My 20 year old water tank needed to be replaced and I wanted to get a tankless water heater that would supply hot water fast to the 2 showers and a hot tub in my home. After talking with various contractors whose quotes ranged up to $13,000, who insisted that they would have to rip a hole in my garage wall, tear up my yard etc in order to get me what I wanted, I gave up. Then my neighbor recommended Mr. Tankless. What a lifesaver. I was out of town during the entire process and he handled everything! He gave me a reasonable quote and told me it would take him three to four hours to complete it. He said he would need an electrician and would arrange for same and pay for him. He handled everything. He left my home spotless. I would recommend him to everyone. I now have Limitless hot water. Thank you mr. Tankless. Thank you Bob.

My water heater started leaking last week and I got a few bids to install a tankless system. We decided to go with Mr Tankless because of price and knowledge of tankless systems. Bob addressed all our questions and concerns at the time of the quote.

Bob did a good job converting our 2 hot water heater system to a single tankless system. He was responsive to texts and phone calls. His team got the 2 old hot water heaters removed, the 2 systems tied together and the tankless system installed in 4 hours. The Rinnai RUR160 has been working great. Setting up the recirculating pump schedule can make a big difference. The Rinnai makes setup easy.

Our tankless water heater sprung a leak and had to be turned off, so now no hot water. We picked Mr. Tankless based on the reviews and the appearance of specialization in tankless water heaters. We called and got an appointment. Bob showed early afternoon and inspected/found the issue. Tankless heater is old and he indicated that it may be difficult to find parts but he would look and call later in the afternoon. Also we asked a est for replacement. Well Bob never called later or the next day. 2 days now without hot water we had to call ARS. It's fixed now(replaced) but we wanted to let other people know and Mr. Tankless as well ,how lame it was and poor business practice to not even call back. Would have been ok with " can't find the part" or "don't have time for the job right now" but no call is unacceptable. No stars was not an option.

Bob is extremely professional. Him and his crew arrived on time in the morning as he had said and finished the job in 3 hours. They even cleaned up after themselves. After finishing the job, Bob filled out all the rebate forms and even walked me and my wife through the operation guide for our new tankless system. I would highly recommend Bob for any plumbing needs.

I would give Mr. Tankless 6 stars if I could! Bob is amazing. We built our house 2+ yrs ago and have had problems with out tankless water heater fro the beginning. After having 7-8 plumbers out over the past couple of years, we were at a point of either replacing the system all together or accepting that cold water showers would be our normal. After looking on Yelp I read Mr Tankless's reviews and thought why not give it one more try. WOW - Bob did in 20-30 mins what no one else had been able to do - HE FIXED IT...We now have hot water in all of our showers!!! He explained the issues and what he did to fix them. And told us a few things we probably needed to do as well to ensure our system was operating correctly. And if that wasn't enough, he was a super guy. Very friendly, personable and honest. He is now our go to guy for all our plumbing needs and I plan on recommending Mr. Tankless to anyone who asks!!!

During the month between our estimate and when we decided we were ready for installation, Bob was patient with our many questions about the particular tankless he recommended as well as how it would work with our particular plumbing setup (we have a Manabloc plumbing manifold). He was reassuring and never made us feel like we were bugging or inconveniencing him. To make it even better, his pricing was the best out of the 4 companies we got estimates from. The funny thing is, we didn't choose him for that reason alone. We chose Mr. Tankless because he is prompt, communicative, thorough and professional. The fact that he was priced so competitively was the icing on the cake! He and his team were in and out in only 3 hours -- which was pretty impressive since they converted us from two tank-style water heaters (one in attic, one in garage) to a single high-output tankless in the attic. I highly recommend his services!

I recently had to have a hot water heater replaced. After a second plumber offered to do the work for $500 less than the first estimate I received, I was worried that I may still be paying more than I needed to. I reached out to Mr Tankless to see if the second estimate was in line with what he would charge for the same work. He got back to me within the same hour and confirmed that the second estimate was legit. While I did not work with Mr Tankless for the replacement, the fact that he was willing to answer my request knowing that it would probably not result in money in his pocket says a lot.
