Called Mike about a $1,000 toilet I had bought to fit in a small space. He told me that it wouldn't work and suggested we rebuild the ToTo toilet I had. He came out, did the work VERY professionally and completed the rebuild like the pro he is. He saved us a lot of money and we have a more efficient toilet (the old one) than we would have had with the new one. I tried to give him a nice tip since he had saved us more than $1,000, but he would take half the tip I tried to give him. For any future plumbing problems we have, MIKE IS THE MAN!

I would like to tell you about the service I received except I never received any service. Cory was scheduled to arrive between 3-4 yesterday. I never tried calling him after he did not arrive. I just got his voice mail. I never received a call saying he would be late, or a call that he wasn't coming at all. Just a no show. Totally unprofessional.

Totally unprofessional! Not worth a star. I called at 8:30am and explained that I had a problem with the sink in my home I currently rent. Assured me he'd come out by that afternoon, even sooner if he could. My tenant waited around all day for him to arrive. By late afternoon still a no-show. I called, left messages to see if he was going to make it. Never returned the call; never showed up. Never hire him!

I highly recommend Cory as I was super happy with his customer service, workmanship, and the price. We had a kitchen sink clog which I tried to fix myself first but it was clear that the clog was in the drain. I called Cory and made an appointment for Sunday morning. Cory promptly showed up on time, asked me few questions to clearly understand the problem, and got to work asap. It turned out that the blockage was all the way inside the drain near a bend. He patiently worked through the problem using a snake and got rid of it. He ran the water full force for several minutes to make sure the problem was fully fixed. He also gave some tips on minimizing future clogs. He charged less than half of what I was expecting based on my previous experience.
