said...I didn't even know they were here. They got it done in two days, guys were super polite, and cleaned up each space as they moved to the next. After it was completed, Caleb called the day after to make sure I was happy with everything. I rarely give 5 stars but these guys were excellent.

They gave me a nice short window and kept in touch via text; CJ even called to say he was on his way. He was able to fix my issue in under an hour and at a great price. He was on time, courteous, and friendly and offered great solutions to our problem. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Kudos to My Guys Heating and Air!
