I’m Doug Luffman, the owner and president of MTC Plumbing. I have a love for working with my hands. In my youth, I took pleasure in assisting my dad with home repairs—so it’s expected that I found my way into the plumbing field.

I started my career by apprenticing under a skilled master plumber. Following a few years of hands-on experience, I successfully passed the Block Licensed Master Plumber test. Soon after, I founded Master's Touch Construction & Plumbing.

Ultimately, there’s great satisfaction about stepping back and recognizing what you’ve built. Beyond that, I have found joy in helping people and resolving their plumbing concerns. We aim to be more than a company; we’re also developing relationships.
