To start with they gave me a 5 hour window for my first appointment. Maybe they think they are operating a cable company in the 1990's. Canceled that one on me because they said they had a bunch of emergency calls. Next available appointment 3 days later, again a 5 hour window. Cancelled that one on me at the end of the 5 hours. So I missed two days waiting for these guys to show up and all I get from them is sorry, don't know what to tell you.
Clearly unprofessional and disorganized. I would stay away.

Our specific Plumber was Brent Young and hands down he is the best Plumber we have ever had. And after 30 years of home ownership we have had to use a lot. From the beginning there was no high pressure sales. He presented the facts so I could make a smart decision and the pricing was very fair (I shopped around a lot beforehand). When Brent came to install he was super professional and took great care to make sure the service was done right and that we were comfortable with it. He even did a couple of extra small things. Seriously, this was the best plumbing service we have ever had. I highly recommend Brent and would absolutely use him again in the future.

I made an appointment with them for a week out. They didn't come, I called to see when they thought they would be to my house. They said they would call me. Never called!! Never heard from them the next day either. So, I am calling another plumber!!!

After reading the (mostly positive) reviews, I decided to take a chance on this company and so happy I did. My furnace quit working all of a sudden 6 weeks ago. Had no idea what was wrong. Everyone I dealt with on the phone was professional and responsive to my questions. GT was AWESOME & kind. He figured out the problem in 5 minutes and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I honestly don't think it could have gone any better! Thank you GT !!!

Just purchased a home the air was not cold called My Buddy they came right out .Dustin was my tech he was straight forward with issues and gave me several options came out very next day and fixed the issues with unit .Dustin was professional and very friendly your company was well represented.Yelp came through again with a great Recommendation thanks My Buddy the plumber definitely will use and recommend them to others.

I had a flood in my basement and got in touch with several plumbers through Yelp to make appointments and receive a quote.

I sent emails on 5/13, and on 5/14 received an email from My Buddy the plumber, that morning with two different times for that day. I responded, and did not hear back. I also sent another email on 5/15, saying I was still interested and would like to reschedule, but did not receive a response.

Definitely disappointed. Would have appreciated another quote before choosing a plumber to go with for my repair of my sewer line.

To our surprise, we received a refund for everything but materials today. A hellish ordeal, but at least they acknowledged said hell in the form of a large partial refund.

Dustin came out to get our evaporative cooler set up for summer. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. When we turned on the water to the cooler we discovered the water line was cracked and leaking, but Dustin worked with me to find a solution to make sure we got the cooler up and running same day, despite not having the length of line he needed. I really appreciated Dustin's willingness and enthusiasm to provide a workable solution for us. So many technicians would just shrug and suggest calling the office to schedule another time to address this issue or begrudgingly consider alternate approaches but Dustin went above and beyond to provide excellent customer customer service as if he owned the company himself, something I was pleasantly surprised to experience with a company as large as this.

I will definitely be using My Buddy The Plumber again for all of my future plumbing and HVAC needs and recommend you to do the same! You know a company is doing something right when the employees are as exceptional as Dustin!
