Called My Drain Company based on their Yelp reviews. They came out, gave me 2 options to repair my leaking pipe. I went with the less expensive option and Tony had no problem with that choice. They fixed it, but most impressive was the fact that they came by 2 additional times to confirm pipe was repaired and properly working. Yup, they've more than earned their 5 stars. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

This is an amazing family-owned company and just like the great ones you remember from long ago with values and honesty and a good work ethic! Had a horrible stench under my house and call My Drain Co to come out after my home warranty company denied fixing it. Tony promptly came out, went down under and saw what a wet nasty mess I had under my house due to the broken kitchen drain pipe. He gave me a fair price to remediate the soil, upgrade pipe to ABS and replace my old broken galvanized drain pipe from the kitchen all the way across the house. He and his men were on-time, extremely courteous, fast working, thorough, clean, and pleasant every inch of the way. I can't say enough about this company! Thank you Tony for your professionalism!

Amazing company. The homes in my mom's LA area are over 100 yrs old & many still have the old clay pipes.The toilet kept getting clogged, we called a plumber and they snake it & it was great until 6 mo-a year later, the same thing happened but this time the water wasn't going down. I looked on YELP and found ""My Drain Co."" This Company is amazing, no wonder they have 5 stars, I would give them 10 if it was possible. Tony and Jose were awesome, truly great men. They showed me in the camera, what was causing the problem and the clay pipe had collapsed and was broken so dirt and roots were growing all over that pipe. Tony explained everything in detail as to what needed to be done and the crew worked hard to get it done in 2 days.They got the permit from the city and started on time. Everything they did was top notch. Instead of digging a trench-100 ft, they made holes strategically in 3 places and were able to put in new pipes inside the old clay pipes without disturbing anything else. This process was TRULY AMAZING. Don't waste your time calling a plumber if you are experiencing the same challenges. If you live in the LA area, most likely your clay pipe have not been replaced either. Did you know if your plumber does not have the equipment to do the job, they subcontract the job to a company like My drain Co.? You end up paying a lot more too. If the plumber has all the tools then go for it but most likely, they do not. Most do it the old fashion way and dig holes and harder on the workers to put in a new pipe etc.. Please save your money and do it the ""My drain Co."" way. Jose left the area better than it was. Both Tony and Jose are Awesome. Can't say enough about this company. Not only professional but honest, integrity based, great communication and great men. We now have peace of mind knowing our mom's home is clogged free for many years to come. I am a real estate agent with a recent sale in the Sherman Oaks Area. During the inspection period, the buyers inspector found what seemed to be a blockage in the sewer line so they called a professional router company to hydro-jet or snake it out. The company came out and found it to be a collapsed pipe, while saying that in order for it to be fixed, it would cost my client tens of thousands of dollars. Smartly wanting a second opinion, my seller found My Drain Company and they came out within a couple of hours of being called and located the issue and were able to start work the next morning and finish within 4 days. The entire time, Tony and his team kept my client and I updated with the progress with texts, phone calls and pictures. On top of the amazing service, they were able to save my client a sustainable amount of money in the process. They were incredibly fast, efficient and honest, which are qualities that are not easy to come by for many professionals.
