My outside water nozzle broke during a super hot week which meant I couldn't water any of my landscaping. My Buddy was quick to respond and I got it fixed the next day. Friendly, fast service. Kyle my technician was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

My worse Plumbing experience ever.
I called because as I was snaking a drain a pipe broke. The technician looked at my system suggested I repipe the whole house for the price of a car.
But he said he would snake the drain and the broken pipe wouldn't be a factor.
For an 8' snake job he wanted $250, (10 min of work). He pressured me to do reviews online. He left.
I tried the drain and had a sink full of water empty into my basement.
He came back said it would be $1500 to replace the pipe. I was then outraged, he called his manger. The manager looked over the situation and did/said nothing. Waste of time waiting for him.
Turns out the tech fixed the pipe for $450 (total of $700 = 450+250)
I was outraged for days. It grinds on me so much I had to write this review and let people know.

Great work! Definitely recommend. They responded to my Yelp message at 9pm on a Sunday night and arranged a visit for the next day. Preston called thirty minutes before he arrived and he was right on time during the window provided. He was kind, patient, and explained *everything* to us.

We opted to get the ""club membership"" because the part he needed to fix was $149 (included the $69 diagnostic fee) and the club membership was only $235. It includes a 10% discount for the next year and a few other free services that we were planning on getting done anyway. Saving money and a nice, reliable company? Heck yes!

Jared Boone is very knowledgeable, highly efficient, & the most competent plumber we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He & his assistant Scott resolved water pressure issues for us which would have eventually weakened & broken the remaining thousands of dollars worth of plumbing fixtures we recently installed in our home. We couldn't be more grateful!
Also, we highly recommend their annual service membership which covers yearly servicing of heating, water heater, HVAC, AC, & an electrical & plumbing systems check.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and broken garbage disposal, called My Buddy The Plumber, and was able to have someone at my house within 24 hours of calling. Eric M was the technician that fixed my garbage disposal, and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and installed it really quickly. Will definitely be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Awesome and Fast (That was my initial response). However after digesting the invoice, I would not recommend their service based on how much they charge. I had a water leak coming through my ceiling. I cut out a 3x3 section of drywall, identified the leak, placed a plastic sheet on the floor and had it ready to go. The technician arrived and spent about 30 to 40 minutes working to repair the line. He cut out 18"" of pipe, used 2 fittings and installed 18"" of Pex. Total cost $555 (I did get a discount for writing a Google review). I called the next morning and explained my concern and was told ""That is what it costs to have a licensed professional fix your pipe."" The service itself was good as they responded quickly, the technician was very nice and the work so far appears to be good. Simply put, Overcharged for basic plumbing service.

Had them do furnace replacement at a rental. Did a credible job, but left a gap in the floor where they enlarged an opening to get the furnace in. Said they would come back and fix it. Billing office called to collect final and said they had gone back and completed repairs. Renter later told me they never heard back and had repaired it themselves.
Had a different company do a service for me while I was waiting to hear on the completion of that one. I will be using them going forward.

They are the rockstar there! At least Tyler Lowry was! A guy my age and know all about water heater and softener inside out. Giving good solutions and understanding the violation codes. Price was much better than SameDay offering and honesty was a good thing I can feel from him. Great technicians good people. Very patient to explain how everything works to new home owner and I'd give a 6 stars if I could! If you call. Ask for Tyler to service you!

John is great... knowledgeable and friendly. He came out to look at our old boiler. Turns out it was a quick fix but he was happy to explain things to me and provide suggestions for things to keep an eye on down the line.
