Worst plumbing company in the area, due yourself a favor and call Roto Rooter. They came out to the house and snaked a sewer pipe and replaced a toilet flange, $1200 ridiculous. Not less than 12 hours later called back because water was backing up, well we don't guarantee clearing a line. And the don't, another $450, we agreed to $150 after disputed with my Credit Card Co., to this day no refund and it has been well over a month.

Update to my last fiasco. They returned last week and are charging me only parts to fix the issue. I'm still waiting, but they should be here early next week.

They didn't finish the job then wanted thousands more dollars to finish it and that was two months later. They didn't do what they agreed to do in the original estimate . I then got the job done for 25% of what they quoted. Also their estimate just had a total, not broken done into materials , labor, etc.
Mullen is way too expensive and unreliable. Go to ANYONE else to get your plumbing done.

We had a pipe burst due to the cold early on the morning of Christmas Eve. After shutting off the water, we called Mullen first thing in the morning. We had plumbers there by 10:00 a.m. and they performed a temporary fix to allow us to turn the water back on for the Christmas holiday. There were over 600 calls related to burst pipes due to the 2 degree weather. They recently returned to complete the repair and repair the hole in the ceiling. We are very pleased with the result and will continue to make Mullen our plumbing and HVAC choice.

They sent a technician to my home who was completely unprofessional. He decides to use my restroom and not flush behind himself like an adult man should. Disgusting!

Very disappointed. I call and ask questions and they will not call back. They say they will, but they don't. I feel that once they were paid they are through with you. I am worried now if something happens to my HVAC if I can rely on them to come and honor their warranty. I don't know how they have a 4.2 rating with the service they don't provide.

So far they have been out four times to fix our kitchen sins and we have paid more than 800 dollars. It still leaks. And if we call them out again I have zero confidence that the job will be done right. Charleston deservea better than this crap.

I had a water leak and wanted to figure out why my hot water didn't have good pressure while they were here. They told me I had to have a new water heater because mine was full of sediment. When taking out my WH (that was fairly new) they said there was no sediment in it. They put a new tank in and guess what, still low water pressure. $3000 later and all I have to show for it is that I can take longer showers. It's been several months and I still get mad everytime I try to fill my bathtub.

Worst service I have ever had. Called and was told they would be out the next morning. Not a problem. Called them at 10 am and was told they had an emergency and would be out late morning early afternoon. Got a call at 5:30 that evening with a guy saying they got backed up and he didn't have anybody or he would send them now and not charge me overtime but he would make sure someone got out here the next morning. They showed up at 3:30, no discount I could see and charged me for 2 and a half hours but were gone before 5:00. No itemized bill but charged me almost $500 to replace a valve and toilet tank ballcock. I will never recommend them again and suggest that you look elsewhere.

The people of Mullen Plumbing Heating and Cooling are the best. They are always good stewards of their time and most importantly my money. Prices are very fair and I have never felt overcharged on any task they have performed. They just finished installing a new heat pump and air handler for me and even helped to make sure that I was able to take advantage of any savings through Taxes and AEP. I recommend these guys to everyone.
