I’m Doug Luffman, the founder of MTC Plumbing. I have a love for craftsmanship. In my youth, I enjoyed aiding my dad with household repairs—so it’s not surprising that I found my way into the plumbing industry.

I started in this field by apprenticing under a skilled master plumber. After a few years of gaining experience, I successfully passed the Block Licensed Master Plumber test. Soon after, I founded Master's Touch Construction & Plumbing.

Ultimately, there’s a sense of fulfillment about taking a moment and recognizing what you’ve achieved. Additionally, I have found joy in helping people and resolving their plumbing issues. We’re not just a company; we’re also nurturing relationships.
