We had our main sewer line back up on us at our office yesterday, and it was my first real challenge as a newly minted office manager to get it fixed. I was incredibly anxious because I haven't always had the best experiences with plumbers, and you never know how much it's going to cost or whether or not you're being lied to about how serious the issue is. I am SO happy to say that Mr. Speedy was the exact opposite. Up front and transparent pricing, and super reasonable! Plus our technician Antonio was so kind and helpful!!! They even went above and beyond to send me a payment link because I didn't happen to have my card on me. Honestly, Mr. Speedy is the BEST and so is Antonio and their office staff.

Manny (Manuel) from Mr. Speedy Plumbing (managed by Fred) did an excellent job on my numerous plumbing concerns in West Hollywood. His expertise was obvious immediately and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him. Fred was also very nice when we spoke on the phone when I had some questions.

My kitchen faucet was leaking (somewhat badly), I called Mr. Speedy on a Saturday morning and they came the same day and fixed the issue quickly. Antonio was very professional (and patient with my questions). My prior landlord actually referred me to Mr. Speedy, in part because they work weekends. I appreciate the recommendation and would recommend them myself.

This is not a ""bad"" review. I would call this me being honest. So we had an issue and asked them to come and hydrojet our main. They did so and it clogged again. I understood without cameras etc there would be no guarantee. The second time out, they wanted the exact same amount $1800 plus $500 to camera. Found someone to do both for $1500. Had them open the line and trench as well. There not a bad company, just a bad value. Price shop is my only though here.

While I appreciated the timing that it took to come to us, I did not appreciate a few other things. I was told that they would likely have to open up the hardscape in the back yard to fix my clog. I wasn't buying that. So he kept using the snake with a whole lot of moaning and grunting at how difficult it was to do it. Still, wasn't buying in, he gave up on the up-sell and miraculously, my drain was good. So, I will never know. Sink works, so I can't blame a guy for trying! But the real issue I have is that he broke the plastic screws off the gaurding screen that goes to under the house outside. Rather than telling me, he actually just left the screen to the side of the crawl space and said the job was done. I did not see this for two days. I know have a rat problem under my house. I paid for all access points to be sealed over a ago ($600.00). Since I did not know critters got in, I fixed the screen Speedy broke, Rats could not get out. So of course they procreated. Now, I am paying a pest company to manage the family living under my house $400.00. It was wrong of him, plain old wrong and crappy to break it, not tell me, leave it thus leaving me with a problem. I will NEVER call them or recommend Speedy!

These guys are great! They are timely and do excellent work. They are expensive but fair! I have had them do multiple things and they were all done well. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Speedy is definitely speedy. I had a toilet leak at the back of the toilet. Randy came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in no time. These guys are super professional (Randy is), and really takes pride in the work being done. They just added another loyal customer as I'll be contacting Mr. Speedy for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Mr Speedy is indeed speedy. We've used them several times before when we had plumbing emergencies. Each time, they answer the call no matter the time or day, and had a plumber to our house within 1-3 hours.

We had a behind the wall hot water pipe leak this time on a Sunday. Manny came 1 hour after our call. He had to open up the wall to do a temporary patch. He came back as scheduled and fixed the problem in the same day.

They charge a reasonable price, and don't gouge for emergency service. Would highly recommend them.

Mr.Speedy Plumbing is amazing! I had a bathroom sink that was getting clogged and it was a repeat concern from an initial repair they had performed. So I called them back and they put me in touch with Randy the Field Manager and I had explained the situation. Randy was top notch and professional as can be and promised to get it resolved and not leave me hanging and offered a time to work with my schedule and come handle it personally which was stellar customer service. Randy came right on time as promised and had the issue resolved in under 10 minutes and was professional and courteous as can be the entire time.I am a truly happy Mr.Speedy Plumbing customer and can't recommend them enough, in this day and age its good to see companies that still stand behind there work and Mr.Speedy is one of those companies.

We have Japanese restaurants and tried Mr. Speedy 2 times. The 1st job was to replace a elbow pipe. It cost us about $250. (3rd party opinion said, it should be less than $50) The 2nd job was to unclog the toilet and sink which cased by shut-off switch. Just turn the switch. It cost us $350. (3rd party opinion said, it should be less than $50) Requested for receipts but no response.
