I have had some odd experiences with MTech when they were Total Plumbing, including once them not even showing up. However, they seemed to have really tuned up their customer service. Preston and the people at the office were great. Quick, responsive and fair pricing.

MTech came to fix a leak. He did nothing and charged me $170. He was at my house maybe 20 minutes. $170 is their minimum charge to come to your house. That is crazy. He wanted to cut a hole in my wall. I did not let him. The leak is back and it had nothing to do with a pipe in my wall. It was the drain. Do not use this company.

If there was ever a company in Denver that deserved recognition it's Total Plumbing and Heating. From upgrading my hot water heater to a tankless system, to fixing my A/C on a 98+ day, this company has come through and through. Fernando replaced our kitchen faucet and even stayed longer than he was supposed to help remove my seized faucet. I can not recommend Total Heating and Plumbing enough.

I've been using Total Plumbing for about 5 years now. Rich has been taking care of my HVAC system, and he does a great job on anything I've asked him to help with, whether it be maintenance, or even pairing our smart thermostat to our humidifier.

Recently, I used them to have my main sewer line cleaned out and they did a great job. Their team was super helpful and courteous while onsite, and helped us clean out the mainline. We had a small misunderstanding regarding billing, and they were very helpful and quick in helping me get it resolved.

Their team at the office is also very helpful at answering calls and questions as well. Easy to get ahold of them any time of the day any day of the week.

I would recommend total plumbing and heating to anyone.

Had a bit of a rough start with some communication issues, but eventually got Tony out to help with my drain. He was aware and accommodating and had it flowing again in no time!

Horrible - work requested was not completed. Put my job 3 weeks behind schedule and $600 over budget. Technician did work he wanted to do, not work I asked him to do. Flooded my unit. Spoke with a manager after the incident who said he would apply a bit a of credit to my account to make up for the situation - of course that never happened. Will never use this company again.

Should have been no star. Did not respond to two separate requests for service. As a minimum I was expecting a rewpnse that they cannot previde the requested service and give a simple reason. Very unprofessional.

I initially felt like they overcharged me to adjust/tighten a kitchen faucet, however after speaking with a manager, he was able to assure me that the pricing was correct and the job was performed to my satisfaction.
