The main line to our home is chronically prone to root intrusion and I usually need to call for a rooter/hydrojetting abut every 9 months or so. I called Mr. Sewer Rooter early on a Saturday when we noticed our shower drains were backing up. The operator was able to send a team over the same day due to a cancellation on their schedule. Jose and Alex showed up and were well equipped to handle the job. They were able to show me on their camera an issue of severe root and possible branch intrusion. I appreciated them informing me of their concern of continuing with the hydrojetting due to the unknown structural integrity of the clay pipe. They continued with the hydrojetting with great care and caution and were able to clear the obstruction without any damage to the line. I was immediately able to run my dishwasher and washing machine without any residual issue. Over all, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have hired various plumbers in our area for this job and have never used the same business twice. So I'm confident that I have now found my new hydrojetting plumber. Thank you, Mr. Sewer Rooter. Louis came to hydrojet my sewer line. He came just before the appointed time and was very friendly, fast and efficient. I needed a Hydro jetting done on the property. I called multiple plumber to shop around and Robert is the only one answered my call promptly and accommodate us right away. He was communicative and showed up on time as promised. Robert and his guys did a very good job on the project with great equipment. Robert also provided me photos and video of job. He also take time to explain everything while watching the video of the sewer line. His price is very reasonable according to the job done. We just finished the liner installation in the clay pipe and partial cast iron pipe replacement. Thanks to Robert and Hugo, the job was done very fast in two days. The new tech liner and 4"" HDPE pipe are very appealing. I hope it could last long time so we don't need worry about the sewer problem in the long run. The team was quick to respond, book an appointment, and take care of the work! We had to get a hydrojet to clear out some root intrusions and blockages near the city main, it took the crew about 10-15 minutes and it was all taken care of. The price that Robert quoted us at was the price we paid - we always appreciate it when a business is up front with their costs. We'll definitely call them again in the future!

This is not a fake review. Be smart and get multiple bids for your plumbing job! I normally don't take the time to write reviews. However, I want to help others by saving them some aggravation and money! Buyer Beware of Mr. Sewer Rooter and Owner Robert, who will jack up your bill by charging you for unnecessary work! They charged $1600 to replace a 3 ft section of plastic pipe and some unnecessary work (I know now) in my home. I found our later when I hired a different plumber at my home and asked him how much he would have charged for the exact same job of replacing the 3 ft pipe and he said $700! Argh! I learned an expensive lesson, ALWAYS get multiple bids!
