This company is the biggest joke and scam. It has taken 2+ months and they still haven't fixed my sink. They do not call back at all!!! Or give any information on the status of my service. Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Jamil called before arriving, he arrived on time, solved the problem and performed the whole job professionally and with a very pleasant attitude! MSE was scheduled through our home warranty policy. It was nice to see how well the process worked. We got timely calls from both the warranty company and MSE, and we had email notifications at appropriate times so that we knew what was happening and when.
Thanks!

Trying to to return a phone call and all I get is a voicemail saying they're on the phone with somebody else and their voice mailbox is full I called the number on Yelp and it's just busy how am I supposed to communicate and get through with this company if they don't even delete messages in their voicemail box shows me their not concern with their clients so I am trying to cancel my appointment that was set for today but since I can't get through here's my notification

LOL I can't believe I am also leaving a one star review but I can't help my experience.
I am canceling my warranty with AHS once my contract is up because they send clowns like MSE plumbing. I have a feeling they are only in business because of the home warranty companies.
Anyway, I had a leaking sink.
The plumber arrived and looked under the sink but didn't even bother turning on the water to see what the leak looked like, he just took my word for it that it was leaking. He put some silicone puddy on the valve and wiggled it around, told me to wait 24 hours to use it.
24 hours later I use it and the water is GUSHING OUT. So now we have to wait another 2 days to get a follow up appointment and guess what - I had to take another day off work to wait for them.
The same technician comes back and on the tracking on my phone it says he will be here in one minute. I look on the map and he is sitting two doors down from my house but not coming to my house. I look out the door and see him sitting in the van. He waited outside my house for about 20 minutes before coming in. Either on a break or Lilly gagging around; whatever the case, don't tell me you will be there in one minute and then hide.
He came in and it turns out he didn't lock/flip a switch at the back of the valve and that's why the water was leaking.

Home Warranty sent this company out to repair bathroom faucet. Technician replaced faucet with some off brand that was not UPC. The new faucet sprayed outside the sink and made a mess. Called back and they tech came back and the the problem was not fixed and several months went by and the faucet was leaking under the vanity and made a huge mess. If I had not discovered the leak when I did it would have caused permanent water damage to my vanity. Called home warranty company and told them never to send this company again. Another company just repaired the mess he left today.

We purchased a home warranty for our new house, and ended up with plumbing problems. MSE Plumbing was contracted to come out and fix the issue. They arrived, and since we didn't know where the main clean out is, so the plumber said to call him when it was located. We had them come back and pull the toilet and run a snake to clear the line to he tune of an extra 125.00, the plumber said we should be clear now. I went to use the toilet and it immediately backed up. I called the company and got a recording and never got a call back from the office. Then the home warranty people called to advise that MSE plumbing could install a main clean out to the tune of 2400 to 2700 EXTRA. We informed the home warranty company that MSE plumbing personnel was rude, couldn't wait 5 minutes to get an answer from the previous owner as to where the main clean out was, and they are totally incompetent. ******************this is the worst company ever********************

I was really worried given the reviews on here. It's either great or terrible. Luckily, I got Jamil (aka Jay) and he was amazing! He did fix our problem (clog) and took the time to walk me through all my questions, gave me preventive tips and showed me how to fix one of the clogs that occurs in the garbage disposal. Based on the reviews it must just depend on who you get. Thumbs up for Jay he was great!

The first person MSE sent was Mason. He didn't know how to fix the faucet. As a matter of fact he made it worse than it was. He left saying that it needed a new part to fix it, but he never ordered it nor call or came back. The second person that came, Eddie promised to call back that evening or in the morning after sending the report to the insurance company, but instead he sent a report stating that the part broken wasn't normal wear and tear. Yet we still pay monthly to American Home Shield and we were billed $75 for them coming out. Unfortunately AHS has horrible companies that they use and there customer service is really poor!

We were concerned about the negative reviews. We had no choice but to use our home warranty company referral which was MSE Plumbing. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with all aspects of the service. The initial contact with the office, setting up services and follow up was timely and efficient. Andy the technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and fixed our plumbing issue. We would not hesitate to recommend Andy from MSE plumbing.

Andy was sent to fix my broken water heater. He was on time, quick and very knowledgeable. Great job!
