I was really worried given the reviews on here. It's either great or terrible. Luckily, I got Jamil (aka Jay) and he was amazing! He did fix our problem (clog) and took the time to walk me through all my questions, gave me preventive tips and showed me how to fix one of the clogs that occurs in the garbage disposal. Based on the reviews it must just depend on who you get. Thumbs up for Jay he was great!

The first person MSE sent was Mason. He didn't know how to fix the faucet. As a matter of fact he made it worse than it was. He left saying that it needed a new part to fix it, but he never ordered it nor call or came back. The second person that came, Eddie promised to call back that evening or in the morning after sending the report to the insurance company, but instead he sent a report stating that the part broken wasn't normal wear and tear. Yet we still pay monthly to American Home Shield and we were billed $75 for them coming out. Unfortunately AHS has horrible companies that they use and there customer service is really poor!

We were concerned about the negative reviews. We had no choice but to use our home warranty company referral which was MSE Plumbing. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with all aspects of the service. The initial contact with the office, setting up services and follow up was timely and efficient. Andy the technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and fixed our plumbing issue. We would not hesitate to recommend Andy from MSE plumbing.

Do not use this company. My warranty company, American Home Shield sent a guy named Mason from this company to fix and replace my faucets. He did not fix nor did he replace. The warranty company had already paid his company. I called the company and was promised a call back, but they never did. After 5 days of consistently calling my warranty company, I was told MSE would not come back out and repair because it was not a warranty item. If it was not a warranty, they should have given us an estimate to repair. Lack of customer service very evident here. Just canceled my warranty and will use Bonney from now on. They showed up, gave estimate and even took video of how MSE put my family in harms way by what they ""attempted"" to fix.

Terrible plumber came to fix and explain why our water heater and water softener drained by my husband, poured 5 buckets of golden colored sand into the gutter. The plumber didn't drain, fix, replace, turn off , or fix anything. I had to call another plumber from American Home Shield, who lied about turning off the water softener. An excellent, well versed, knowledgeable professional water specialist from California American Water repaired everything, including my confidence in employees.

MSE Plumbing came through for us! Water heater conked out the other night and I called our home warranty company (AHS) yesterday. They instructed me to call MSE Plumbing and Mason was scheduled to come out today. He showed up on time, was polite, friendly and did an awesome job replacing a bad thermocouple in less than half an hour. Problem solved! I was concerned with all the negative reviews and quite grateful for the very positive experience!

MSE plumbing was a lifesaver! I worked through our home warranty company and MSE rushed the job for us so we didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. Andy was wonderful and very efficient. He explained everything well and Sophia in the office was very pleasant.

This company is HORRIBLE!!! I'm not happy that my home warranty company sent them to my home. LAST Friday (8 days ago) this company was sent out to fix my broken water heater. The technician said he needed to order a part and that he would order it on Monday. Turns out he didn't order it till Wednesday and now the order won't be in till today. Okay, fine, but the technician is not in the office today!!! What is that?? Do they ONLY HAVE ONE technician. My children and I have not had hot water since LAST FRIDAY...and now it seems we won't have hot water all weekend again. Do NOT under any circumstance hire this company!
