We are on our way back from cottonwood az to camp verde noticed one of your drivers speeding in a 65 mil an hour zone going 70 75
Update to review below. First of all, I am not from San Francisco as it says. Second, I neglected to include names. Names in lights include Caleb; get him if you can. They also include David and Royce. You can't go wrong.
Liz P.What a great experience! Our water heater broke and the bathroom was quite flooded. I called four other companies but none could get to our home for at least 3 days. I called Mr Rooter and Beverly arranged to get a technician to our home in an hour! Rich showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to us what we needed to do to get this resolved. He even talked to our warranty company to help us get the project approved. Thank you!
Awesome service! They were knowledgeable, communicative, and fairly expensive but they did the job right and quickly!
The company rep came out to do an annual inspection. The water heater wouldn't drain due to mineral buildup. He said he could put in a new water heater that day for $4500. I said OK not knowing what it ""should"" cost. He reduced the cost by $300. But with a bottle of septic system cleaner and other charges it all came to $4500. He said I needed a pressure relief valve as my local water pressure was 110 psi and that my new water heater should be in the 70psi range. So luckily I called a different plumber to do that. When he arrived I asked what he charged for a 50 gallon AO Smith water heater installed. He quoted me $2100 for the identical water heater installed. I called the company to complain about paying double normal cost. The person I spoke with said they're a franchise and have lots of extra costs and offered to refund me $100. All I can say is ""Buyer beware."" Don't get stung like I did.
Mr. Rooter is an awesome company. This is the second time we hired them. We had a drain problem with the washing machine they came out with in one day and fixed it. It took them longer than expected because of the age of our house and the old pipes what are installed. They did not charge us extra for their time then the estimate he gave us after arrival. They left the house super clean and were very professional. Very rare to find a company like that.
Jim C.Due to the recent storm, we had smelled gas. We evacuated the house and called 9-1-1 & Unisource to identify the issue. It appears that the pilot light for the water heater was blown out. So we had to call a plumber, but most were not available until Monday.
Rich from Mr. Rooter was dispatched the next day (Saturday). He was friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and saved us a tonne of money. And all we were charged was the ""trip fee"", not an additional ""emergency"" fee.
I'm saving the business card because I'll 100% use them again should the need arise.
They sent out a technician on the day I called. We had a slow drain that our handyman could not fix. This drain has been problematic for 30 years! Cameron came out and took care of it in about 20 minutes. Thanks Cameron!
Scott S.This company is what I received from Angi's list for an emergency water line leak, and the first to respond unfortunately. The first repair did stop the leak, but I was not shown any gauges displaying water pressure, just told what it was and any work would not be under warranty. I paid $1990 for a 50 cent part. Less than a month later the leak was back, and they wanted another $2500 to repair and add a pressure reducing valve. They did say they would repair the work if found to be a result of their previous work, but also tried to convince me the entire line to the home needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion, who found the leak and the 50 cent part from Mr. Rooter defective, had the water pressure reducing valve installed and water line repaired with 2 year warranty by another company for $1100. Wish Angi's list would have referred me to them, Gold Star, in the first place. This company took advantage of the emergency nature of the work.
Thank you. we had the problem with our sewer draining. On my day off I started digging to see what I might find. once I got down to the pipe. I found that it had come apart from my septic tank. I knew I would need a larger hole to do the work so after renting a mini excavator It was dug for repair. My wife had call Mr Rooter Plumbing to see if they could repair the break and they had a technician to our home with in a short time. Rich Carter came and was very polite. He let us know what needed to be done and that he could not repair it that day but could be back at 8 am to start repair. He was right on time and brought a helper. Sorry not good with names. The two men went to work and before I know it they were done. Great job. Thank you
