Robert and his crew replaced several sewer lines from our home to the city connection. The job required exposing the sewer line joint connections which involved digging several large holes and removing and replacing carefully placed pavers. The team worked 4 days with fine attention to quality. I hand it to the crew for working tirelessly to make sure the pavers looked as good as when they were removed. Robert's office staff is a pleasure to work with. Hopefully, we won't require sewer work again. However, if we do, we're calling Mr. Sewer Rooter.

Robert came out to my older home in Glendale, and he and his team quickly diagnosed the problem. This was no easy task, given the age of the home, and the largely illogical lay-out of the main line as it traversed and disappeared under complex hardscape. Robert and his team tracked the trajectory of the main line using a camera and transponder, and then presented various options on-site to remediate the problem. They also installed a new clean-out so that future maintenance and diagnosis would be easier. Robert and Henry arrived on time for the work, and they were extremely diligent in solving the issue in a timely fashion.

My best friend from childhood owned a plumbing company for many years, and so I am very familiar with plumbing-related issues, and the bad rap that plumbing companies can often receive. As an attorney by trade, I also place a high value on professionalism and communciation.

Robert was exceptionally professional and forthright. He was also extremely communicative throughout the entire process and deferential to my family's finances under the circumstances. His quote for the proposed work was extremely reasonable. I give Robert and his team the highest, unqualified vote of confidence, and I will absolutely utilize them for future plumbing-related services.

We are redesigning our back yard and tearing up about 60% of the square footage and thought this would be a good time to check out the main sewer line for the home (our sewer goes thru the backyard to an alley). Called in 4 services to get an understanding of the situation and their fixes. A couple just quoted for jack hammer and replace. Two of them quoted for the pipe liner (obviously, a better choice). Robert came out and spend a good amount of time going over the project with me including a clean out at the back of the yard for my RV. After the concrete etc from the back yard was removed, we scheduled Mr SewerRooter. They dug in right away and took care of business. Nothing like ending the year with sewer line clog and nasty back up all over the drive way!! Originally we had somebody else come clear the line but needed further work. With some search we came across Mr. Sewer Rooter. Robert took the time to to talk and discuss possible issues and had a team of guys ready to come the next day! Not only did his guys do exactly as discussed Robert was there on the job to throughly explain and show us what the problem was. We bought a home and found a major sewer leak. We were recommended to Mr. Sewer Rooter by the sewer line inspector we hired. We could not be happier with their professionalism, customer service, quality work and very fair and reasonable pricing. Don't waste time looking for another company. If you need sewer work, these guys are teh best. BTW, this is my second review ever on Yelp and I am happy to post it. Great companies need recognition.

This is a great company! They came out and was actually early for the appointment. They solved the problem and was very reasonable. I would gladly use them again. I've had several people cancel on me. But, this company was great!

These guys did everything from my inspections (when I was looking to purchase my home) to the actual repairs. They put a liner in the old clay piping for the sewer and re-connected it to the main city line.

Robert was responsive, fast, and trustworthy. He answered all my questions, told me about repairs that weren't needed now but would be in the future, and then did the repairs quickly and carefully. They event changed their entry point so as not to injure the plants in the front lawn.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Robert and this company. I set out looking for estimates to replace an old clay sewer pipe with root intrusion on the property we just purchased. I reached out via email and Robert was very quick to respond and gave a very reasonable estimate based on the sewer report. When we were finally ready to move forward, several months later, I reached out again. He responded immediately. He listened to our concerns, quoted a fair price, was prompt, and stayed on schedule while making sure to get proper permits. Robert also showed up at the site often to oversee progress and was easily accessible should we have any questions.

My son and I were both stuck at the house sick during the work period, but the guys were extremely considerate and communicative.

I had an issue with the sewer line that had popped up during our home inspection, and after not hearing back from the guys who did the inspection I headed to Yelp to find someone I could trust.

Everyone I interacted with at Mr. Sewer Rooter was prompt and courteous. I was able to get something scheduled (via e-mail, bonus points for those of us who can't take calls easily at work) on the same day I contacted them, and the guys came out a bit early to get the work done less than a week later. They finished it within just a few hours and texted me photos of the work they did (before and after).

I'm really happy with how knowledgeable the people at Mr. Sewer Rooter appear to be, and how professional they are. I will definitely be using them as my go-to sewer company.
