I was very displeased with the response and rationale when I met with them the first time. It took a week to resolve the issue. When I questioned the dispatcher based on what the worker told me, I was given an answer that just did not follow logic. To be told that a tech had to come out to investigate my problem and could not make any decisions until they inspected my water heater. Completely a lie. The tech walked into my garage and saw my heater from a far and said it is the ignition switch and he was afraid I had this type of water heater and the part would need to be order. Then he took down the make and model of heater to order the part. He never got even close to test the water heater to test it. Of course eventually he explained it to me. I told the dispatcher I could have given them this info over the phone to order it. She stated they don't do that and it needed to be tested system first. All untrue. To top it off, they stated they would contact me to install the equipment when it comes it. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM TO SCHEDULE!!! I called daily to get an update and got rude people talking to me and dismissing my concerns. They stated they will only set an appointment with me once the equipment comes in and they would called to set that up. Again, never called me to do anything. Luckily for me the tech called me 6 days later to check to see if anyone had called to schedule for him to come out to replace my lighter. The only reason it got repaired was because he followed up.

I will never use them again and informed my Home Warranty company about my experience.

Mason from MSE Plumbing called ahead and arrived on time. A nice, seemingly honest/knowledgeable young man. Ordered the parts to repair my shower handle under warranty. I'll update my review once the repair is complete, but this gentleman is welcome back for sure.

I don't typically take the time to rate a business unless I'm very happy with a job or very disappointment and MSE earned a slot in my schedule. Horrible communication, diagnoses of my plumbing issue had no effort put into it and they aimed at diagnosing me with a high priced job even though I had clear evidence that we didn't need to go in the direction that their employee suggested. Follow the reviews and go somewhere else.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If there's a minus 50 stars I would have given to them.

There tech Mason accused us of breaking the shower head and AHS denied us the warranty.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

MSE was sent out by our warranty company because our kitchen sink was blocked. Before the dude came out my husband looked under the sink and trailer... the guy from MSE did the same and then told us he was going to need to order parts and check with the warranty company to be sure they would pay for them and he would call us in the morning. Morning we heard zip from him, called the office and was told the case was closed and was given his cell, called twice & left messages... nothing. I wish there was a way to leave 5 negative stars. Do not use this company no matter what. On top of everything else, this guy lied to the warranty company also. We ended up having to pay a plumber out of our pocket to get rid of the block.

My Home Warranty AHS sent me this company to repair a leaking pipe in my shower. All the technician did was to ""tighten"" a bolt. I asked if he is going to replace any hardware. He said no..Guess what..after 37 days the leak came back and AHS told me "" oh well, you pass the 30 day recall period and you have to pay another $75 as service fee and I will send you MSE plumbing again. AHS and this company appeared to be running a scam.

They were contracted to me from American Home Shield for a dripping shower head. Over two weeks, three trips to my house and it is STILL leaking! I called after their last visit on Monday and was told they would call me back that day. It's Wednesday and I'm still waiting for that call. What horrible service!

One day later and I still never got a return call. I called 5 star plumbing yesterday. They came today and fixed my problem in minutes.

Don't use this company if you don't have to. I got stuck with them, like many others who have reviewed them because they contract with my home warranty company. They were so bad, I will likely change my warranty company too; for now they have been permanently blocked from providing me service through the warranty company. I had a leak and broken garbage disposal. The initial call the disposal was replaced (for one that looks and sounds weaker than the original), but the plumber couldn't fix the leak because he didn't have the right size u-pipe. He then had the nerve to ask how did the pipe get cracked. Ummmm, I'm not a plumber, I just need it fixed...slow forward 3 weeks later, I finally got the pipe replaced, which I know was purposely delayed by the rude and incompetent receptionist who hung up on me when I asked about the status a week after the initial service. People don't pay their hard earned money to be jerked around and disrespected, by a subpar company for a job that should have taken less than 30 minutes total. I wouldn't hire them to do anything in my home ever again.

I could give this company zero stars. One of the tech. came to my house started yelling at me, disrespecting me in my own house. He said if I wanted the service or not. I asked if he could wait because I wasn't understanding why he was charging me more, if he could explain why. He said he didn't have time, that he had other customers waiting and walked away. On top of that I called the company MSE PLUMBING the receptionist also gave me attitude and hung up the phone on me. Under no circumstance should you use this company.
