Our previous HVAC installer didn't install our system correctly so I reached out to My Guy for help. Briton and his team were amazing! Tyler came out to review our system and what needed to be repaired. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Then Keith and Mikey did the repairs and got our air conditioning up and running just in time for the heat wave. His team was prompt to respond to messages, arrived on time, and were extremely friendly. Also we felt confident and comfortable with their pricing. I highly recommend them!

Crow Lazaro came out to give me a quote for new HVAC ducts in our single-family home. He did a good job explaining when the deficiencies were with the existing setup and what options I had. They had inhouse financing w/zero APR, which was convenient and easy to set up. Professional, courteous and skilled service, very thorough. Bring your business here!

First, the name My Guy was because you had same tech come to you, not so. When I did have them come out for maintenance I had the sales person come to give me a quote for a new AC unit and went as far as to try to redesign the attic for the heating unit, very persistant and would not take no for an answer, my AC is still working after 1 year of them trying to get me to buy a unit and reconfigure my heating unit!! Really wanted to put 0 stars

Worst customer service ever. Two weekends in a row on a Friday they make appointments and they don't show up at all and they don't call or anything. I have to call them and ask if their people are showing up and then they tell us that they're having people call in sick or there were emergencies yet they just leave us there without call or text. Terrible customer service and no one ever picks up the phone. Have to call multiple times.

Very happy with their service from the gal in the office who scheduled our
appointment to the technician, David Pagano, who arrived at our home in a timely fashion and repaired our furnace quickly and spent a lot of time evaluating the entire heating system. David was very personable and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to call My Guy Heating and Air again as they are a smaller company and the price for their
service was very fair especially in this day and age.

Frankie Thanasithcame back and was very thorough and patient and was able to fix all the problems and extremely polite and professional.
