I will use this company forever! Tony came first thing in the AM after calling him the night before. He assessed the problem quickly and told me the solution. My sub-pump was broken and my pipes were clogged. He then proceeded to fix everything on the spot even though it was raining. Everything works perfectly now. He even hosed off the pool deck b/c his boots left some mud. Highly recommend!

He did exactly as promised and came past our home to do a pre site inspection. He followed up with suggestions and came past our home post work to check on progress. My first experience with Tony and My Drain Company was last year. I needed the sewer line repaired going to the street. I had called a few people, but Tony was highly recommended by my neighbor. He did not disappoint. His crew is efficient and look the part. Tony is a smart businessman and knows the importance of appearance as well as competence. They took care of the sewer line and replaced the toilet in the main bathroom and cleaned up after themselves. Meanwhile the toilet in the guestroom quit working. It was on my list, but down on ways, until I found out I had company coming. I called Tony last week. Yesterday I got a new toilet. He finds the time to take care of his customers.

Contracted jobs and experience with company: This is my number one go-to company for all plumbing related issues, and used this company over 10 times in my family (multiple residences). I have had Tony and his crew work on issues in my own home from simple to complex - from kitchen faucet installs, pin hole leak repair in difficult to access copper pipes, water heater replacement and new expansion tank, water pressure regulator replacements, and replacing a complicated commercial grade sewer ejector system. I've also had My Drain Co perform work on my parent's house because they are the company I trust. There, My Drain Company performed extensive new copper pipes in the crawl space with multiple easy to use and accessible valves (helpful for ease of use), and replacing the main sewer line underground.

Customer service and communication: Tony has diligently provided estimates, followed up with research on multiple equipment and job options, Q&A, and communicated well and showed up to all appointments on time (more than 12 appointments). He is knowledgeable, and provides practical advice that's in the best interest of the home owner - rather than upselling the costliest or most intensive solutions. Extremely professional, yet personable demeanor with a problem solving attitude makes Tony a pleasure to deal with even when you have a plumbing emergency, which helps a stressful situation.

Price, quality, and execution: Prices are competitive and definitely worth it each time in my book, because the quality of the work was great as was the customer service, as described above. Execution has been professional, on-time for the quoted duration of the job, and on-budget. In addition, the crew cleans up the job site afterwards. These are important to me, as disruptions to the household water supply are never easy and require coordination. My Drain Co has never surprised me on any of this in the numerous jobs we have contracted with them for, and accommodated the needs of me and my family.

Follow-up post execution: I've never had a contractor proactively check in after a job to see how things were working later - Tony has. He and his company have also provided follow up check ins with visits on his warrantied work when I had questions, following his word every time. BTW - I never had actual warranty issues at the end of the day - but he came, checked, and provided help that wasn't directly in his scope of work anyways.

I found Tony with My Drain on yelp after some failed attempts to self-install a water filter that led me down a rabbit hole of finding plumbing problems in my kitchen. He was friendly and immediately responsive to my inquiry. When he came to assess and give a quote, he actually checked the water pressure in all my other sinks and adjusted some things that were very basic to him (but not to me) just as a courtesy. After shopping around, I determined he was the best price and friendliest professional, so called him back. He dealt with what turned out to be a VERY complicated kitchen sink, trouble-shot with me until we got it just right, was incredibly patient and kind the whole time, and made a very stressful situation as easy and pleasant an experience as one possibly could. Would definitely recommend and will use him again!

I was on the way to dinner (far from my house) and got a call from my kids that our yard was flooding. So much for my new landscaping! My son called Tony and he was at the house within 20 minutes and was able to immediately stop the water leakage - ended up to be from a broken sprinkler. I was home in time to meet Tony and so releived that the problem was not worse. Most importantly, Tony alleviated my kids' panic (and mine). Further, it was a great life lesson for my college age kids to learn what to do and where to turn off the water to the house and sprinklers in case this ever happens again. We got bit pretty hard by the recent deluge of rain this year.
A hillside drain got hit by a mudslide which diverted the ravine runoff into our backyard, overcoming the yard drains & flooding the back end of our house! Desperate to get the hillside drain cleared before the next storm came in I ended up calling The Drain Co. & Tony came out the same day.
He understood immediately the need to get it cleared & had his crew come out the next day to clear the drain only to find out that part of the drain line had collapsed so his crew dug up a 5' section & replaced it out to complete clearing the line.
Thru out this whole process Tony was great to deal with.
He even adjusted his bid downward because he felt that an additional hydro-jetting was not necessary.
This is the type of house service company I appreciate doing business with.
I wholeheartedly recommend My Drain Co. !

I had a couple issues with drains tapping, Tony came out that same day inspected everything and even checked my water pressure additionally for me. He didnt try to upsell me or force any repairs, was very honest. Highly recommend them coming from someone who has had the most house problems and most technicians out for repairs !
