Re: Mr Rooter of Camp Verde
On time. Assessment performed & problem identified within a reasonable amount of time. Costs itemized upfront & problem fixed the first time. Cleaned work area. The service technician, Jose, performed a whole house plumbing check with a gauge for pressure checks where applicable as well as performing a video inspection of our main sewer drain as part of a routine home/ residential initial routine check up. Drains treated with biodegradable product to minimize clogging of drains. Service plan available. Prices are higher than most, but work has a warranty included with service performed. Our technician was competent, courteous, and professional. We were satisfied with the outcome.

The technicians are friendly, clean and know what they are doing. We have used them many times in the past. If you don't have an emergency they are great to work with. Even though my wife and I are an ""Advantage Plan"" member, when we had a leak under our sink I couldn't get an appointment for 2 days and then they tried to cancel that appointment Terrible customer service. I do have to agree with some of these other posts that they are bit over priced but they do a good job and are worth it. I just hope they work on their customer service. I'm not sure I'll be using them again though

I had a completely different experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing as others mention below. The technician sent out was very professional and informative. He evaluated my problem as well as the rest of my plumbing system and gave me several options and recommendations to fix my problem and maintain my plumbing system. They were timely, provided quality work, and really took care of me and my plumbing issues. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to everyone. The customer service provided and quality of work was well worth it.

Ok, so everybody hates to pay a Plumber, but when we needed one Friday afternoon I called them because we had the ""Advantage Plan"" from a 2014 call. Yes, they are expensive but it is what it is and once they found the problem they did work Friday afternoon, all day Saturday and 1/2 day Sunday (arrived at 7:45am)....so kudos for that. We had Bob & Armando, great guys, very polite and extremely helpful, went out of their way to accommodate us. Bob diagnosed the problem, we had a backup and it was roots growing around the inlet of the tank. He found this right away with his camera, then he found that the leach lines we had were completely crushed and totally unusable. So...we had to fix the inlet and of course have the tank pumped because all the ""sludge"" was built up around the entrance and the septic wasn't working because of it....then came the leach lines...might as well fix now rather than wait to pay more later...that was really expensive because of the backhoe, etc...(that is the only reason they don't get a 5 star). Not enough time to shop around & get bids, plus they lined up the outside septic pumper and he was right on time too. I learned more than I really ever wanted to know about septics, but they didn't bullshit us because we saw the tank and the leach lines. I'm thankful they came when they did, otherwise we would have had a backup in the house big time. Can't say enough about Bob & Armando, they put my landscaping back & you wouldn't even know they had dug up the back yard, they were very hard workers. Josh the manager was able to give us some discounts & we really appreciated that.

People are hard on these folks, and I understand why. They sent a friendly guy and he got there fast. He snaked it ($163) and offered to do a ""hydro-flush"" when that didn't work for $800. I passed and did some checking. Turns out that would have done no good as there was a break in the line, which he would have found if he sent a camera down. Use RotoRooter in Cornville - they are good guys.

I agree with the other review .
These guys are rip off artist. Please don't call them and stay away from these guys.
They will always find some extra things to charge. And parts are outrages.
They will make some stuff up to come back more than once so they call bill you again.

These guys came out did a hydro clean, around $700. Did not fix issue. Came back, gave a quote for over $23,000 for relocating sewer line, did not include bath repairs. Getting it done total, about $8,000. Get additional quotes. Do no go with Mr. Rooter without second quote.

I had a hot water leak under the slab in my home. The person who located the leak called Mr. Rooter and was told that they could insert a plastic tubing within the half inch copper tubing that was leaking and thus bypass the leak.
When the Mr. Rooter 'technicians' (note they don't call themselves plumbers) arrived they affirmed that they could try to insert the plastic tubing which would fix the leak for $266.33 but they wouldn't guarantee it would work. They had no plastic tubing on the truck but said they would purchase some.
They left and I opened up the drywall to make the pipes accessible. When they returned they had not purchased the plastic tubing but instead attempted to insert quarter inch copper tubing into the half inch leaking tubing. Before they started I told them that the copper tubing was not flexible enough to snake through the leaking tubing. They ignored me and tried to insert it but were unsuccessful. They charged me the $266.33 since they couldn't guarantee it would work, however they never tried to insert plastic tubing as I was originally told.
They left and later called to say that they could run PEX tubing through the stud walls to bypass the leaking copper tubing. I opened up the stud walls and they returned, installed the PEX tubing and the problem was solved. They charged $159.27 for this service.
Then they spent considerable time and effort to convince me to have my septic tank pumped for $650 and to have my kitchen drain cleaned for $350. These guys are high pressure salesmen who use scare tactics to make a sale.

Michael Doherty was my plumber at this time.
He was great, on time, professional, and proficient at his line of work.
Michael was very educational and helped me understand what issues and how things work.
definitely recommend him. fastest plumbers to get ahold of in case of emergency plumbing.

A year later, no one called.
The valve installed in toilet was very cheap (dos not work well) and we have replaced already, with another plumber-- of course.
