Dean and Manny showed up within an hour of calling them. I had a backed up main sewer line that a previous plumber told me needed to be torn up and would cost me 1000's. They came in. Snaked the ""unsnakeable"" pipe and saved the day.

They're also really nice guys who were a pleasure to have at my home.

I would highly recommend Mr. Speedy for their amazing work and professionalism. I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs.

My toilet was not flushing because the water tank was not filling up properly. I called Mr. Speedy and they were at my door in less than an hour. The service guy was very knowledgeable and he patiently explained the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely be calling them again for any other plumbing issues.

These guys were great. Our kitchen sink was the issue - either garbage disposal wasn't working or there was some sort of clog. We tried plunging, Drano, etc... nothing worked. They came the day we called, within the small time frame they gave us, and unfortunately, couldn't fix the prob then and there - they tried, but just didn't have a cable long enough to go as far down as the blockage. They came first thing the next morning (again, on time!) and took care of it perfectly. Thank you!!!! Would definitely recommend this company.

We have owned our 1904 Craftsman for 9 yrs and have had to ""Call the plumber,"" several times and never once experienced the expertise and genuine comfort I felt with Fred! His crew was quick and the job was affordable so from here on out he is our go to guy.

Friday night, after normal business hours:

Toilet overflowing onto my bathroom floor. Very sudden. I found the well-reviewed Mr. Speedy on yelp and gave them a call.

--call answered immediately, spoke to Fred, who took my info and sent out a crew.

--crew arrived within the promised time frame (1 hour), fellow named Dean.

--it took them about ten minutes to diagnose the problem (mainline blocked), another 15 to bring in the router and clear the blockage through the toilet.

My overall impression was that this is a very professional company that is interested in staying in business for the long haul. Very polite and capable people. Very fair price ($185) for the work performed. Dean went over the results of the routing with me (roots came up with the little auger, which could mean further problems down the line), and suggested some options. Based on my experience with this company, if I decide to have further work done, I will have it done by them.

I should mention that I had myself already removed the toilet before the crew arrived, which saved me a bit of money. If the crew had had to remove and reinstall the toilet themselves, it would have been over double what I paid.

I have to say I am very impressed with the response I have received from Mr. Speedy. We got through to someone fairly quickly (unlike some other places we called), got an appointment for the next morning, and they got here in a timely manner. I am very impressed- it was no hassle and easy. I look forward to working with them in the future.

The owner Fred has more than made things right. I was refunded my money and he has made every effort to make things right. Turns out the guy was new and was a bad apple.

The first experience did ruin my day and was a big bummer. Its nice to know that he stepped up and has made a very disappointed customer happier.

I would give them another chance after talking and dealing with Fred. I understand its tough to manage 20 employees at the same time. I will give them another 3 stars for making things better.
