Called mr. speedy plumbing this week to come out and fix a broken hose bib that was spraying all over the yard.

Randy came out and explained the issue, and was able to fix it quickly and professionally. Also a Raiders fan so that's a plus lol.

Will definitely be using this company for all of our future calls.

There was flooding in our backyard. Called Mr. Speedy at 8:00am spoke with the dispatcher Eddie. Within 2 hours David arrived, which was earlier than expected. He did a thorough inspection and ruled out damage to our property. It was most likely caused by the neighbor's sprinklers. We also asked if he could check out a toilet that was continually running, and determined that service was not a required. From the initial call to the payment their team was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient (we asked repeated questions ). Above all is their integrity. They were straightforward on not needing repair, and that honesty will keep us coming back for future needs. Great work!

Was in the midst of a hectic work day and realized my kitchen sink was backed up. Called them and it was white glove service all the way. They were kind, professional and reasonable. They came out IMMEDIATELY! Within thirty minutes. They provided the name and number of the plumber en route and solved the problem at a fair price and record time. Highly recommend. Would confidently send them to my Mom's house!

I have used Mr. Speedy Plumbing three times already. The first time was a toliet tank part I needed. I was originally dealing with another plumber who was totally unreliable. A neighbor gave me the info for Mr. Speedy. Mr. Speedy and Randy Thorp, the plumber were spot on reliable and totally stick to their time frames and keep their promises. I was extremely happy with Randy Thorp's, thorough work and very pleasant personality. The other two times I needed Mr. Speedy I automatically requested Randy. The second time was regarding a sink but Randy was not available. However the man they sent was fine. My third situation involved a toliet and I was happy that Randy, was available at my request. As usual he was thorough, knew what he was doing and solved the problem all with his very uplifting attitude.
Randy Thorp, is definitely someone My. Speedy plumbing wants to have around.

These guys came 4 times to fix our blocked sink. In the process they managed to back up the plumbing of the entire building and... for no reason bust a hole in our wall with a hammer. We thought they were actually going to do something once they put the hole in the wall to fix the issue but they just realized that they'd been using the wrong camera attachment or something and hadn't had to mess up the wall after all. I would literally rather find a random person off the street to fix my plumbing than ever call these guys again.

We called Mr. Speedy Plumbing because we needed a recirculating line for our house because it took so long to get hot water from one end of the house to the other end of the house Mr Speedy Plumbing came out and did an excellent job they used nothing but top-of-the-line parts they were very honest and upfront we will definitely use Mr. Speedyplumbing for future plumbing problems.

I desperately needed to clear a clogged drain at work. Searched on Yelp and they had great reviews. I called but they didn't have anyone available. They said they would call back, never got a call back....

I looked up a couple of videos on YouTube, went to Home Depot and bought a drain snake. Cleared the drain myself and saved money. Thank you for not me calling back. They may be speedy at clearing drains but definitely not speedy at returning calls.

Too bad. After reading great reviews on Yelp, I had high hopes for using this company for a number of projects in my house. The scheduling went well: Fred was prompt and friendly in setting up an appointment. When the plumber arrived, he reviewed the various things I need fixed. I had asked him for an itemized estimate so I could figure out which things I could do now, and which I might have to put off until later. It didn't show up the next day as promised. I had to call Fred. Then when the estimate did show up it was in one lump sum. I had to call again to ask the plumber to itemize it. He said he would, and I never got the revised estimate. I guess they don't want my business very much.
