Gotta add my disappointment with MVP to the list. Was hoping to get my heating issue resolved, but the tech that showed up said he didn't have the correct testing equipment to determine the problem. One of two possibly issues they said. The thermostat and heater were both turned off by the tech. I placed three calls for status, and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call back until after call number three that night. At which point the thermostat and heater were still off , so there was no heat in the house last night. Cancelling my MVP membership because of unsatisfactory service.

Absolutely awful. We hired MVP to do the electrical in our basement. We asked for the wall lights to be set on a dimmer. When we installed the lights, they weren't on the dimmer so they had to come back to fix that. Now our basement is finished and we are starting to furnish it. We hung our tv and plugged it in. Went to turn off the lights to watch the tv, turns out every single outlet in the basement is hooked up to the same switch as all of the lights. So you can't watch tv with the lights off. We called and they told us we would be put on high priority and were given a time of 12pm-4pm the following day. As I am writing this review it is now 6pm and no one showed up. A complete day wasted waiting around for nothing. We even called this morning to verify we were still on the list and they confirmed the time. I am furious. I would never recommend them to anyone.

CAUTION!! Get a second opinion after they tell you that you need a new AC. Mike Bryant's came out and fixed it in 15 minutes. $6000 repair with MVP and $115 with Mike Bryant's

Way over priced! They wanted $1500 to install 4 gfci outlets in place of existing duplex outlets.

Blocked kitchen drain, Plumber Kenny came the same day, he was neat and efficient, He explained the process, and was very competent in his work. He left me his card to contact his if there are any further issues with the sink this evening. I am very happy with the service. I will contact this company in the future when needed.

Can I give zero stars? I have had an almost laughably bad experience with this company. We had two toilets who weren't flushing properly and a sink dripping.
The plumber came out - Steven - who said he has been a plumber for 8 years. It took him four hours to replace the flaps on two toilets and he made a hole in the sink pipe and flooded the bathroom He then left us with a bill of $730 - which when itemized he charged for 3 toilets not two and did not give us the 10% off for joining the Mvp club!
The really crazy part is trying to deal with getting the credit for the 10% and the 214.00 they overcharged us for the 3rd toilet! ( when there were only two).
We had to have another plumber out who charged us $168 to repair the damage Steven did. He couldn't believe it was a real plumbing company that had caused the damage
The laughable part comes in with the countless and fruitless phone calls I have had concerning the credit due.
I have another message from yet another person who needs me to explain
I have spoken to both Lisa and Ann who promised me the credit would be posted asap and they would call me right back
I am beginning to suspect that these polite, apologetic young women might be sitting in a call center somewhere
I have been very polite and calm in all my conversations but this has gone on for over 2 weeks and I feel forced to post this review.
I can not recommend this company at all buyer beware

We called this company on Monday morning to let them know my parents toilet was not working. They said it would be between 8-12 noon; they showed up at 4:30, took the toilet out and then said they would have y send someone back on Tuesday. They arrived at 3:30 in a dress shirt, tie, pants and jacket. We were told they would not leave until it was finished. He looks goes back to the truck is on the phone, returns in house and says it would be sometime Wednesday. Are you kidding me? My parents who are 90 & 85 yrs old have been without a toilet since Monday morning at 8:00 am. It wasn't until I called at 7:00 am on Wednesday, did anything get done
Never again will they be called! Very poor service.

We got in touch with MVP after we heard a funny noise in our basement and felt the heat in our house quickly start to drop and no longer coming through the vents. We called MVP around 11 am and they had someone out the same day around 4 pm. I was so impressed at how quickly they came out. During the winter, it can be scary the thought of going without heat and we really appreciated the sense of urgency they had and came out so fast.

They were downstairs for about 30 minutes and quickly realized the problem which thankfully was a quick fix. The gentleman who was over was very nice and informative. We are glad it wasn't anything major but their quick response and quick problem solving was great!

We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Called in to make an appt to get my main drain unblocked. I was told someone will call me back to schedule the appt. Next day still no call. Called in again was told sorry, some one should call you back shortly. Waited a few hours and still no call. I called back again and was told they couldn't get me in until Friday. Instead of wasting a customers time let them know you can't get them in for several days a heads up so, they can call another company that can get you scheduled. Waited 24hrs!

We are in a large vacation rental home in Overland Park, and the air conditioning was not functioning this weekend. Andre, the HVAC technician showed up on a Sunday afternoon and worked until the issues were resolved. He was personable and proffesional, and the house cooled off as he said it would. Thanks Andre!
