Once he figured out the required fix he gave me a fair quote and had the whole thing done same day. Prompt, professional, reasonable, and willing to share his vast knowledge of tankless systems. I called Mr. Tankless to get a second opinion on a repair for my 9 year-old Navien NPE-240A. Another provider had quoted about $1,000 to replace the water adjustment valve and PC board. Bob and Brandon provided a prompt response, answered all of my massive list of questions, and offered free advice that will save me money and effort in the future. They also discovered that my issue didn't require any new parts. There was a lot of sediment in a valve in the water heater which was causing a malfunction. They cleaned out the valve which fixed the issue. I'll definitely call Mr. Tankless anytime I have an issue with my water heater.

He is courteous, knowledgable, articulate -- especially in his explaining how our new tankless water heater operates -- and a pleasure to deal with. He and his two helpers took out our old rusted tankless water heater and installed a new Navien tankless water heater up in our attic in just two hours. I highly recommend him. He and his crew were worth every penny.
