We just had the best experience with Tony, the owner of My Drain Co. He was professional and friendly and explained, in detail, what we needed to have done. We had trouble with clogged pipes late at night and called My Drain Co. Tony came right away and diagnosed the problem. He came the next morning exactly when he said he would come. He found a little more problems with the pipes than he thought as they were over 40 years old. He carefully explained what he needed to replace as he had put a camera through the pipes. He had a fair price and came exactly when he said, once again. When the job was complete, I couldn't even tell he had been there since the entire area that he worked on was cleaner than it was when he started. More than anything, he represented how a good, fair, and professional companies still exist. He was so nice and caring . We plan to make him our new plumber and feel confident to recommend him. 5 stars is not enough to say how excellent he was. We are so pleased to have met this gentleman who truly takes pride in his work.

I had another plumber come yesterday who could not unclog my sink. He said I needed all new piping for the whole bathroom! Tony came today, on time and what a great guy. He unclogged it super fast and said my pipes are fine! He even fixed the drain stopper which hadn't been working and the plumber yesterday said it needed new parts! Tony knows his stuff and you are lucky to have him!

Awesome service! Our apartments kitchen sink was clogged and thank God i found My Drain Company online. This was Sunday by the way and while i was calling and looking around for quotes, these guys were the best! Tony showed up at the time they quoted me and i was impressed, the man knows his work! He was friendly and easy to talk to. He also fixed the problem within 30 mins!! And they take credit cards on their iphones! Super convenient!! I recommend these guys to everyone in LA county!

I am far beyond impressed with the professionalism, affordability, and workmanship of My Drain Company! It's so nice to experience service that inspires one to write a beaming yelp review, so i definitely want to thank My Drain Company for allowing us this opportunity.

Let me start by saying that the only bathroom in our rented basement apartment has been in disrepair since October 2014. Unfortunately for us, the owner of the home's concerns do not include actually fixing anything in our place. She has berated us almost daily regarding the effect the issues have on her water bill. So, In December '14 we paid HER handyman $100 to fix our toilet, but it was constantly running again in 2 weeks.

Enter the hero of our story: My Drain Company. I submitted a request for an estimate on their website at 6:26pm Tuesday evening and my phone rang less than 10 minutes later. The caller introduced himself as MDC and told me he could come as soon as tomorrow to take a look and give us an estimate, free of charge. Right on schedule, my phone rang Wednesday at 1pm, and Tony came up to check out the problem.

He demonstrated his integrity when he told us our new ikea sink would be more affordable and most likely just as proficiently done by a handyman and not a plumber, but also said if we insisted he could and would do the job. For the toilet though, he explained what the problem was, switched something out, replaced the handle (that had been broken off for about a month or 2) and finished all of it in no time at all!

It cost us $95 but I would have happily paid him far more than that given his professionalism, timeliness, and competence. Though we took his advice about the sink, we will not hesitate to call MDC back for any future plumbing needs- and will absolutely be recommending this stand up guy.

My only regret is not having found My Drain Company months earlier than we did! Thank you SO much for helping us, we appreciate it more than you know!

Now we just have to wait and see what the homeowner will find to complain about next!
