Thank you, Tony, and My Drain. I was visiting my mom in Sherman Oaks and early in the morning found that the Sewer Lateral was completely blocked and the Backflow Device was overflowing. I tried another plumber (left a voicemail, which was returned in the late afternoon), then My Drain. Tony answered right away and was at my mom's within one hour. He called when he was 20 minutes away. He snaked the lateral, removing lots of roots, and inspected with a camera. A small section of pipe was cracked, allowing root intrusion. Tony gave a fair estimate for the repair. He went to get parts, and again called me 20 minutes before returning. He was on-time, friendly, communicated with me, explained the work clearly, cleaned-up afterwards, and followed-up later to ensure everything was fine (he understood that my mom is a senior, and he wanted to confirm that everything was OK). Prompt! I emailed a quote request at 9:20PM and got a call back 40 minutes later at 10PM! Love that. The toilet tech arrived at 10am and handled the clogged toilet which apparently had a toy of some sort stuck inside. And my 7 year old daughter knows nothing about it. Hmmmm. The tech was very courteous and professional. I'd use My Drain Company again in a heartbeat.

And again another clog - now, it was the kitchen. And Sam came to our rescue this time... He had the drain snaked. Was a very quick, clean and thorough job. He also explained to us in detail what he did and gave us some tips as well. We had a couple other questions regarding re-using laundry water. He answered all the questions patiently and also wrote down for us, quotes for a couple updates that we have been contemplating on getting done. Both Tony and Sam have been wonderful and totally professional. Glad that i found ""my drain"".

I knew within 5 minutes of meeting Tony (owner) in person that I could trust him. He did a big job under my house; nearly 50 feet of pipes and fittings. One year ago, I had a massive leak and hired a diferent company to come in. They charged me nearly the same that Tony did but only replaced 6 feet of pipe. My fault. I should have gotten at least 4 estmates. If you are desparate for repairs, and want a fair price then you have found the right [place.

This review is way overdue. I'm currently renovating my house and Tony came out and offer a bid to replace my sewer line. I picked My Drain Company because of the high reviews but I was still on guard when he came over. But now I realized I just wasted my energy doing that.

I can honestly say that I had the smoothest dealings with Tony from My Drain Company compare to other contractors. We sat down talked about the work that needed to be done and the cost. During this conversation with him I never once felt pressured or felt like he was over complicating the work. He explained in detail what was going to happen ""line by line"" with the timeline on when each task is going to be done. Guess what? that is exactly how it went down. No Fuss No Hassle No BS.

I should mention, he actually fixed a couple of things inside and outside the house with no additional charges. He said it's because his guys are already on site and what needed to be done is fairly minor....who does that now a days??

This is what we, as homeowner need. A small business owner who's interested in making the connection with customer so they can be remembered on a good note rather than being remembered as a company who hassled us and charge for every little things.

Tony you are doing it right. Keep doing what your doing and we wish you all the best!

Only my second review - they deserve it.....

. I called Tony on Monday evening - got a return phone call in about an hour.
. Tony and team showed up, on time, Tuesday afternoon.
. Problem was fixed, house was left clean, shortly thereafter
. Tony called me to follow up (and collect payment) last night, and even said he will research another plumbing issue in my home.
