I can't say enough good things about my experience with Robert and this company. I set out looking for estimates to replace an old clay sewer pipe with root intrusion on the property we just purchased. I reached out via email and Robert was very quick to respond and gave a very reasonable estimate based on the sewer report. When we were finally ready to move forward, several months later, I reached out again. He responded immediately. He listened to our concerns, quoted a fair price, was prompt, and stayed on schedule while making sure to get proper permits. Robert also showed up at the site often to oversee progress and was easily accessible should we have any questions.

My son and I were both stuck at the house sick during the work period, but the guys were extremely considerate and communicative.

I had an issue with the sewer line that had popped up during our home inspection, and after not hearing back from the guys who did the inspection I headed to Yelp to find someone I could trust.

Everyone I interacted with at Mr. Sewer Rooter was prompt and courteous. I was able to get something scheduled (via e-mail, bonus points for those of us who can't take calls easily at work) on the same day I contacted them, and the guys came out a bit early to get the work done less than a week later. They finished it within just a few hours and texted me photos of the work they did (before and after).

I'm really happy with how knowledgeable the people at Mr. Sewer Rooter appear to be, and how professional they are. I will definitely be using them as my go-to sewer company.

Rob and the team recently replaced our sewer line. Their price was reasonable and the job took two days. They showed up on time and finished faster than anticipated. The office also called to check-in at the end of the first day and end of the job which I appreciated. I'd recommend for any plumbing needs large or small.

This company's great! They flawlessly finished a big job, excavating and replacing two large sections of broken pipe in half the time they thought it might take. They were really nice, great at explaining all the details of the sewer line issues and multiple options to solve those problems. We were assigned Javier, and he is very solid in his expertise. He took care of us through the whole process of replacing our old clay main line and hydro jetting the cast iron pipes. Never batted an eye to any tedious series of questions we had, and meticulously explained every detail with a passion for his profession.

Best possible service that you can expect. Five star service from the person who initially took the call, dispatcher and finally two amazing guys who showed up to unblock my kitchen sink. Long story short, we bought an old-house with clay pipes older than my Mom. I found Rob through a referral from a colleague who used Mr. Sewer Rooter about 10 years ago and has experienced no problems. Taking her advice, I contacted Rob and began negotiations.

It took several months of reviewing bids, but I had a good feeling about Rob. When he came to look at my sewer line, he was on-time, professional, and very honest about what to expect re: time and cost. Out of all the contracts we reviewed, Mr. Sewer Rooter's materials' warranty was the best. Best of all, he was open to several contract amendments to ensure we were both protected; some contractors might not be too happy about that, but Rob was cool about it.

I have to note that Rob and his crew were extremely careful about the trees in my backyard and my lawn. Unless you knew where to look, you'd never be able to tell that the area was trenched. Every single piece of mulch and rock was returned to its original position. One of the contractors accidentally broke off a piece of my gate, and Rob replaced it without hesitation immediately. I like people who take ownership of problems, and he owned it for his team; that's the mark of an honest man.

Go with Mr. Sewer Rooter. He's responsible, honesty, and does fine work. When we need to fix our pipes/sewers/upgrade things, we'll be sure to contact him again.

I had a very large sewerline install job - somewhere along the lines of 300 foot run going as far as 10 feet deep to find the lateral. After getting estimates from 5 to 6 other Sewerline installers, I was feeling very defeated. The other companies estimates made ZERO sense along with ridiculous bids PLUS a lack of comprehension of what was really required to finish the job. I called Mr Sewer Rooter and Robert came out the very next day. He was the only person to give a fair estimate, ask intelligent questions, and operate in good faith. Robert's crew is absolutely the best! They came out immediately, dug the appropriate grade, Shored where required, put clean outs where needed and then some, and passed inspection with ease...he made everything stress free with ease! He really was a lifesaver and easy to work with and went way ABOVE AND BEYOND for me as he would anybody. He also was able to cooperate with the plumber and various other subs on site - he trenched for a gas and water line...It's very rare in this type of business to have ethics, professionalism, and guys that really know what they're doing. Robert and his company deserve 10 stars. I would hire Robert and his team again - the only sewerline Company to even consider!
