Again I needed the services from Mr. Rooter. This time it was to replace my water heater. I called this morning and they arrived within the hour. Justin was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem and I felt confident that he knew how to solve the problem. His helper, George was also professional and friendly and the completed the replacement within a couple hours. I highly recommend this company and so happy again that I had purchased the advantage plan. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Thank you again for the excellent service.

Mr Rooter is the most price gouging company on the planet $700 instead of toilet which takes 1 hour that's a customer toilet

Had a clogged toilet that plunging and running a 15ft snake didn't fix. Tried for a day to get the clog to pass to no avail. Called Mr. Rooter and had a tech (Phillip) at my house within 3 hours. Fortunately for me when I went to show the issue to the tech the clogged cleared itself. Lucky me! The tech (Phillip) was a super nice guy. He wrote me an estimate for what the repair would cost so if it happens again in the future I know what the repair cost might be, the cost would have been fair. The tech (Phillip) didn't even charge me for the trouble of coming out. I offered to pay him a tip using cash app or venmo but he politely declined and he genuinely just seemed happy that my issue was resolved. Pretty happy with my experience. I'll definitely use Mr Rooter in the future for any plumbing needs.

We paid $99 for a ""service estimate"" to have Mr. Rooter fix and connect a leaky water line to the toilet. We were told that would apply to the cost if we accepted the work. For what they did, that's all this should have cost - but soon we were presented with a $350 estimate to ""fix the leak"". The service tech said this would include the replacement of the the CPVC supply fitting if it was determined to need replacement.

15 minutes later, the service tech announced he was done. We were told that the supply fitting was probably stripped, but he reconnected the valve anyway and ""thinks"" it might work. I asked if Mr. Rooter guaranteed their work, and was told that they do not. That's the whole reason we had Mr. Rooter do the work, and then to find out they won't stand by their work if a problem arises ?

Worse yet, our toilet tank was found to have an additional leak between the tank and the bowl. It's not a major repair, but Instead of offering to fix that problem with parts that normally cost under $10 at most plumbing supply stores, Mr. Rooter prepared and sent two additional service estimates between $500 if we bought a new toilet they would install, or $1200 if they bought and installed a new toilet. We really didn't need a new toilet. Mr. Rooter was here about 20 minutes and we still had a leaky toilet when they left. I spent the rest of the day fixing what didn't get done right the first time. Feeling ripped off and will avoid using Mr. Rooter for any future work.

I am so incredibly pleased with the service provided by Chris, of Mr. Rooter. Our plumbing situation was first assessed by a company that was suggested by our insurance, who clearly now, didn't know anything! Thank goodness we got a second opinion! Chris knew how to fix the problem, without the massive expenses the other company suggested we'd need. He was so helpful, knew his stuff and was efficient. Chris and Mr. Rooter just made a new dedicated customer!

Nothing like raw sewage and water coming up through your basement floor drain... Called Mr. Rooter and they had someone out here within 45 minutes on a holiday to check it out. Found a ton of roots in my main line to the street, helped get them cleared out to reopen the line and provided excellent advise on how to proceed with the issue moving forward. Excellent service and diagnosis and for the situation the work provided was well worth the cost. Thank you Rico!!!

I use Mr. rooter plumber again today at my personal home. I was lucky enough to get Mr. Joe Pierzynski. He was amazing , able to diagnose my problem in a manner of minutes. He did a thorough and neat job of fixing. The problem did a nice job of cleaning up. He's a true advocate for your profession and for your customers. Thanks again, Mr. rooter.!

$437 for what proved to be about 20 minutes of work to snake a kitchen drain. I wasn't here and was unavailable when my partner called or I would have said no way. That's beyond excessive and more than double what I'm reading as average. Never again.
