Long story short, we bought an old-house with clay pipes older than my Mom. I found Rob through a referral from a colleague who used Mr. Sewer Rooter about 10 years ago and has experienced no problems. Taking her advice, I contacted Rob and began negotiations.

It took several months of reviewing bids, but I had a good feeling about Rob. When he came to look at my sewer line, he was on-time, professional, and very honest about what to expect re: time and cost. Out of all the contracts we reviewed, Mr. Sewer Rooter's materials' warranty was the best. Best of all, he was open to several contract amendments to ensure we were both protected; some contractors might not be too happy about that, but Rob was cool about it.

I have to note that Rob and his crew were extremely careful about the trees in my backyard and my lawn. Unless you knew where to look, you'd never be able to tell that the area was trenched. Every single piece of mulch and rock was returned to its original position. One of the contractors accidentally broke off a piece of my gate, and Rob replaced it without hesitation immediately. I like people who take ownership of problems, and he owned it for his team; that's the mark of an honest man.

Go with Mr. Sewer Rooter. He's responsible, honesty, and does fine work. When we need to fix our pipes/sewers/upgrade things, we'll be sure to contact him again.

I had a very large sewerline install job - somewhere along the lines of 300 foot run going as far as 10 feet deep to find the lateral. After getting estimates from 5 to 6 other Sewerline installers, I was feeling very defeated. The other companies estimates made ZERO sense along with ridiculous bids PLUS a lack of comprehension of what was really required to finish the job. I called Mr Sewer Rooter and Robert came out the very next day. He was the only person to give a fair estimate, ask intelligent questions, and operate in good faith. Robert's crew is absolutely the best! They came out immediately, dug the appropriate grade, Shored where required, put clean outs where needed and then some, and passed inspection with ease...he made everything stress free with ease! He really was a lifesaver and easy to work with and went way ABOVE AND BEYOND for me as he would anybody. He also was able to cooperate with the plumber and various other subs on site - he trenched for a gas and water line...It's very rare in this type of business to have ethics, professionalism, and guys that really know what they're doing. Robert and his company deserve 10 stars. I would hire Robert and his team again - the only sewerline Company to even consider!

We hired Mr. Sewer Rooter in August 2018 when our sink started to back up and the washing machine stopped draining. After taking a look, Mr. Sewer Rooter told us we needed to replace all the plumbing under the house, which we agreed to do, and paid for. The plumbers left a joint unglued, causing a water leak under our house, which we did not discover until January 2019. They did come repair this problem 72 hours after being notified (meanwhile, we could not use the kitchen). However, the sink still backs up whenever we wash the dishes. Original problem not fixed or addressed.

They replaced a sewer lateral in the street for us. They also lined the existing clay pipes leading up to it. Pricing was reasonable. Robert worked really hard to make sure he fit us into their schedule since we were under a time crunch. We got a daily morning text message to keep us up to date with the progress. I used "" Mr. Sewer Rooter "" on Friday. First I was looking and searching for a responsible plumber. I called several (Other Plumbers), but each one had a story or so. "" I don't work in that area( Inglewood) or My truck is in the shop, I'll get to you when I can"". Sorry My time is My Money..... So I called Mr. Sewer Drain Specialist.
The receptionist on the phone said they would be at my Duplex in an hour. I'm the landlord. Before an hour, the Rooter employee, named Jesses L. Called me back and told me was checking out the plumbing problem.
Jesse found the problem, told me his boss would call me back with a quote. His boss did "" quickly call me back, Jesse then repaired the "" Pipe Replacement problem"", And What was very impressive. Jesse texted me pics of every move he made while repairing this pipeline. He completed the job, repacked the soil that was Up- rooted, then advised me that he tested and completed the job. WOW, Now that's what I'm talking about.
