These guys came 4 times to fix our blocked sink. In the process they managed to back up the plumbing of the entire building and... for no reason bust a hole in our wall with a hammer. We thought they were actually going to do something once they put the hole in the wall to fix the issue but they just realized that they'd been using the wrong camera attachment or something and hadn't had to mess up the wall after all. I would literally rather find a random person off the street to fix my plumbing than ever call these guys again.

We called Mr. Speedy Plumbing because we needed a recirculating line for our house because it took so long to get hot water from one end of the house to the other end of the house Mr Speedy Plumbing came out and did an excellent job they used nothing but top-of-the-line parts they were very honest and upfront we will definitely use Mr. Speedyplumbing for future plumbing problems.

I desperately needed to clear a clogged drain at work. Searched on Yelp and they had great reviews. I called but they didn't have anyone available. They said they would call back, never got a call back....

I looked up a couple of videos on YouTube, went to Home Depot and bought a drain snake. Cleared the drain myself and saved money. Thank you for not me calling back. They may be speedy at clearing drains but definitely not speedy at returning calls.

Too bad. After reading great reviews on Yelp, I had high hopes for using this company for a number of projects in my house. The scheduling went well: Fred was prompt and friendly in setting up an appointment. When the plumber arrived, he reviewed the various things I need fixed. I had asked him for an itemized estimate so I could figure out which things I could do now, and which I might have to put off until later. It didn't show up the next day as promised. I had to call Fred. Then when the estimate did show up it was in one lump sum. I had to call again to ask the plumber to itemize it. He said he would, and I never got the revised estimate. I guess they don't want my business very much.

This review is long overdue!!! I'm always bad at remembering to write these things, but Fred and Cisco definitely deserve some appreciation!

I'm a young new homeowner, attempting to renovate an old dump, no pun intended. A couple months into renovations, my contractor told me the line was backing up so I searched on Yelp for a good local - but not on tv -plumbing company. I had also heard about some bad experiences with another popular local company from my previous landlord, so I wanted to make sure I did some homework and didn't get ripped off in the process. Mind you, I thought I was looking for someone to clear out my sewer line and do a camera inspection. I chose Mr Speedy & Rooter Inc mainly because of my first meeting with Cisco, who came over with an assistant to inspect the line. Now this is when I found out that my little problem was actually a MAJOR NIGHTMARE because I needed to replace my entire sewer line. Rookie mistake buying an as-is property without considering the possibility that a rundown 60's property might have some major plumbing issues ?

So after the shock of it all, Cisco reassured me about the process (I was worried my neighbors were already sick of all the construction noise), the last thing I wanted was to break my bank AND the city street! I did have one other estimate from a company in Glendale but I always go with who my gut tells me to trust and that was Cisco, and I'm really glad I did! He also gave me a great price and it was completed within a week! Considering I hadn't initially budgeted for a disastrous sewer money pit when I began construction, not to mention all the additional surprises this old house has thrown my way, I couldn't appreciate it more!!

I will definitely only be using them for any and all plumbing issues for the long haul!

Greatest company, I had two guys out to run a camera down our drain to see roots and it was so fast and easy. They are the friendliest plumbers I have ever encountered, very knowledgeable and professional. Will use them again!

I had to replace my sink basin, so I went to yelp and found these guys. Jose showed up the next day, on time, and did and amazing job. He was super lovely, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend using them if you can work with Jose.
