They sent a technician to my home who was completely unprofessional. He decides to use my restroom and not flush behind himself like an adult man should. Disgusting!

Very disappointed. I call and ask questions and they will not call back. They say they will, but they don't. I feel that once they were paid they are through with you. I am worried now if something happens to my HVAC if I can rely on them to come and honor their warranty. I don't know how they have a 4.2 rating with the service they don't provide.

So far they have been out four times to fix our kitchen sins and we have paid more than 800 dollars. It still leaks. And if we call them out again I have zero confidence that the job will be done right. Charleston deservea better than this crap.

I had a water leak and wanted to figure out why my hot water didn't have good pressure while they were here. They told me I had to have a new water heater because mine was full of sediment. When taking out my WH (that was fairly new) they said there was no sediment in it. They put a new tank in and guess what, still low water pressure. $3000 later and all I have to show for it is that I can take longer showers. It's been several months and I still get mad everytime I try to fill my bathtub.

Worst service I have ever had. Called and was told they would be out the next morning. Not a problem. Called them at 10 am and was told they had an emergency and would be out late morning early afternoon. Got a call at 5:30 that evening with a guy saying they got backed up and he didn't have anybody or he would send them now and not charge me overtime but he would make sure someone got out here the next morning. They showed up at 3:30, no discount I could see and charged me for 2 and a half hours but were gone before 5:00. No itemized bill but charged me almost $500 to replace a valve and toilet tank ballcock. I will never recommend them again and suggest that you look elsewhere.

The people of Mullen Plumbing Heating and Cooling are the best. They are always good stewards of their time and most importantly my money. Prices are very fair and I have never felt overcharged on any task they have performed. They just finished installing a new heat pump and air handler for me and even helped to make sure that I was able to take advantage of any savings through Taxes and AEP. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Have been using these guys for years. The office staff always seemed so customer focused and polite. Well, not today. Literally just called to get an estimate to fix a broken sink handle and was given and received the most Incivil behavior by Collette.

Please don't push me away to other vendors for your services.

Came out two different times to unclog sewer drain, still wasn't fixed. Wanted come back out charge camera and unclog again and they offer no guarantee. I called a different company. Came out unclogged again at same distance Mullen said was clogged. Said didn't believe anything broken just clogged. Showed me where lines ran outside and offer 90 day guarantee. I would not recommend Mullens.

Had them replace my furnace and the head guy kept trying to sell me an AC at a discount. My AC worked fine so I refused even though I kept being asked. This was during winter. Fast forward to late spring and I turn on my AC and it's not working. An electrician came out for other things and I had him check the breaker. It was cut and the wires were tucked away. He said it's possible there was a reason but it looked fishy. Then he noticed the copper line from the AC to the furnace was never installed. The new furnace did not match my AC. Another sign of them trying to get me to have to buy a new AC. I called a different company to fix it and they said there were various signs of something shady. I would never use these guys!
