Our tankless water heater started leaking during this freeze. We called Mr. Tankless and they got here surprisingly fast given how busy they must be. We were prepared for a full replacement at $4k+, but Bob and his crew got here and determined just some seals needed replaced. They could have easily sold us a new unit, but their honesty saved us thousands. Would definitely do business with them again.

Bob was quick to respond to my phone call when both of our units shut down during the had freeze. After giving him the codes on the units he told me what they meant and he talked me through shutting them down properly. When one unit would not shut off he told me to handle it at the breaker. After four days I turned them back on and they both worked!!! When I shared that news with him he seemed almost as happy as I was! How many service people would be thrilled to help without any financial compensation?? Thanks Mr Tankless.

If you're looking for someone to replace your hot water heater, look no further! Bob beat the other guys' prices on quotes for both tank and tankless water heaters, and made going tankless affordable. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He and his assistant were COVID-safe and diligent about cleaning up after themselves after the install. We are so happy with our new tankless and love that we don't have to wait for hot water with the recirculator! We will definitely be using Bob for all of our hot water heater needs going forward.

We really wanted to get rid of our old tank heater and get a tankless. Had Mr. Tanklesss come out and assess our situation. Turns out where our water heater is located, getting a tankless might not be the best option. He told us we could still get one, but it might not work as optimally and then we would have just paid for a very expensive tankless without the benefits. I thought that was very honest of him. We did replace our water heater with him - went from a 40gal to a 50 gal. They showed up did the job quickly. Bob and his team were polite and I would highly recommend using him!

Bob came out pretty quick and gave me a fair estimate to replace my old water heater with a tankless. He and his team were able to get the job really quickly and I'm happy with the service he provided. We didn't have an extension cord and he had one ready for us. We were looking to switch to a tankless water heater and to replace our old water softener. Mr Tankless (Bob) came out and took a look at what we had. He explained how they could incorporate the system and what we could expect. He gave us a fair quote on the spot and we accepted. When he and his team showed up, they were well prepared and jumped right into the work. It turned out that the heater we ordered wasn't available so Rinnai upgraded us to an even better one! Awesome. Bob and his team were efficient and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to finish our job. We love our tankless water heater and how fast we can get hot water now! I also feel like we finally have a water softener that is really going to last. Our overall experience with Mr Tankless was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Aside from the weather and road conditions causing our scheduled appointment to cancel yesterday, Robert and crew made us their 1st stop today. They were quick to to diagnose the problem, and had a new replacement part on their truck, allowing us to have hot water again with no further delays. Mr. Tankless is great. They provided the lowest bid and completed the work while I was coordinating from out of town. The price was great, and so was the service. Communication was easy and prompt. I appreciate the pre and post-installation support. I am satisfied with the service and the equipment that was installed. I love my new tankless heater which provides an unlimited supply of hot water. I also love that I can manage the system with an app to control temperature, circulation, and scheduling. Tankless is more expensive to install, but it is worth the cost, and the long term savings will prove to be financially beneficial.

Mr. Tankless provided top notch service for me. My issue had to due with hot water running out. Strange thing for a tankless water heater, right. Well he knew exactly the problem right away. He and his associate explained to me that it had to due with the need to have a consistent water flow and the need to remove any sediment from the faucet that was restricting the waterflow. He and his associate were in and out in about 30 minutes !!!

He took the time to recommend a system and how the unit works. They cleaned up and ensured to my satisfaction before leaving. Would recommend absolutely.
