My kitchen sink clogged, making the dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal all inoperable. I called My Drain Company and Tony was able to come the same afternoon and quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was friendly, knowledgable and kind. I've got myself a new plumber!

Some said they would come in a two hour window only to cancel. Some didn't work after 5pm.

We have been using Tony for the past few years of living in our condo. Throughout the years, dealing with various leaks and repairs, he has always been incredibly responsive, reliable, and skilled at his trade. Recently, he helped us with a complicated situation with a washer and dryer installation. He took the time out of his day to help us interpret the issues being brought up by the appliance installation technicians, and came back a second time to help us revise a valve. Throughout this situation, he was kind and patient with us. Despite being very busy with clients, he's amazingly communicative and timely when showing up for jobs. We are loyal clients and will be using Tony for our plumbing issues as long as we live here. It brings great peace of mind to have a plumber that we trust when issues come up.

Tony and My Drain company was recommended to us and we are so glad they were. We had some issues in our new house with one shower and the washing machine. We initially had a chain plumbing company come out and they were not helpful and quoted thousands of dollars worth of items just to try and find the problem. I then called My Drain Company. Tony was great and texted back the same day with availability. He came out and was able to find the issue within just a few minutes of being at our house. There wasn't actually a plumbing issue but Tony showed us how our shower worked so we could enjoy it. All this and then no cost as there wasn't work. We are so appreciative and My Drain Company and Tony now have customers for life. Definitely recommend!
