I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with somebody coming to fix something at our house. Tony was friendly and extremely helpful on the phone. Then Jeff, the guy he sent, not only made my day, but made the day of some of our employees who were at the house. He was warm, funny, and took an otherwise stressful plumming situation and made it really easy on us. The issue with our drains was more complex than we had anticipated and he troubleshot to explore all options before nailing a solution. When he left, we all turned to each other and said, ""I am gonna miss that guy."" Anyway, if you are looking for plumming specialists, call these guys and request Jeff.

Dirty water coming out of bathtub and shower drains was just about the last thing I knew how to deal with. A phone call to Tony is all it took. Two hours later, he was at our house.... prompt, professional, effective, efficient, fair.. and above all, honest and human. In a world that cares much too much about money and material stuff, it's easy to lose the human touch. Tony hasn't. He treats his customers with respect and kindness. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it... fast.

Like most people I hate having to deal with any home repair vendor. It always seems like a small issue turns into a much larger repair than expected. After reading the reviews on My Drain Co. I decided to give them a try. First, even though it was before they opened I decided to call and leave a message. My call was returned within 10 minutes by Tony the owner. He gave me a window the same day that he could come by. He called to let me know he was on his way towards the early part of his window estimate. He immediately makes you feel comfortable with him upon arrival. He assessed the problem quickly, he fixed the issue promptly. Fortunately it was an easy fix but he could of made it more complicated and more costly and I wouldn't have known the difference. I would recommend Tony and his company to everyone I know. I would give him 6 stars if possible.

Tony is a problem solver. I showed him my issues, he suggested alternatives, showed me how my gas line works, and left, refusing to take a service call fee. He's going to be my go-to plumber. Really pleasant man.

Clay pipes possibly 80 years old have a funny tendency to develop problems. Mine lasted way longer than anyone should have expected, but when they went, they went BAD. Tony and his crew fixed it all quickly, professionally, and with great humorous cheer (necessary in this case!). I recommend them with no hesitation.
